The first appointment for work was scheduled several weeks ahead of time- I get it they are busy and people had appointments before me. In a perfect world I would have liked to get started sooner but what is more important to me is getting it done correctly. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants to my endodontist -Dr song were so nice. Dr song went over his recommendations and explained what would be going on. I have only ever had one other root canal and that was at a dentist. Fyi - a root canal at an endodontist is way more involved - but that is what they specialize in. I told Dr song my concern - what I would be in pain during the procedure and he made sure I was not. He also Checked on me periodically throughout to make sure I was still ok and I appreciated that I hope to never need his services again, but I would see him again if needed

I started with Smile Care this pass year. Smile Care's office is clean, up to date with their equipment, and their care team is Excellent with their communications with me regarding my oral health. Dr. Hedvat is nice, and a straight shooter. I am not sure he knows he has a sense of humor, but he makes me laugh. Dolores, the hygienist - well, she is amazing. I let her know that I am very sensitive to the epi when I am there for the deep cleaning, and she conquers it, and allows me to be epi free with minimal discomfort. She's gentle, kind, and funny. Overall, I enjoy the professionalism of Smile Care. I can have Dr. Hedvat do my annual care, and within that, he has a care team prepared for all your oral care needs.

When my children were assigned to this location through their insurance, I reached out multiple times via phone and email to schedule an appointment--yet received no response. Eventually, my ex-husband was able to get through and secure an appointment, but it was set nearly a month out. Then, just 24 hours before the scheduled visit, Lyons abruptly canceled the appointment via email with no explanation or offer to reschedule. Since then, both of us have repeatedly tried calling the office. I personally left multiple voicemails over several days with absolutely no response. The delays they caused--and the added work of having to get my children reassigned to a new provider--are completely unacceptable. Unless you're prepared for serious frustration and poor communication, avoid this location. If this is how they handle basic customer service, it's a troubling sign of how they manage the rest of their operations.

First off the entire office is like one big family. Second they are all kind and greet you with smiles on their faces. Third, they do amazing work! I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and was painless and fast. He explained everything to me before hand and gave me multiple options. Warned me before anything that may hurt or cause discomfort and was just quick and painless while also doing amazing work. The best part for me was that Dr sustento had music playing and was singing the whole time and was just pleasant to be around. This man truly loves his job. I will never go anywhere else ever again. I'm a lifer!
