Love this salon! Needed to change up my hair and I also had to find a new manicurist. Double score at Bellezza! Renee does an amazing job with both the cut and color of my hair. And, by the way, gives a lovely little head massage during the wash portion of the color. Always relaxes me. She is such a perfectionist and fusses until the cut is just right. Nicole takes care of my fingers and toes and I have never had my nails look so good. A hoot to chat with too. I was referred by my sister who has had ombres done by Keri, and I had to see for myself. She has had me from blonde to brunette and back to blonde. I have been with Kerianne for years and followed her here to this salon. I love the salon it is so cute which is a plus but honestly I would follow Kerianne anywhere she went. There has not been one time that I have left unhappy and I have received many compliments from ombré to highlights to my cuts.. My hair his thick and takes forever to dry and she never lets me leave the salon without it being dryer and styled and satisfied with the cut and color. I would recommend her to anyone which I have. My sister finally decided to go and she is satisfied as well going back in a regular basis testing Kerianne's skills in color and always no matter how drastic of a change she wants getting the results she wants. I went to the salon when I heard of a person who works here named Ashley. When I walked in I thought the salon was very nice. I spoke with Ashley about what I wanted to do with my hair and being over 40 I have some gray hair and wanted highlights and my gray covered. Now, I have been getting my hair colored for over 25 years and this is the first time in over 15 years that a hairstylist has put bleach on my hair. And I guess I just figured with all the high lifting color and me having light hair she would use that! Nope!! What Ashley actually did was cry every piece of hair that she put bleach on and did not use color to cover up the gray in between the foil so basically I left the salon with white fried hair and gray roots! I don't completely want to blame this on the salon also maybe they should look at stylus they have in the salon to make sure that they know what they're doing. I also contacted Ashley a week later when I finally calm down and instead of trying to help me she informed me that I could pay her again to fix my hair. Needless to say I chose not to do that as I'm not a glutton for punishment and once was enough!! I would highly recommend you be very careful about who you go to if you choose to go to the salon!! read more

I absolutely adore Mandy! I am a super plain jane girl, and needed a pick me up. Went to see Mandy, and she is the most amazing human I have ever met. The sweetest girl ever! She asked me what I wanted, so I showed her a pic and explained I am not very good at doing my hair on a daily, and I asked for her to do what she wanted with my hair. Boy is she talented and the hair whisperer! During the process she talked to me about her new baby, and getting back to work. Time flew by! She did a baylage on my hair, and styled it simple for me. When she wheeled me around to finally see the finished product, I wanted to cry happy tears! She made me feel so beautiful, I absolutely loved my hair!!!! I am addicted to the product she suggested, and have now recruited my mother to see her on the regular as well! I wanted to try out a new salon and support my town and I had read good reviews about this salon so I had scheduled an appointment 2 days in advance for 9am Friday 5/11/18 with the receptionist and the stylist she gave was Mandy. Mandy texts me about 45min before my appointment time and says she has to reschedule me or give me to a different stylist later on today. When she started I told her I had boxed black dye in my hair she said nothing about that but said she can do it. I thought I found the perfect stylist in Lacey and was completely let down. As a San Diego newcomer, it's difficult to find a stylist, specifically someone who specializes in different texture hair. Lacey took me on as a client. After the first two sessions, I was pleased with the way my hair turned out. This stylist has plenty of talent when it comes to cutting, coloring, and styling; however, her talent doesn't make up for the lack of customer service I expected. I scheduled a third session. The front desk receptionist did not let the stylist know that I wanted extensions. I came to the salon to then be told by Lacey that I needed to schedule a longer appointment time for extensions. I was frustrated because I took off work to come to the hair appointment to be told she was unable to do my extensions. I shrugged it off and just scheduled a follow up appointment in the next three weeks. The day of my appointment, I informed Lacey (prior to scheduled time) I would need to readjust the time to come in. She informed me that she had two appointments that day and if I could still make the time. I told her I wasn't able to make it and asked to reschedule another day. In text, she replied, "Not at this time. I'm sorry I can't afford to have last minute cancellation. Need it in advance." I informed Lacey an hour in advance of the session I wasn't able to make it. She seemed really inflexible and pretty much turned me away as a paying client via text message. I was not informed of any cancellation policies or didn't receive a call that perhaps she did not want me as a client any longer. Between the lack of communication from reception to stylist and the stylist who is appears to be too busy and inflexible when she's really not frustrates me with this entire experience. If you're looking for a close, one-time location, sure, here's your spot. It appears the book and busy stylist in Santee (who really isn't) can turn you away at any moment (via text message) if you need to reschedule an appointment. Customer service is truly a lost art. First it was hard to schedule an appointment for a brow wax. Nobody seemed to know when any of the specialists were available to work. Second, when I showed up for the brow wax, the esthetician apologized that the table was too high and I had to stand on a chair to get onto it Third, when I sat on the table, I noticed the white fur she'd used as a table cover was dirty--I didn't want my bare legs rubbing against other people's dirt--and there were stains on the towel which was on the pillow. She wasn't happy when I pointed these things out to her and immediately suggested I leave. I couldn't disagree with her, because I was uncomfortable and wasn't sure how sterile the waxing procedure would be. I would not go back. read more

She argued with me over 30 minutes even after I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was of my hair after my last salon visit and told her many different times in many different ways how I would like my hair. She just kept arguing and would say well you said this which would not be at all what I had said. I finally asked her to just do what she needed to do to make it look like the picture I showed her and she still continued to argue with me. She then said I looked uncomfortable and I said I am because you are being very argumentative with me. She said I am not being argumentative but I will not do your hair so have a nice day and walked away!!!!! I tried to be polite but no matter what she would not listen to me and, was completely rude and argumentative. I will never visit your salon again nor will I recommend it. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I have never experienced such a rude stylist. read more
