My 6-year old son cut his wrist on a video game machine here. Steve's Pizza staff was extremely kind and took care of him. I had to take him to Urgent Care to get stitches. I went back two weeks later to double check they had fixed the machine so that wouldn't happen again to any other kids. Good news, they had fixed it! They also offered my family a free night of dinner and drinks which I thought was the right thing to do and good customer serivce. That is good customer service, and they just won over a customer. They have a great vibe in the place with outdoor seating in the shade and ample indoor seating and would be good for a team party, plus a few video games for the kids. They have a great selection of beer, I was impressed with the vast selection for a pizzeria. As far as the food - First off their WINGS were amazing (bone-in, garlic flavor), they had a crispy exterior with juicy interior and delicious sauce. I would go back just for the wings. The cheesy bread was OK, just a little bland, seemed like just cheese & bread, could have used some herbs, garlic butter, something. The pizza was good but wasn't extraordinary. We had the Mediterranean with Pesto sauce; Waikiki; El Dorado; and Cheese. Our favorite was the Waikiki which was basically Hawaiian with the BBQ sauce and garlic sauce, the garlic base sauce was amazing and super flavorful, plus the bacon was a nice touch. The others were just a little bland despite having great toppings like a few meats, bacon, etc., and the pesto sauce was totally lacking on the Mediterranean, could barely taste it; in sum they were just kinda bland and needed more flavor or more sauce. Next time I'll ask about making the pizza more flavorful or maybe adding extra sauce. I'd go back just for the wings, they were that good. Also for the the Waikiki, beer selection, and the customer service. Again appreciate you guys taking care of my family and son after his injury. Went here tonight for my husband's birthday with family. Never had Steve's pizza before. It's located in a very nice shopping center and the inside is pretty normal for a pizza restaurant, and it has an extra large room to dine when things get crowded. They have a great selection of craft brews (mostly IPA's--which is standard everywhere now because they are poplar and big sellers), but I was able to try a DELISH and Ultra smooth wheat beer that had a slight peach flavor to it. I called in the order and was greeted nicely over the phone by a young lady. We decided to upgrade the medium offered on the gift certificate to a large 14"and asked for a thin crust as we were expecting guests at the house for dinner. (Large vs Medium is $5 difference and to make it a thin crust it's $2.00) We decided to go for infamous Steve pizza ( includes Pepperoni, salami, bell peppers, mushrooms, black olives, red onions, ground beef, and Italian sausage with Steve's house made sauce -marinara ) all in all a combination pizza. It had good sausage but way too much olives for my personal liking. Walked in for pick up and was greeted nicely by a young man. I tipped $15 cash in the tip jar (redeemed a GC for most of the pizza) and the gentleman ringing us up was super appreciative. :) This location is Super easy to get to off HWY 50 and conveniently located in a plaza with ample parking. They have a sign that offers a lunch pizza buffet as well as Happy Hour. We had arrived at 5:15 or so and it wasn't overly busy for a Monday night. To date, sampled pizzas have included the Classic Vegetarian, Aloha Pizza, Garlic Ranch Chicken Pizza, California Pizza and the All Meat Pizza (actually, I did not eat the all meat pizza but my dining companions highly recommend it). OMG...every single pizza type was fabulous! Just saying this is the best pizza evah! And the wine....happy hour...yayyyy...a sauvginon blanc served was one of my favorites during the heat wave. The price was ridiculously low. Customer Service is over the top! Obviously I have been in contact with many, many employees while dining in, ordering out and for delivery! I unequivocally can say every single employee has exceeded my expectations with his/her commitment to providing the best service possible. I am not exaggerating! That tells me someone is running a very good, hands-on, business. Virus precautions are enforced! That is my #1 consideration these days. Yes, there is inhouse dining. Tables apart appropriately. Employees all with masks. My preference is the quiet patio with, again, tables apart. I have personally witnessed sterilization of each table after diners depart! Even when temperatures were in the high nineties, by 6 p.m.,the patio, because of its location, was enjoyable and without sun! I love the patio. I learned quickly if I want a pizza delivered on a Friday or Saturday night...call by 11 a.m. the morning of to get the time you want! Popular nights for sure. We have been here twice since moving here in February. The first time we went here was for takeout and I was not impressed. Our pizza was dry, was cold on arrival and seemed to be lacking in toppings. The server at the counter was nice, though, and my husband dug the pizza more than I did (I am definitely a fan of red sauce - the more the better!). Service at the counter was pleasant. "One-pass" (meaning not unlimited) salad bar was decent. Decent booze menu. However, it did not make up for the hot food that was juuusssttt awful. Meatball sub featured old, burnt meatballs. Big partially-cooked raw-ish onion and bell pepper slices, where one might have hoped to find them well grilled and caramelized. Literally zero mozzarella and instead, a thin pass of cheaply sprinkled Parmesan. The garlic bread upon which it was served wasn't the freshest. Lifted up one side of the sandwich to find a hair underneath!!! But the most frustrating piece of this culinary disaster was that the sandwich (15.99) and side salad (4.99) were a combined TWENTY ONE DOLLARS. Let that value sink in. For a weeknight sub sandwich. At a pizza joint with kids running around. Overall, the prices snd upcharges for every little thing are ridiculous, even by EDH standards. The pizza was mediocre and the wings were nothing to write home about either. Ambience wasn't amazing, just a big main room, and a smaller "arcade" off to the side with a single arcade game from 1999, and a bunch of machines selling infuriatingly cheap Chinatown trinkets and a crane game (no, it didn't help that a toy was retrieved but then released back just before a winning delivery - but cranes are all rigged anyway). Should someone have bothered to stop by and ask "how is everything," it would have been just too much to list off. With all due respect, I expect a $21 sandwich to be ordered at the table, served on a tablecloth, and cooked to perfect. read more

The staff however was friendly and provided a couple extra containers of marinara sauce, which was needed for the not so cheesy bread.
