Unfortunately due to his wheelchair not fitting in the X-ray machine, we were unable to get that done, but we were still able to move forward with getting his Invisalign. Yvonne was the person who helped him with getting his Invisalign set up in his teeth and went over all the do's and don'ts of caring for them. She also told him about the patient rewards hub app where he can get points for various things and redeeming his points for gift cards. Great incentive to get the patients motivated to take better care of their teeth! I don't think they had this program when my first son was here a few years ago, but when he was a patient, they didn't offer any incentives, so this is a nice new perk! I really like this office for ortho procedures. I did also get a consult from my regular dental office for his braces, but I just really liked the facilities available here and the fact that they had more appointments that could work with our schedule, so we came back.
