They said that I have an appointment (tomorrow at 1PM). I saw something like - 'I must have missed the confirmation message' but there was none. The next day transpires and it is a no-call no-show. It is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I left a final message saying it seems like you are screening your calls and not responding to me for what I can only think is you don't want to have to fix the repair you made that did t work. Then my wife started calling again and again... got someone that said they would 'transfer her to accounting' -- HAHA! There is no 'accounting department' - what a scam. I just can't believe you were just so bad at every aspect and interaction. All the calls, the messages unreturned, no confirmation for the visit, the no-call no-show, how easy it was to get a hold of you from a different 503 number, and then the lie about the accounting department. How are you even in business?

All they do is show up and decline to do the repair then charge you a fee. Basically the only qualification I can think this business model requires is that a person have a driver's license. Avoid!

Jeff picked up the phone right away, asked some simple questions that inspired me to open up my leaky washer and identify the parts that needed replacing. I called him back the next day, told him the parts that need replacing and he came over the following day with replacements. Unlike the other place where they replaced the parts and left (and it kept on leaking), Jeff went through a long post-service diagnostic to make sure the washer wasn't leaking after the parts were installed. It's not well advertised, but his service and parts are guaranteed for 1 year! He was more expensive than the other place but he replaced more parts and did more to ensure it was a good fix. I would gladly call on him again if there was another appliance problem in the house!

This was not stated to me and your estimate/invoice lists the part cost separately. I also discussed the parts cost with your technician after receiving the emailed estimate. at no time was I told this was a flat price Second, you claim the credit card review found your charges valid. This is simply incorrect. The claim was denied because I did not follow up and specifically they asked for the invoice, which I failed to send. I remain convinced that I was overcharged for parts which you have declined to make right. My advice to any of your future customers remains the same.
