I've been curious about this place for the longest time. I've passed them by a million times and never noticed because there's almost no signage on the exterior. I saw no Yelp reviews had been posted for over a year, so wasn't 100% sure if it was operational, but their online order platform was active. Today, curiosity got the best of me, so I came over to give it a try! I ordered curbside pick-up of one cookie - the S'mores cookie. After about 10 minutes, one of the staff came out, called my name, & handed me my cookie. He was really warm & friendly which left me with a good impression. I got home & tried the cookie right away, and I can truly say this is a hidden GEM. For many sweet treat establishments, it's often convenient to label something as S'mores just because it has marshmallows & chocolate. But this bakery goes the EXTRA mile to get the Graham cracker layer on the bottom, and it SLAPPED! With the way the cookie was built, it legitimately tasted like I was eating a s'more!! This was 100% worth the indulgence. Love the whimsical cloud shape of the cookie, too. (Note: I warmed up in microwave for 10 seconds, then 6 more seconds, but the extra 6 was a bit much. I'd maybe just do no more than 11-12 seconds next time.) Also: there's not just marshmallow on top - it's also within from what I could tell! They came in a box, each cookie individually wrapped. The cookies are large, chewy, and soft in the middle. There's a subtle variation of textures, and when you bite into the cookie you get a nice doughy, hearty bite. The cookie in the picture is ginger molasses. It's possibly my favorite cookie of all time. It's got a balanced sweetness with ginger that gives it a little something special (like a bit of kick, but it's not spicy... know what I mean?). I selected S'mores, Ginger, White chocolate, chocolate chip walnut to share in the office for a co-worker's Birthday. Not one single person raved about the taste. For me (I had S'mores) it was just s regular cookie. Nothing stood out in terms of the flavor profile. It did not make me want more.
