Bbq pork belly bahn mi - insanely good bread, extra meat, loaded with fresh veggies. Yum!
Selina E.

BBQ Pork Belly Bahn Mi does it again! I haven't even tried another option yet because I can't get over this sando. I'm open to suggestions from other fans. Simple, Fresh food is hard to find these days. Especially when it's quick and cheap. This place is a win every time. And they are so nice!! But local and keep this place open

11/16/25 More like a 3.5 overall. We've had tried eggrolls from here (missed taking a pic). They offer 2 sizes that are not similar in wrapper and i think we liked the smaller one vs large as it was crispier. Sandwich (banh mi #1 classic) was ok. It had a bit too much pate for the hubs. They offer pearl drinks and sugar cane drinks too. Maybe we'll try those next time. Lots of tables available if you want to dine in.

Huong Lan was my favorite growing up, and this location tastes exactly like how I remember it. The one off 65th just isn't the same anymore, so finding this spot made me genuinely happy. The bread was soft and fresh, the flavors were on point, and it brought back so many fond memories. Order the #1 with extra pâté or the #7. The Eggrolls were also tasty. The rice plate was okay. It was just the meat from the Banh Mi served up on a plate.

Made a pit stop here to get some sandwiches to go. Ordered the grilled pork and the banh mi dac biet. Not too much people around 2pm so in/out in about 10 mins. There are a lot of clean tables and seating for those who dine in though The banh mi had fresh herbs and veggies but I wish there were more cucumbers and pickled veggies. The sandwich was also a little more flat than I wanted but I liked that the bread was toasted to the right crunch. If only they also had other prepared foods out available for grab and go Huong Lan has decent viet sandwich for less than $10 in this area but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here as there are many cheaper and better tasting banh mi places.

I stopped by here for quick dinner and it was amazing! Very clean and quick service! The food itself was delicious. The shrimp tasted fresh and not like other places where you can tell it's old. I didn't get to try the pho, but I will be stopping in, next time I'm in town.

Best sandwiches! Chicken soup based pho and Vietnamese coffee. I am addicted to their Vietnamese coffee. It is like drinking melted icecream. Popular lunch spot. It was popping. Must try best Vietnamese place in Folsom.

Never fails! Delicious sandwich at such a great price. Again I got the grilled pork sandwich and it's the perfect combo of spicy and sweet! It's so filling and the perfect lunch sandwich! Photos don't do it justice! A great mix of meat vs veggies vs bread!

Hard for me to resist the bahn mi sandwiches but today was cold so I ordered the rare beef and tendon pho. I dare to say it was the best pho I can remember eating!! The broth was so flavorful and the beef and tendon was plentiful! Even the rice noodles seemed extra perfect! $14.95 can't be beat! Love!

Stopped into Folsom's Huong Lan Sandwiches for a quick bite. I'm familiar with the chain and have been to the one in South Sac once before. Shared an order of the A21 pork and shrimp spring rolls goi cuon ($7.25), and my main was the B7 Grilled Pork banh mi thit nuong (everything on it), $8.25. You could get either the Vietnamese veggies/fixins or a more basic lettuce and tomato dealio. Self serve water and plastic utensils, sauces and napkins provided at the table. Aside from appetizers and banh mi sandwiches, they also have pho, noodle soups, beef stews, vermicelli bowls, rice plates, pearl tea drinks and other beverages like coffee, fresh coconut juice, shakes, etc. The baguette bread on the sandwich was fresh and soft. The jalapenos weren't too spicy, although I could have done without the onion. Didn't seem like a ton of meat in the sando but then again they do carve out the bread so it might've been down inside. The spring rolls were good, as was the peanut dipping sauce. They did have a few grab and go cold drinks such as canned young coconut juice, and I noticed one plastic cup (lidded) of a sweet tapioca/sago & corn pudding, and some bread by the register for purchase too. Single restroom was clean, not a huge place but the food was better than I expected considering it's a far cry from Little Saigon.

I really like the food. I think it's great. Soft yet crunchy bread. Delicious meat. However the service could be better. And I say this out of caution. Double check your order. I stopped by here to grab food. I ordered 2 #12 and 4 #7. The staff who took my order incorrectly put it as 2#12 and 1#7. It was corrected. Unfortunately I did not check the food till I got home. And it showed a receipt of 2#2 and 4#7. Food still delicious. But frustrating to get the order wrong twice.

Yummy banh mi! Order at the counter and they'll bring it out to you. They have a water station if you dine in. The bread is so soft with flaky outside. Spring rolls tasted fresh! A simple menu. Definitely wan to come back for other banh mi sandwiches.

Looks like this place changed names ( they were scraping the letters off the door while we were…read morethere). I don't know if it's the same cook or if the food was different but I can say the food was delicious. We had the grilled pork and it was very very tasty. I like that they serve served it with a salad and I liked the abundance of sauces that you could get that were already on the table from soy sauce to fish sauce, chili sauce, hoisin sauce they had it all covered! We came in after the lunch rush, so it was a very quiet dining experience for us. The wait staff was super attendant, and the cook came out and asked us if we were enjoying our lunch, which we very much were. I sent pictures to our kids and they want to come back here the next time they're in town hooray.

Remodeled to a modern ambience which I thought was simple and nice compared to other pho establishments. We started with Goi Nem Nuong (grilled pork spring rolls) - this was actually really good and served warm. We also grabbed the salt and pepper calamari. Batter was crispy, calamari was chewy but was a tad oily. Flavor was there. Pho N Roll noodles came up short. We order (2) special Pho (Dac Biet) and BBH in large size. Ordered a small Pho Tai Gan for our little one. While there was ample noodles and broth in portions, the flavor was lacking. Pho and BBH were both on the bland side. BBH was not spicy or savory. Most noodle options have 4 sizes (XS, S, L and XL) however the specials only have 3 leaving out XS which makes sense. Conveniently located with ample parking as it shares a center with ranch 99, Starbucks, etc. They have a really large menu! While we may not have loved the pho, there are so many other rice dishes to try! Until next time.

Pho n Mor's Pho, Banh Mi and Thai Tea will have you wishing for more rainy weather in California…read morebecause while people don't like the rainy and cold weather, I see it as an opportunity to enjoy the best rainy weather meal out there. This place is truly a gem for casual Vietnamese food and great service. The wait staff has always been very accommodating. Their Thai tea has the right mix of sweetness and nuttiness. The French Bread used for the Banh Mi is crispy and crunchy. I love the carrot slaw and tender beef that make up the Banh Mi. The main attraction here for me is the pho. The combination pho needs very little adjustment because the broth is so savory and aromatic. I love the fragrance of the spice mix. It deters me from using a lot of siriacha and hoisin sauce because I don't want to tamper with the broth. Nevertheless, I toss in a bit of basil, a squeeze of lime, a dab or two of siracha and hoisin and I am comforted by the warmth of this soup. Don't be down the next time it rains, just head on over to Pho n Mor for this combo and you'll be wishing the rainy weather never ends.

The service was good and prompt. - pho with rare steak & meatball: meatballs were good and meaty. I ordered large and the portion was quite generous.
