A Premium Facility with Absent Service…read more I brought my vehicle to C&C Collision on January 12, 2026, for a comprehensive repair involving a rear bumper and liftgate replacement following an insurance claim. I picked up the vehicle on January 24th, and while the facility presents a polished, high-end veneer, I quickly learned that the service philosophy does not quite match the showroom aesthetics. Within twenty minutes of leaving, I noted a misalignment in the liftgate. I intended to return immediately, but a massive snowstorm intervened. For 8 out of the 9 days between picking up the car and returning it for the realignment on February 2nd, the vehicle was sitting stationary in my driveway, buried under snow. I even provided the management with continuous footage from my Ring driveway floodlight camera to prove the vehicle was untouched during this time. When I dropped the vehicle off for the realignment, we noted a missing reflector. However, it wasn't until a phone call nine hours later that I was informed of a very minor dent on the newly replaced liftgate. At this time, it was suggested that I must have been involved in another vehicle accident, backed into a snowbank, or been struck by an object while parked in my driveway. These accusations are baffling for several reasons. First, during the brief twenty-four-hour window the car was active and not snowbound, my Tesla's Sentry Mode recorded zero incidents--no person or object came near the liftgate. Second, the dent itself has no missing paint. Since C&C confirmed they paint parts before installation, it is overwhelmingly likely that this component was dented, painted over, and installed with the defect already present. This brings me to the disheartening asymmetry of this transaction. I, as the consumer, am expected to trust blindly that the part was perfect at the moment of pickup. Yet, when I ask for that trust to be reciprocated--backed by Sentry Mode data and Ring floodlight footage--it is steadfastly refused. True customer service was notably absent here. Rather than argue further, I have ordered the replacement reflector at my own expense and will simply live with the dented liftgate. I am not writing this to be combative, but to express my profound disappointment. I expected a partnership in repair; instead, I learned that at C&C Collision, the burden of perfection lies solely with the customer, while the benefit of the doubt is reserved only for the house.

I came here because the front of the roof on my Fiat 500 had unsightly peeling paint all over it. I sent photos of the issue to several local body shops and Adrian from Impact Auto Body responded quickly with an incredibly courteous and informative message. I brought my vehicle I for a 10-minute consultation, during which time Adrian assessed the issue, explained what he would do to fix it, and gave me a price and finish date for the work. The job took 2-3 days and now my car's roof looks brand new!! While Adrian and his crew did an amazing job, what really convinced me to refer this place to my friends was the amazing customer service. They offered me a ride to work when I dropped off my card, returned my car washed, detailed the inside for me, guaranteed their work for the life of my car, and were generally kind and thoughtful humans every single time I spoke with them! They also do custom work for skateboards, longboards, and pretty much anything else you can think of that would need an aesthetic boost! Come here, these people will treat you with kindness while making whatever you drop off look amazing!

I brought it to one auto body shop and they quoted me a price that was several hundred dollars more than what I had imagined it would cost. I saw an ad on a prescription pharmacy bag for Impact Auto Body and thought "what the heck". I stopped by and spoke to the new owner of the business. He was extremely friendly, soft spoken and pleasant to talk to. He quoted a price that was very competitive and I wanted to give this young man my business. I was not disappointed. He took the car within a just a few days of giving my quote and returned it a few days later, all fixed, and the car was cleaned inside and out. I'm very happy and will tell all my friends and family that if they are unfortunate to need auto body repair to go see Adrian at Impact Auto Body. I rarely write reviews but I was so ecstatically impressed with the service I received from Rich…read more(or maybe, Rick?) of Patrick's Auto Body, that I was eager to sing his praises. After I discovered that I couldn't shut the side door on my van after loading my groceries, I resorted to tying the door shut in order to drive home. Through a recommendation, I contacted Patrick's Auto Body and was told to text a few photos so they could research the issue. Shortly thereafter, Rich called and generously offered to drive to my home so I wouldn't have to tow the car to his shop. He assessed the problem quickly and realized that the bottom hinge had cracked inexplicably. Further, he adjusted and lubricated the hinges. This angel was able to get the door shut, allowing me to be able to drive the car and schedule a proper repair at my convenience. Plus, he refused payment for his help! His kindness was next level! I highly, highly recommend this shop, particularly Rich!
