But no more pineapple soda, a drink they were known for. (That was my thing.) So .... four hotdogs (two for me, two for T), shared fries, shared soda. $38!!! Kind of expensive. Curious about price before we arrived, I used A.I. since the menu wasn't posted on Nathan's site. Information was inaccurate, citing a discount if you buy two franks and an incremental amount more to tack on fries and a soft drink. Wrong! No meal-deals in Coney Island. Oh well. I do wish they put more ingredients in but for the price they charge (average of $2.75 per roll), no complaints there. There is one small table outside to eat in but no indoor seating or bathroom. The rice was fine, but what stands out is the mixture of veggies; there's the typical side salad but it wasn't limp and sad. There were some tahini (?) coated red onions, pickles and regular onions. And weirdly; fries that were still pretty crispy. I asked for a lot of white sauce and he talked me into a few squirts of hot sauce (pretty spicy for me but I'm weak). Texturally, huge fan.
