Mike came out to do the repair, and I really appreciated how communicative and helpful he was. He answered all my questions and completed the work thoroughly. It turns out the blinds had already been ordered, so I believe the delay was more about poor communication than inaction. That said, it was still frustrating to have to chase updates for weeks. While my initial experience was disappointing. I do want to acknowledge that they ultimately addressed the issues I had and made things right. I do hope they improve their follow-up and customer support, but I'm glad things were resolved in the end.

Rather than helping us understand the differences between available options, the conversation felt increasingly tense and dismissive, particularly when discussing our use of AI generated visuals to help refine the design direction we are trying to achieve. After scheduling a consultation, Gina later that same day decided not to take on the project, which is certainly her prerogative, and I appreciate that she communicated that before any work began. That said, the experience left me with the impression that questions, comparison shopping, and our personal decision making process were viewed negatively rather than as a normal part of a significant home investment. This is the 1st review I have ever written. This company runs like a textbook on professional salesmanship. I called and spoke to a real person. They took my information. They said a salesperson would contact me. They followed up with an email confirmation. Then Gabby the salesperson called me and set an appointment. Then she followed up with an email confirmation. She showed up on time. She knew her stuff. After the appointment I received a follow up email thanking me for the meeting. Within 24 hours I received the quote. Then I received a follow up email to make sure I received the quote. Then she sent us samples of the fabrics. I received emails that "the fabric is on its way" and another saying "how do we like the fabric samples" Just fast constant follow up. They had an installer Michael from Hawaii. He came out to check everything before we placed the order to make sure all of the measurements were correct. We placed the order. The blinds and drapes were done quickly. We received an email that the blinds were ready. The installation was flawless. A few days later, my wife was not happy with the drapes as they were not holding their pleats. They sent us a follow up email making sure we were happy. I replied back with this issue. Michael came back on a Saturday and steamed the drapes to perfection. What a journey this has been! We've been renovating a bit and tried to plan every project within the project to fall into "next completion" line. We started to purchase from another company (who shall remain nameless here), but suddenly I found too many poor reviews of them, so we found STONESIDE BLINDS and Gabby. Since money was limited for blinds, we were only able to do 3 rooms, leaving 3 more rooms undone. FINALLY about 2 months later we were ready to have the new blinds installed. Mick showed up, really, a cool and knowledgeable guy! He put up with our nonsense and "leg yanking" well and we were SOOO happy with the blinds and installation. However, there was a problem..... parts were missing! (Not really missing - we just hadn't ordered them yet) I sent Gabby an email about it. She responded quickly and with great concern! Yup we were missing parts... the entire blinds for the rooms we hadn't been able to afford a couple of months earlier :) Yes, they will be on order within the next few days! Everything was as expected, price was right, plenty of options, quality is great, time to install was faster than expected, installation perfect, and corporate follow up was better that expected, no surprises. Gabby, our Design Consultant was very professional and informative and very quick to send several samples to review. Ed is a seasoned professional, the measurements were perfect and the installation was beautiful. Gabby helped us to decide to use power drives with remote operation due to the height of the windows and the concealment of the blinds, motors, and batteries and matching of the window frame style and color was unbelievable. Ed did a professional and masterful installation that was up and installed in less time than I expected. The installation looks so good and was done so fast that our employees did not know they were installed until they were being used. We just moved into our new house and the first thing we wanted to do was to install window coverings. After spending a lot of time researching vendors, we had 3 different companies visit, to discuss options and provide quotes. Hands down, Gabby at Stoneside Shades was the BEST. We had such a great experience working with Riley Muir! She was super helpful from the start and took the time to go through a ton of different window covering options and swatches with us until we found ones we really loved. One thing we especially appreciated was that the design consultation was in our home. It made a big difference being able to see the swatches in our actual space, next to our windows, furniture, and lighting. It really helped us feel confident in our choices. Riley was also really easy to get in touch with, which made a big difference while I was going back and forth on a few options. From the first meeting for measurements and quotation I received top level professional service all the way from the initial consultation to the final installation of the blinds. I found Stoneside to be not only a great value but excellent quality as well. After the initial consultation I was given regular status updates as to where they were in the process. I was given great consideration for my order and treated with professionalism and courtesy. I actually received 2 quotes from companies other than Stoneside and the level of service was marginal at best. Gabby was very patient and helpful while we chose fabrics.Their fabric choices offered are high quality and ones we've not seen before. They gave our home that modern look we were after. After years of struggling with cords breaking and blinds that hung unevenly, I decided that I had had enough; my beautiful beach view deserved better framing than what it had. Gabby asked all the right questions to assist me in determining which blind would be the best choice for my needs. We looked a several samples and i made my selection. Great service from Gabby and Michael. Needed blinds asap to cover five Great Room windows at my sisters to get her house ready for sale. Gabby came to show the options and a few days later we placed the order. She expedited the process for us. Michael, the installer, came to measure the windows and checked with the factory to make sure the blinds could be installed successfully on the Pella windows. The drapes were just iinstalled and they are better than i expected even, details I didn't think about she did- like the brackets that connect the rod to the wall. We ordered top-down/bottom-up cellular shades for my home office and dining room and regular shades for a small window above our kitchen sink. Kaylee was the consultant we worked with. She was personable, positive, friendly and provided superior service. She communicated well every step of the way and set the right expectations each time. She brought several samples/swatches and left them with us to give us the chance and time to see how it looks during the day and at night. What impressed us the most was when we had minor issues on our dining room shades (it felt heavy when pulling down), Kaylee relayed the issue to the owner and the manufacturer's rep to figure it out. While it took some time to get it right, they were in contact with me each and every time which we greatly appreciated. And they made sure that we were happy with the final product. TBH, compared with a few vendors we used for our remodeling project, Budget Blinds was "the only one" who kept us abreast of what was going on and provided updates. The other vendors we hired, I had to track them down, and some didn't even reply to emails. They did not care because they were already paid. In home visit Amanda told me you need to come to our showroom and pick fabric and everything else. I went to the showroom on January 14, 2026 and selected everything needed for the drapery. Amanda said she would email the final estimate within a couple of days. After 21 days with no response, I had to follow up myself. Her response was that they were "very busy with high volume" and that she would send the estimate within a couple of hours. That explanation didn't add up. If they were that busy, why the estimate could suddenly be produced immediately after I followed up? If you were that busy how could you call me right after you got my follow up text message!!!!! This experience was unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Between the poor communication, long delays, and excessive pricing, I lost all trust in this company. I decided not to move forward and do not recommend Fashion Interior to anyone.
