A very nice change to the Delco area. It was a bright, beautiful day..and to be able to have access to the outdoors... The new Stingers Restaurant is roomy and is open to the outside with tables on the deck as well. Between the landscaping and boaters, there's always something to catch your eye. Theres a very large full bar in the center, wide variety of beers. Food was tasty, a bit limited. Thought there could of been more appetizers... Service was good, very attentive. Very relaxing atmosphere, especially mid day during the week. Good for a quiet lunch or even a business meeting. Seeing all the docked boats there, I'm willing to bet this place will be rockin on the weekends weather permitting. Good to know, Cuz ... I asked the waitress if I were to pull up on my boat, could I get food to go ? And would they accommodate my boat? not having a slip here. Stingers is a favorite place for me to meet with friends for lunch. I especially love it when the weather is warm and we can sit out on the deck. No matter how hot it gets there is always a nice breeze coming off the water. The food and service have always been very good also. We have also been there for family dinners and celebrations. Everyone one was friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the beautiful decor and 'Marina' view. The Stingers Fries are absolutely delicious I highly recommend you try them and the cheesesteak rolls. Although the description for the fries may scare you off as far as the sodium content don't be afraid. The fries were served with a very nice balance of ingredients the old bay was lightly tossed through the fries. Best of all?? Danielle our server who was friendly, energetic and professional. This place was great! It is a beautiful restaurant on the waterfront. We got seated very quickly on a Saturday night and our food came really fast too. I had the cheesesteak egg rolls and they were so good. I had that and the bacon wrapped scallops as my entree. The spicy siracha ketchup was a pleasant surprise with not too much but just enough kick and I don't really like spicy things. I would recommend this place for sure! read more

80's style entree. Over sauced crab ravioli. The pasta and crab were great, the sauce overwhelmed the dish. So much sauce it was like a bad bisque. Bourbon Toffee cake did not need the caramel sauce. I would go back and try a sandwich or maybe a salad. read more

This is a big building on the marina so there are some nice views. Massive bar and very busy on a weeknight. I have to agree with other yelpers, the food is average. This gorgeous restaurant on the water is truly a hidden gem in Delaware County. The view from my dinner table was just an added bonus to the delicious food and excellent service. The fairly priced cocktail menu was what we started out with, ordering the pineapple martini shown below. It was delicious and I would highly recommend it. For dinner we got 2 orders of the house burger and the ahi tuna wrap. Both dishes came with a side of perfectly crisp crinkled fries. Both sandwiches were delicious and surprisingly unique in flavor. Our food came out within 15 minutes of placing our order and our waitress made us feel very taken care of. Overall I have no complaints about my visit to Stingers and I will most definitely be coming back in the future! read more

Last night was my first time at Stinger's and it was awesome!! They get 5 stars on the atmosphere alone. They have a huge bar (it is loud, so if you're not into that you might not like it) and the waterfront tables are great. We were seated right along the railing overlooking the water and it felt like we were at the shore. They had a pretty good beer selection-- 16 beers on tap including a couple local beers. The drink prices were great. I shared the Mooner's Baked Clams for an appetizer and they were great. They are definitely a little heavy so to eat the whole thing yourself as an appetizer might be too much. I had the Seared Scallops for dinner and they were also cooked perfectly and delicious. The risotto had big chunks of crabmeat too. My parents had the meatball appetizer, chicken parm, and fish and chips. Everyone loved their food and we all had left overs to take home. Not to mention the service was great! I will definitely be back to Stinger's, this is a great addition to Delco and a really cool spot for outside dining. read more
