We went on Saturday around 10am and it was popping! We got an orange juice and a breakfast burrito, and both were super delicious. The breakfast burrito had amazing potatoes, and was a huge portion. I split it with another person and half was enough to leave both of us fully satisfied. The sausage was super delicious, and the cheese was just enough to melt everywhere and be really gooey and cheesy and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. They had a good amount of seating as well, and it was comfortable. read more

Second time visiting this place and they do not disappoint. The line is long, but it goes by quick (staff is friendly and very efficient). I'm a fan of their breakfast burrito (huge portion, so is defintely shareable with friends). The enchilada stack was okay, though I wish the egg yolk was more cooked (it's a bit too runny for me). Lots of tables and cool art/plants inside. We were lucky to park right out in front, so try to come early if before the lot fills up. read more

I once worked at a job that I absolutely hated for like 14 months ONLY because they gave out awesome breakfast burritos every morning. The point I'm trying to make is that I really love breakfast burritos... My daughter and I go in here after looking for a place that's close to home and has highly rated breakfast burritos. I fell apart at the front of the line and got the Cuban sandwich. I don't know why. I remember thinking "oh nice, they have Cuban sandwiches. I haven't had that in a while." My daughter got waffles. Walking back to the table she was like "why didn't you get the breakfast burritos?" And I was like "you're 10 years old, you wouldn't understand." And she was like "you just forgot didn't you." And I said, "ok, apparently you do understand." Long story short, the waffles were amazing, the Cuban sandwich was solid and I'm a moron. read more

Excellent breakfast burrito! I got the sausage and veggies. Only one note was that it did fall apart on me (wasn't wrapped super tight) but this was a deliciously stacked burrito. Had nice casual seating with ordering at the counter and food came out quickly. read more

Loved the atmosphere of this location! They have fun artsy walls, and a huge outdoor area dedicated to folx who enjoy standing while eating like me. They also have a few bench seats as well. This place gets packed on the weekends, and parking can be difficult to find. Pack your patience, place and order and wait for your name to be called. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich, but wish it had a better meat to bread ratio. The bread was fluffy and soft, but a bit too much for me. The breakfast fries looked amazing, but were slightly undercooked. That was a bummer, because they looked so good! I might need to return just to give these a second go. My friend enjoyed her breakfast enchilada stack, and we both enjoyed every drop of our latte and tea. This place has a wide variety of offerings, so I wouldn't hesitate to return and try something else. Even after the workers noticed I was wearing niners gear after SF clapped some hawk booty cheeks last night, the service was still superb! The food was absolutely fantastic. I myself got the jalepeno cheddar biscuit with gravy and I can't express how good that tasted. My friends both got breakfast burritos with chicken. We heard a whisper behind us in line declaring that this place had the best breakfast burritos. My wife ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito with high hopes, and I went sweet with the waffles and a side of sausage. Let's start with the burrito: it looked promising and generous in size, wrapped tight like it had something to prove. But flavor-wise? Meh. It desperately needed jalapeños, sour cream, something to give it life. A salsa IV, perhaps. Compared to other breakfast burritos in Seattle, this one fell flatter than a nonstick pancake. My waffle was tasty. It was crisp, golden, doing its best but I couldn't figure out how it rang in at $10. Was it woven with threads of gold? Not that I could tell. And the strawberry syrup was sweet, but there wasn't enough of it to cover the whole thing and I'm not even a syrup-drowner. Felt like a stingy pour. As for the sausage... a mystery. It showed up ground like someone got tired halfway through forming a patty and just called it a day. Not bad, just unexpected. Like, if you're emotionally prepared for links or patties, this version might rattle you. The chai? Let's just say no one's writing poetry about it. Not terrible, but it tasted like it gave up halfway through its identity crisis. Not spicy enough to be bold, not creamy enough to be cozy. It just existed. The café itself is cute. The windows are beautiful, there's an indoor/outdoor vibe that makes you want to romanticize your life, and there's a lot of seating (though it fills up fast). A little overstimulating on a busy day but in a mostly charming way. Now. The woman at the register. Whew. I'm not sure what we did to deserve her wrath, but she greeted us like we were late to a fight she already won. Snippy, impatient, and kind of... lowkey insulting? Not what you want to kick off a morning with. A little warmth could go a long way or at least a neutral tone. In conclusion: Stone Way Café is fine, but I wouldn't go chasing that burrito again. Come for the vibes, stay for the people-watching, and maybe get your food somewhere else. read more

I went to check out Stone Way Cafe with a friend last Sunday. I was excited because the cafe has been closed since I started my job in the area like 1.5 years ago and I've been hearing the hype around it. Everybody else is also happy that the cafe reopened, so it's been packed every time I walk by for the past few weeks. It was of course packed when we went around lunchtime on Sunday. The line seemed to move at a decent speed, especially because they had a staff walking around taking orders on an iPad as well as another cash register station. It still took us 20 minutes to order but the wait was fine. I thought the food is priced fairly. I decided to get the breakfast burrito because my coworker was raving about it the other day, and they were pretty good! I wish they had less potato and more egg in it but still quite enjoyable. It was so big that I took the other half home and reheated and ate it the next morning. The burrito got me excited to visit again and try more food on their menu. Coffee tasted good too. read more

This was literally the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Hands down. It took me a long time to decide between the options because there were so many but DAMN it was so good. (With bacon- highly recommend). It was very busy so we ended up having to sit outside but it was nice and sunny for Seattle and my friends and I were able to stay warm and vibey. Great place to work and study or catch up with friends. They have a large selection of foods and drinks. I love the atmosphere and the neighborhood, decent parking options. My matcha latte was not sweet and tasted water down which was sad to see, I would come back, but I would try something else. read more

My husband and I just moved to Seattle and saw all of the good things people had to say about this place. It is that good. I ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon & my husband had the pulled pork tacos. Both tasted so fresh and they were seasoned well! The ingredient ratios in the burrito were PERFECT. What a great spot for a casual breakfast or lunch if you're in the Fremont area! Came here after climbing for breakfast and wasn't disappointed! Got the rosalia biscocho and chicken and waffles. I loved the jalapeño cheddar biscuit they made the breakfast sandwich on. The gravy was a nice addition to the chicken and waffles. The portions are a bit big so you might have leftovers! There's plenty of seating inside and outside. We came during the lunch rush but still got our food within 10-15 minutes of ordering. I didn't try any of their drinks but excited to come back for coffee and/or a drink! read more

Food: Breakfast Burrito with sausage-- The burrito was pretty hefty. The scrambled eggs & potatoes were yummy; the sausage was not. It's hard to describe, but it seemed like it had no flavor/seasoning. Disappointing, because the texture was nice & everything else about the burrito was great. I would avoid the sausage & just go for chorizo next time, or really any other meat. Breakfast enchilada stack-- friend said it was yummy! The beans tasted good. Was really excited to finally try Stone Way Cafe after hearing so much about it. Great ambience inside, ample outdoor seating, friendly staff and was fast. However I was ultimately disappointed. We ordered a burrito, sandwich, and some kombucha on tap. Kombucha and sandwich were great (the bun was excellent). The burrito on the other hand was lackluster especially after all the praise from the other reviews. Sure it was a generous portion but 80% of the burrito was undercooked, soggy, and bland home fries (same on sandwich side). Found a hair in my burrito as well sadly. Because of its position in the neighborhood, I could see myself coming back here to give it another shot but I definitely won't be going out of my way for it. I used to love the breakfast burrito and ubereats ordered it every week before Stone Way Cafe closed its location due to loss of lease. Waited for a year for the new location to open and was so excited to order the breakfast burrito with the special "crack" sauce. What a complete disappointment. The burrito is filled with potatoes, incredibly small amount of sausage and eggs, an zero crack sauce. This is malpractice to sell an expensive breakfast burrito and leave out the eggs and sausage! I thought maybe they might have given the crack sauce on the side, but I was wrong and disappointed again - no crack sauce. I also ordered the advertised "delicious bacon" and it was not bad but it was not freshly cooked and burnt on the ends. read more

Wow this place is popular!! I went on a pretty cold, rainy day to find this place had ALL the doors and windows open, somehow making the inside colder than the outside. Part of me wonders if that's to keep people moving, because most people were there for pick up. Alas, I don't live close by so it looks like we're staying in...even though I can see my breath. Pretty run down, this place is more about food and less about environment. The veggie burrito I got, visually, left a lot of be desired. Flavour wise? Found this place through Yelp and it was near our AirBnB so perfect to go for a late breakfast/brunch in the morning before leaving. There were so many options to choose from! Everything sounded great. We were able to walk right in and order pretty quick since it was a weekday. They have lots of indoor seating a some outside seating. Seems like this is a cool spot to come and study or do some WFH. I ended up getting a decaf cappuccino and the Cajun Benedict. The portions were quite large! Luckily I was very hungry. The sauce and the meat were so good. I also loved the biscuits underneath plus it comes with potatoes too! Would definitely recommend stopping by here if in the area and looking for some good food. The food isn't cheap and there's usually a decent wait for your food. I got a fly in my potatoes the last time I came and didn't notice it until the last few bites and didn't want to bring it to the attention of the staff because they are always slammed and busy. I decided to come back again for takeout and they did well, I just still feel really feel gross about the fly. Overall, this is a solid neighborhood spot. I enjoyed my veggie burrito and my boyfriend liked his sausage burrito. We felt a little bit of spice/salsa would have added to the burritos, but the creamy sauce provided was good. The lattes were good, kind of your typical latte. I prefer house-made syrups and fun flavor combos, but the coffee itself was decent. It's a cute spot that seemed quite dog friendly. This was one of the higher rated coffee and breakfast spots in the area and one that had seating. Many places only have a walk up window with really no where to sit and eat/drink. Stoneway on the other hand really brings it with the food options, even including specials. I was a bit torn between the options they had. The breakfast sandwich, burrito and enchilada all different from each other sounded good. Even after asking for a recommendation I couldn't decide. That to me is a good thing when many of the offerings make you pause. I settled for the breakfast enchilada - house-made chorizo, queso oaxaca, spinach, jalapeños, enchilada sauce, over-easy eggs on corn tortillas. Very hot, loaded and filling. I definitely recommend adding Valentino sauce on top. I got a Latte which was alright, nothing to go crazy over. The tag line for Stone Way is -- Beer, Coffee, Food, Music. An awesome combination which seems to be pulled off well enough here. This is as far as the food and coffee part. They have alcoholic beverages in the fridge section but it was too early for any of that during the visit and I suppose the same for music being a weekday morning. I did notice the area where perhaps an act would be with speakers, wires and more laying about. What I liked most about Stone Way beyond my meal was the system they have. A girl taking orders, a guy doing coffee and two ladies doing the cooking and prep. Many places I've seen like this people are multi tasking and that leads to some sort of mistake. They'll shout your number and you come pick up your food. It works. I'd come back to Stone Way. This visit went my way. read more

This is a nice little place in Fremont where you can grab a walk-up-and-order hearty breakfast with delicious coffee. They have picnic tables and tall chairs/bar setup outside and a number of inside options too. My favorite thing was their delicious and super fresh-tasting home fries. These were so good on their own and they are included in the breakfast burrito as well. They have a perfect plain waffle option for kids too. read more

This place also stays open much much later (4:00 am, every day) than the the cafeteria and the gift shop (which also sells some snacks and coffee)--- see the pic I posted for the updated hours since what was originally reported was way off. Due to that convenience, it also tends to have a line during the morning and early afternoon hours, and every time I've walked by. There is no seating area since it's a small shop but the UWMC has tables and chairs outside; just past the Cascade elevators. Today I stopped by at around 5:00 pm and luckily there was only one person in front of me. I bought a Smokey Chicken Bacon Melt (pre-packaged). It was very tasty and probably would've been even better if I toasted it, or at least heated it up. But I was too lazy. Although it was delicious, the size was certainly not worth about $7.50 (includes tax). Probably would only stop by here again if I actually want a coffee or don't have the time to go to the cafeteria for food.

I love open space and the natural lighting that comes. The cafe does however tend to get crowded so most of the time I've had to take my drink to go. If you are able to get a seat I think it's a great place to get your work done as the cafe has a very relaxed environment.

They serve up classic brunch options at a great price with generous portions, making them a solid go-to for a satisfying meal. Their new space is full of light and art and was a flurry of activity on the weekend, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. I was excited to see that there's also more seating and even a small parking area (though with only four spots, it's still a bit of a gamble). Service was a little slow the last time I visited, so they might still be working through some growing pains, but the food was as delicious as ever. I searched on Yelp for lox and bagels. This came up first on the list every time. They do not have lox. It is very casual and food looks better than it tastes. Staff is friendly but there is no table service--not even to deliver the food you ordered so I didn't feel obligated to tip. Latte was one of the best I've ever had. Great atmosphere and great people. I haven't been there in the evening but there is a little stage with instruments so I think they also do live music. The staff there was so friendly. Also it is very clean. They also recycle and compost so that's a plus! The only reason it is not 5 stars is it is a bit more expensive than most coffee shops. read more

We were very happy with our choice of venue as our guests really liked the space, the staff was very friendly and things went very smoothly from an event planning perspective. The food is not labeled totally accurately, which is tough if you have allergies. They tried, but they didn't get it. Also, the place is not properly ventilated. I can think of several fast food places that have messed up our order multiple times just in the last six months. Not so with this place! By the way, they are also very good about refilling your water or coffee. The restaurant itself is very clean, including the bathrooms. And they have pictures for the kiddos to color with crayons, just FYI. There are lots of windows, so it's nice and bright. I've seen all kinds of people here: singles, couples, families, etc.. It's great that there's the attached parking lot which is for use with all the retail around it (Trader Joe's, Ross, etc.) Yesterday (June 12, 2026), both my husband and I had egg dishes that came with hashbrowns and vegetables. Everything was scrumptious! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone out there! By the way, they also do takeout. But it's very comfortable place to eat at.
