Would love to do a poll: if you receive an email on 1/14/26 about an encouragement to sign up for a Blo Membership with a specified $80 a month & it comes from the Blo Rocklin location, and because of this email, you cancelled your existing Blo membership and re-enroll, is it the owner's responsibility to rectify the situation? No disclaimer. No asterisks. When you are given the owner's number, she stops responding as soon as you put any kind of pressure on her to hear you out and open up the room for a conversation (especially after originally leaving a 5 star review and being a Blo member). She refuses to give out an email, and just mentions that she set up a drip campaign 4 years ago and she has no idea where this came from (this came from her location's inbox). I believe that mistakes happen, but attitude and lack of effort to rectify is not a good look for the owner. Bringing this to the attention of others: there are other Blo salons that have $80 a month, even if membership is now $95, if you booked or cancelled under a pretense that came from the official location's messaging, you have a case to stand on. Bring this to the attention of corporate just like I will be doing.

I was going to the last stylist for 15 years and I've been searching for one that listens to what I want for my hair unfortunately the last appointment I had the girl only had a few years experience and didn't exceed my expectations so I chose to go with somebody that has more experience and would understand my hair needs to what I wanted as soon as I walked in I was greeted right away and was asked. How do you want your hair and I explained that I wanted highlights with a haircut with layers and she did an amazing job on my hair. She definitely succeeded my expectations. I left with my hair exactly how I wanted. Finally somebody understands my hair needs and of course she tells me that she's moving to Arizona in January. I'm like I just found you and you're leaving but she did a great job. The prices were great and I even booked my next appointment. Very clean establishment very clean atmosphere. I was really happy with the services I received today. If you guys are on the hunt for a new stylist, I strongly recommend contacting her. She did a great job of my hair. I'm so happy with how everything turned out everything looks and feels great. I'm coming back to her again in September and I'm gonna try to catch her again before she leaves to move out of state, thank you so much for my hair. I love it. It feels lighter and looks amazing. Updated Review - Ongoing Issue Unresolved After 9 Months…read more In December, I made an agreement with Laura regarding the money that was owed back to me for a product that was never received. She acknowledged the issue and agreed to repay in weekly installments. Unfortunately, those payments were inconsistent, and only a few were made. Recently, received a message stating that no further payments would be made unless I removed my original review. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and manipulative, especially coming from someone in the beauty industry who is trusted by clients. We haven't heard from her in two months since the text message was sent. It is now over nine months since this incident occurred and has not been resolved. As of today, I am still owed money. I believe it is unacceptable for any stylist to use intimidation to silence honest feedback rather than making things right. Furthermore, I question why the salon owner continues to allow someone with such unethical practices to operate under their roof. I'm sharing this to help others make informed decisions. Clients deserve integrity and accountability--this experience has been deeply disappointing.

Stephanie, the nail tech, does an exquisite job hand painting nail designs on gel manicures and pedicures. I've never received so many compliments on my nails! She's super sweet and accommodating to her clients' wants and needs. The service prices are very reasonable. I have taken my daughter and mother-in-law into the Style Bar for nail services, as well. I will definitely recommend the Style Bar to all of my friends and family.

I made an appt online for a new client cut that came with a complementary hair mask. My appt was with Jade. She was fantastic! The place was clean and modern and the vibe was relaxed. I haven't been to a real hair salon in probably 10-15 years. Went to Great clips about 5 years ago for my last hair cut but I wanted to splurge and get a little pampering! Most things are charged by the hour and each stylist has a different rate based on their "level" I came with a pic of what I wanted and Jade delivered. Almost identical. And if my face was as thin and flawless as the AI version I brought in it would have been exactly the same lol. She also has these wonderfully long nails that feel amazing when she's washing your hair! She was conversational without being nosy or over talkative. As a mother of a special needs kiddo it was a much needed reprieve and she gave me the pampering I needed! Will definitely be back if I'm still in Roseville the next time I need a hair cut.
