I had GE dryer go on the fritz. They came out as scheduled and did a great job fixing the dryer…read more They provided helpful tips to keep our dryer working longer and didn't try and gouge us on replacement parts. They were very professional, I'd highly recommend them.

This business might be a scam. They have come out to fix our refrigerator twice - and no complaints…read morethere. But - the same problem persisted weeks after the second fix. I tried calling - left a message. Again, left a message. Left another. Then my wife. Then me again. No call back. So - I was frustrated and scheduled an appointment. I didn't get any confirmation, so I called again and got the answering machine. I called back from a 503 number and low and behold, I finally talk to someone. They said that I have an appointment (tomorrow at 1PM). I saw something like - 'I must have missed the confirmation message' but there was none. The next day transpires and it is a no-call no-show. It is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I left a final message saying it seems like you are screening your calls and not responding to me for what I can only think is you don't want to have to fix the repair you made that did t work. Then my wife started calling again and again... got someone that said they would 'transfer her to accounting' -- HAHA! There is no 'accounting department' - what a scam. I just can't believe you were just so bad at every aspect and interaction. All the calls, the messages unreturned, no confirmation for the visit, the no-call no-show, how easy it was to get a hold of you from a different 503 number, and then the lie about the accounting department. How are you even in business?

My Samsung washer went down. After several repeated and frustrating calls to Samsung, as well as…read morewasting days with their unresponsive contractors, I eventually reached out to ARS. ARS was " Johnny on the spot". Customer service was great, they scheduled a tech right away. When the tech (Arsen) arrived I knew this guy knew his stuff. He answered all my questions, and was able to trouble shoot the problem with precise skill. After the part arrived, Arsen was back immediately to install the part and get the washer back up and running as promised, without any BS. What a true professional. IF you have any appliance issues, ARS is the way to go.

This company is the worst! I would highly recommend using anyone else! They tell you there's a $75…read morediagnostic service fee which is fine and seems standard and it is applied to any work you have them do, what I was not told until they showed up is that they have a flat fee for any fixes that starts at $270. So basically I was already on the hook for the diagnostic and I could either have that deducted from the $270 or pay them the diagnostic and go hire someone else again to diagnose and fix the issue. In my case there was some excess lint in the machine that fit on a paper towel.. it took less than 10 minutes. So I spent $270 to have some lint removed which felt like a rip off but I thought oh well at least it's fixed. Then they said only cash or check, I wanted to use a card so annoying but whatever, I wrote them a check and about a month later they said it didn't go through, I reached out to my bank, no reason it wouldn't go through, but now I have a bill and an extra $35 returned check fee. On top of all this they called me excessively asking for me to post a review, I would assume most reviews are due to that not because people are blown away by the service and feel compelled to share but more so because they don't leave you alone about it.
