Great to see that another location has opened up. We love to go to the one in South Sac but knowing there is one in this area is great. Still the same great taste, just doesn't have the small market. The service is just as quick, the food is just as good and their prices are almost as fair. Definitely a great place for Vietnamese food and I'm glad to see them in another location.

I came here to pick up Banh Mi for a company lunch. I was able to place the order on the phone, and it was ready for the pick up time we agreed to. I asked for veggies on the side, and they gave us so much that we had lots of left overs. The Banh Mi's were good and flavorful. I'm glad that there is a good Vietnamese stable in Folsom. Prices are definitely more expensive than south sac, but that is to be expected. Overall, great service and I will definitely be back for their rice plates and noodle soups.

Date: Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 Party of: 2 Meal: Dinner Takeaway Time Ordered: around 7:30pm Time Picked Up: about 15 mins later A18. Crispy Small Eggrolls - 5 ($7.75) A21. Pork & Shrimp Spring Rolls ($7.25) B7. Grilled Pork Bahn Mi ($8.25) - No pate B12. Special #1 & #2 ($8.25) - Extra pate I was craving a vietnamese sandwich. The hubby looked around and suggested this spot in Folsom. It was on our drive back from Tahoe to SJ. Our order wasn't quite ready when we got here, but it gave time for the hubs to use the restroom. I just grabbed a seat at a table and it was ready shortly afterwards. I enjoyed my combination sando. Tho I wish it had more veggies. The apps were pretty good as well. The wrapper for the imperial rolls was a little chewy. May have suffered from our commute time. The spring rolls were fine. Tho we found their peanut sauce to be a lil sweet. Nothing some sriracha didn't fix. Good spot for your basic sandwiches and apps. REVIEW #3936

Bbq pork belly bahn mi - insanely good bread, extra meat, loaded with fresh veggies. Yum!

BBQ Pork Belly Bahn Mi does it again! I haven't even tried another option yet because I can't get over this sando. I'm open to suggestions from other fans. Simple, Fresh food is hard to find these days. Especially when it's quick and cheap. This place is a win every time. And they are so nice!! But local and keep this place open

11/16/25 More like a 3.5 overall. We've had tried eggrolls from here (missed taking a pic). They offer 2 sizes that are not similar in wrapper and i think we liked the smaller one vs large as it was crispier. Sandwich (banh mi #1 classic) was ok. It had a bit too much pate for the hubs. They offer pearl drinks and sugar cane drinks too. Maybe we'll try those next time. Lots of tables available if you want to dine in.

Huong Lan was my favorite growing up, and this location tastes exactly like how I remember it. The one off 65th just isn't the same anymore, so finding this spot made me genuinely happy. The bread was soft and fresh, the flavors were on point, and it brought back so many fond memories. Order the #1 with extra pâté or the #7. The Eggrolls were also tasty. The rice plate was okay. It was just the meat from the Banh Mi served up on a plate.

Made a pit stop here to get some sandwiches to go. Ordered the grilled pork and the banh mi dac biet. Not too much people around 2pm so in/out in about 10 mins. There are a lot of clean tables and seating for those who dine in though The banh mi had fresh herbs and veggies but I wish there were more cucumbers and pickled veggies. The sandwich was also a little more flat than I wanted but I liked that the bread was toasted to the right crunch. If only they also had other prepared foods out available for grab and go Huong Lan has decent viet sandwich for less than $10 in this area but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here as there are many cheaper and better tasting banh mi places.

Never fails! Delicious sandwich at such a great price. Again I got the grilled pork sandwich and it's the perfect combo of spicy and sweet! It's so filling and the perfect lunch sandwich! Photos don't do it justice! A great mix of meat vs veggies vs bread!

I stopped by here for quick dinner and it was amazing! Very clean and quick service! The food itself was delicious. The shrimp tasted fresh and not like other places where you can tell it's old. I didn't get to try the pho, but I will be stopping in, next time I'm in town.

Best sandwiches! Chicken soup based pho and Vietnamese coffee. I am addicted to their Vietnamese coffee. It is like drinking melted icecream. Popular lunch spot. It was popping. Must try best Vietnamese place in Folsom.

Bahn mi no. 1 sooo good!!

Hard for me to resist the bahn mi sandwiches but today was cold so I ordered the rare beef and tendon pho. I dare to say it was the best pho I can remember eating!! The broth was so flavorful and the beef and tendon was plentiful! Even the rice noodles seemed extra perfect! $14.95 can't be beat! Love!

Service was ok. Remodeled to a modern ambience which I thought was simple and nice compared to other pho establishments. We started with Goi Nem Nuong (grilled pork spring rolls) - this was actually really good and served warm. We also grabbed the salt and pepper calamari. Batter was crispy, calamari was chewy but was a tad oily. Flavor was there. Pho N Roll noodles came up short. We order (2) special Pho (Dac Biet) and BBH in large size. Ordered a small Pho Tai Gan for our little one. While there was ample noodles and broth in portions, the flavor was lacking. Pho and BBH were both on the bland side. BBH was not spicy or savory. Most noodle options have 4 sizes (XS, S, L and XL) however the specials only have 3 leaving out XS which makes sense. Conveniently located with ample parking as it shares a center with ranch 99, Starbucks, etc. They have a really large menu! While we may not have loved the pho, there are so many other rice dishes to try! Until next time.

For years, they've been the only consistent game in town, so they've had the market cornered. Unfortunately, it feels like they've gotten comfortable. The pho noodles routinely come out stiff, and when I request my steak on the side, it often arrives brown and partially frozen--sometimes still thawing from the freezer. The broth is weak and tastes mass-produced, they skimp on the limes, and the basil has virtually no flavor. The staff is friendly, but the service often feels rushed, like they're more interested in getting you in and out than creating a memorable experience. Even after seeing the same customers for years, there's little sense of recognition or personal connection. With Tran Kitchen Vietnamese now serving traditional, flavorful Vietnamese food in town, Pho ABC really needs to wake up and step up its game. Competition is a good thing, and hopefully it pushes them to bring the quality back to where it used to be.

Ask me to wait more then the 5 minutes it took you to bring out my food. Why should I pay for a large party prior to my arrival? That doesn't make sense to me. The other thing that was off-putting was that there were 5 or more tables that had not been bussed. All tables around where we were sitting. I could smell the food sitting next to us. The food quality has been consistently excellent and hasn't changed at all since I started coming. The service is always excellent - all the staff tries their best and helps you quickly despite it being extremely busy. It is busy, but that is good - it means that everyone loves the food and you get fresh ingredients because of the higher turnover. I prefer their thin cuts of meat over thicker cuts and is much more tender than places that offer the big rectangular chunks. The broth is tasty as well. Sometimes if I bring friends I'll pick up some chicken or spring rolls which are great as well. The owners are great too - I see them coming out when they have time to greet some of the customers. They definitely appreciate all their customers and I'm very happy they are doing well. They post on instagram so you can check their hours or if there are any time changes. Pho Momma is very deserving of the bib gourmand award. The mobile internet was a bit spotty in the area, but if you have xfinity you can connect there, otherwise AT&T is slow.
