LIH is a small airport. There are very few food and drink options, but Stinger Ray's is a bar located in the middle of the airport where you can get a drink and some food while you wait for your flight. It might be the only bar/ sit down place in the airport. There was a bit of a wait when I went. Most people lined up outside and waited to be seated. Some customers just walked in and sat themselves. I think it's probably nicer to wait for the staff to direct you, but that might just be me. The menu is pretty limited, and they omit some of the prices which is a little irritating. I ended up ordering a mai tai and it was surprisingly good. The burger was also surprisingly good. It also came with fries. Prices are high, but expected. I was going to order the chicken katsu, but on the menu it just says "chicken katsu with dipping sauce"; no mention of rice. I asked if it comes with rice and the bartender said no. She said I could get it with fries, but that's weird. Seems kinda weird not to give rice if the take out place that provides the food offers rice if you purchase it over there. The bartender was really nice even though she looked super busy. It looked like there was just a bartender and a waiter for like 30 people. I'm surprised at how smoothly things ran and how great the service was considering every seat was filled the entire time I was there.

You place your order, are handed your finely crafted tiki drinks and are given a buzzer for your food. We ordered two versions of the Mai Tai and both were delicious, you can't go wrong. There was plenty of covered seating to choose from. The basic burger was cooked to perfection and delicious. I love sweet pickles, so I was a happy girl. The fries are coated in some sort of magical crispy dust. The view can't be beat. You will not regret stopping by here. Beware of the highly trained chickens, lol.

Drinks are strong and well made, with a solid variety of rums to choose from. You truly can't go wrong with any of the Mai Tais. Food was surprisingly good. We loved the kalua pork nachos, the poke bowl, and the panko battered keiki tenders. Perfect beach bar food but done right. If you're staying at the Hilton, you get two free Mai Tai vouchers per day at check in, which makes this spot an easy go to. One of the highlights was the chickens casually wandering up to the bar and the locals sharing background stories and cultural insight about the island. Relaxed, welcoming, and a really fun place to hang out.

Great place for weddings, too. We had a late lunch here. The menu is standard American fair and local dishes. I had cream of mushroom soup and a burger. The soup was pretty good, until I found undissolved clumps of flour at the bottom. My personal preference was if for it to have not been pureed as much, but that didn't affect taste. They kindly took the soup off the bill even though I didn't ask for that, given I had eaten most of it. The burger was also good, cooked to order. I chose fried for my side and they came out hot and tasty. It was a large portion, too, so much that I still had some left even after sharing. Everyone else enjoyed their meals and we had a little time to wander about through some of the shops and buy gifts. Some shops are upstairs, and there is no elevator. Im guessing there must be a ramp somewhere to get you to the restaurant at least, although I didn't readily see it. If you need the ramp you may want you call ahead to ascertain its location. Nice place for special occasions and for tourists that won't totally break the bank.

I ordered the Teriyaki Burger with fries and a Lava Flow, and both really hit the spot. The burger had a great sweet-and-savory balance from the teriyaki glaze, pineapple, slaw, and shoyu mayo. It was messy in the best way, with plenty of flavor, and the fries were a solid side. The Lava Flow was also a highlight: tropical, creamy, fruity, and very photogenic. It felt like the perfect vacation drink. Overall, Tiki Iniki is a good pick if you want a casual meal, fun drinks, and a lively tiki-bar vibe. I'd definitely recommend stopping in for a Lava Flow and a burger.

The worst mai tai I have ever had. My god. Ordered the "top shelf" Mai tai, and it was absolutely brutal. First, it wasn't shaken OR stirred. What does this mean? It was served one ingredient on top of the next, room temperature, and tasted like a hot mess. We actually felt sick from it. The amount of syrup this bartender used was crazy. She's either not tasting her drinks, or has just fried her taste buds doing god knows what over the years. Please, for your customer's sake, train the bartenders.

It featured fresh, high-quality big eye tuna with a nice balance of shoyu, sesame, red onion, and crispy fried shallots on top. Even packed to go in a compostable container, it held up well and made for a tasty, satisfying meal on my Southwest flight. We didn't have time to eat lunch at Honolulu Airport, so Jamie W and I decided to come in here to dine. It was one of only two places to eat here, so it was a roll of the dice. Obviously used to tourists suddenly dropping in to eat and drink, she encountered two customers who were fortunately we were in the mood for both. I perused the cocktail menu and ordered the $24.49 Mango Mountain Colada. It was a pricey but enticing mix of two different coconut rums, mango puree, coconut water, and pineapple & lime juices topped with toasted coconut flakes (Photo 7). Jamie settled for a Diet Coke before we ordered our lunch plates. He went for the $23.99 Chicken Caesar Salad. The romaine, croutons, and Caesar dressing were fully expected. The first time we spent just over $100 for a family of 5, and last night we got out of there for $88. That is a feat in this part of town! The happy hour is unbeatable. $7 drinks and 25 cent wings. Note that you have to have minimum two drinks per person, but they don't have to be alcoholic--we got a cocktail as our first and soda water as the second. The cocktails are quite large, so you can still get the $7 price if you order a soda or sparkling water as your second drink. The waitress was super helpful and let us know that last night! We went for taco Tuesday yesterday and the tacos were $1 each! They were good--not insane but great for the price and hit the spot. The service is great and the food and drinks come out quickly despite being busy. The drinks are standard fare, nothing crazy delicious, but for the price it's great. The food is all yummy. We especially love their chicken wings! Home-fried and lots of meat. All of the dipping sauces are excellent too. We haven't had a bad dish here! Truly wonderful prices, good food, and great for the whole family.
