The good is the place is nice, ok food. Service was ok. Waitress was rushing us to order, eat and leave. The bad. We went to watch the birds and they tried to sit us at a table with no tv view, we asked to sit at another table but we were seated at a different table. Very strange since it was not crowded. That leads me to the giant sign at the front door. "90 minute time limit" for a spot that doesn't have a crowd on a Saturday night. read more

Ambiance and food was fine however, a young guy who brought food to our table accidentally spilled hot food (crab-stuffed salmon) onto my 3-year-old child who is severely allergic to shellfish. He was very apologetic however, after getting home we realized my son had an allergic reaction. I went back the following day to meet a manager named Nick who told me he'd take my name/ number and call me Tuesday since my waitress wasn't in today. He initially offered to pay for allergy medicine however, mentioned he could not compensate for the bill. After speaking to my husband, Nick then offered a gift card (which he had not offered to me) and nonchalantly slid the gift card onto the counter without greeting me or making eye contact and walked off. Beautiful restaurant on the water. Fresh ingredients with many different dishes to choose from! We choose 2 specials. 1 the crab dip with tortillas, the dip was awesome the chips were good but a lil salty. My husband had the swordfish that we both thought was good but the veggies were a lil bland but they were very fresh and steamed. I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly. We had no complaints. The ambience here makes you feel like you are on vacation down south. It's right on the waterfront so the view is gorgeous. Seafood paella - a lil lacking and too much zing (sour). Needed something to cut the acid from the tomatoes. However, it was loaded with a bunch of seafood. French onion soup - Mmmm! Not the best around the area, but it was still delicious Mahi tacos - the fish was cooked perfectly and each taco had a nice large piece. Oysters - fresh, but served pretty standard (just the cocktail and lime). It took awhile for the hot sauce to come though. Cavatelli Rosa - interesting shaped pasta. Could have used a bit more chicken and cheese, but overall pretty flavorful. Will I be back? Of course! It's literally only 15 minutes from me. We stopped here for dinner to meet my sister on a weekday. It was busy and popular. The views were very nice and relaxing. Attentive waitress. Love this place!! The crab fries are so good and their signature drinks. The staff and their service is excellent I've gone multiple times and they are very accommodating and kind. The ambiance feel like you are the shore eating near the water. I love the ambience. It's close to the airport and off I95. read more

We were heading home from Bartram's Gardens on this perfect fall day and off of I95, saw this large building with boat slips and outdoor dining. So we thought "what the heck", let's see what it is. The brief detour took us here and it was a really nice surprise. We had lunch on the outdoor porch. Our server was a young man with great personality. Our meals were good- I had mahi tacos and hubs had the roast pork sandwich. Generous portions, a small-but-tasty tap list, and nice river views made for a lovely end to our day out. read more

On the occasions I went, it was loud and bustling. Definitely seemed liked a popular spot for locals to meet up and drink. We live right by and love the area/ambiance. We had a good experience in 2020, but twice since have been disappointing. We went during the week. I don't want to write it off, but the drink we got from the bar was terrible, way too strong, the fries were less enjoyable than fast food fries, and the other appetizer we received tasted like it had been just been cooked from frozen. It's just too expensive for that kind of experience. I had enjoyed their MAHI MAHI salad and roast pork in the past. Service was good. We're going to try again if I can encourage my spouse. read more

Very nice restaurant... I enjoyed every part of my meal... We started with the Stinger Fries (fries with lump crab meat, cheese sauce and a scallion garnish) - very delicious; for my entree I had the Cast Iron Salmon, which was served with risotto and was cooked to perfection and for dessert we shared a Blondie Sundae (I think that's what it was called). Dinner was absolutely delightful! Also, the service was excellent - everyone from the hostess, to the waitress and the server were all professional and took good care of us during our visit. To add to the experience, the restaurant is on the waterfront so the outdoor seating views are wonderful. This place is definitely a gem... I look forward to returning. read more

My friend and I both ordered it, and we were throughly disappointed, even prompting him in a first-time-ever post-dinner autopsy to write me several hours later, "Sandwich was an unmitigated disaster." The girls at the front desk were polite enough in telling us we had to rush to the bar area to get our order in before the kitchen closed, but my friend and I were both terribly put off by the rules posted everywhere: no sitting at a table for longer than 1.5 hours; we don't seat incomplete parties, et al. It felt more like a border crossing than a restaurant. Were it not for its waterfront location, I'd imagine this business would have shuttered long ago. Really an F- experience. read more

I love me some Stinger's! Been here twice already and almost cursed myself for not doing a review already. One of the best parts about Stinger's is their location right by the water. Now...the water ain't that cute and we all know that but it don't matter one bit lol. Always cool and comfortable despite whatever the weather is. The food and drinks are always on point. Modern restaurant on the water serving a wide variety of food and libations, including nice cocktails and several local brews. Food isn't exceptional but the vibe and location make up for it. Great ambience and atmosphere on the waterfront. The Stinger's fries were my favorite. The steak teriyaki was said not to be that great (wasn't mine) but honestly I would have never ordered that at this type of restaurant myself. Cheesesteak egg rolls and fried tomatoes were also good. I like how nice and open it is and sitting on the porch was great! I didn't get an entree as it was still kind of early for dinner for me. So I will be back for dinner! read more
