    Cuban Cobb salad
    Brianna J.

Their Cuban Cobb salad is to die for as well as their kettle chips that come with bbq chicken on it! I'm surprised this place doesn't get more business but they should incorporate trivia/karaoke like Panini's used to. Overall the service is great!

Great restaurant with full bar in Lutz. I had the Fish and Chips and the serving size was generous. Tasted great. Perfect place to watch sports or hang out with friends. Recommend it.

I found the food good and a great place to meet friends for lunch. It is easy to find and there is ample parking spaces.

Everyone on the staff was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell they truly care about making sure guests have a great experience and not just about getting people in and out. The food was incredible. The pizza tasted authentic, fresh, and made with real passion. Everything came out perfectly and the attention to detail really stood out. Even the recommendations and small interactions with the staff made the whole experience feel special.

This simple marinara pizza was absolutely delicious with its soft pillowy crust and sauce and fresh basil and garlic. My husband ordered the Tortellini di Carne, which he thoroughly enjoyed and commented a few times how tasty the ham was (I concurred). A rich chocolate torte finished the meal. Suggestion to help keep the doorway clear is to post signage informing guests to seat themselves. Since this was our first visit, we felt ignored by staff. I finally asked a diner if patrons had to seat themselves - once we sat, we were no longer ignored. This trattoria needs a cozier/family vibe with the gorgeous pizza oven as its center piece. We will certainly be back.

Gonna be really honest this is the closest to New York pizza because when you fold the pizza that's a whole different subject, but when you fold the slice of pizza where most people consider the proper way to eat a pizza you get that slight very fake crunch and I tell you it's addicting.

Located in a strip mall off of us19 in Palm harbor is this little pizza parlor. Inside resembles those of NY minus the stand and go tables, including the pizza by the slice options which I appreciate. 2 large slices and a can soda for $7.99 isn't bad. The inside is basic and meant to be a pizza parlor vibe. It was awkwardly quiet though, being brand new I'm sure they are working on piping in some fun Italian music. Now comes the hard part. The pizza. As somebody who has spent a lot of time eating pizza in Manhattan, this may look like NYC pizza but it doesn't taste like it. The pizza was very bland and odd. Not very good at all. Unfortunately it ranks very low in pizza taste profile and probably top 10 worst pizza I've had. The quality is similar to papa John's and the taste reminds me of cafeteria pizza. To be fair in my assessment I tried both the cheese and pepperoni. I had high expectations but am left throwing half of it away because it's just not very good. I am sorry to have to write this especially about a new business, but 11 years as a Yelp elite my goal is always fair honest reviews for the users. I'm sure there are many people with less discerning taste buds who may like it. For me, it's a no

Back in October, I made a reservation for 20 people for a January dinner to celebrate my dad's birthday. I had heard the week before that Max sold the restaurant, but at that point it was too late to find another place that could accommodate such a large group. Our reservation was at 4:00 pm. When I walked in at 4:03 with my son, there was a man standing by the pizza oven on his cell phone. I initially thought he was a customer waiting for food since there was no acknowledgment at all. After a few minutes, a couple of cooks walked out, looked at us, and said nothing. The man continued texting and then, very coldly, asked, "How can I help you?" I told him I was there for the party of 20, and he responded, "They're in the back," with no warmth or professionalism. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade, I was honestly shocked by the greeting. Once seated, I informed our server that both my brother and I have celiac disease and that eating gluten-free is a serious medical necessity. Normally, servers acknowledge this and reassure guests that they'll speak with the kitchen. Instead, she said nothing and walked away while I was still speaking. The appetizers were fine, but the main courses were extremely disappointing. I ordered the gluten-free veal marsala, a dish I've had countless times at Nabruzzi over the years. This was easily one of the worst versions I've ever had...completely bland, with large chunks of garlic instead of properly minced, and so unappetizing I couldn't finish it. My husband ordered the pollo florentine and described it as something our four-year-old could have made. The presentation was equally poor; the food looked like it had simply been thrown onto the plates. The server never once checked on us after the food was delivered, which should happen within the first few bites. I also brought a birthday cake for my dad, and it was served before all the dinner plates were cleared. As we were leaving, the owner simply said, "Have a good one." It's clear that the new owner has little to no experience in the restaurant or service industry, which is incredibly disappointing. Nabruzzi was once a warm, friendly Italian restaurant and a hidden gem in Lutz...a place our family truly loved and visited often because it felt welcoming and close to home. Sadly, after this experience, we will not be returning.

The food quality and flavor is excellent. I love the bread with olive oil served before the meal. I ordered veal and it was also excellent and the pasta is delicious too. We ordered the Romano pizza as an appetizer and it was ok. Unfortunately our food took a loooooong time to come out. The pizza probably took 30 minutes. We asked for the salads to come out at the same time but again had to wait. My salad had no dressing on it so I had to ask for it which they did send out. The meals again took quite awhile to come out. I will say our server was friendly, but the kitchen just took forever with everything. I will definitely come back because the food is so good. Hopefully this was just an off night.

I went for weekend brunch and they offer bottomless mimosas and sangria (red and white). A heads-up: the sangria came straight from the bottle without the usual fruit you'd expect. Not my favorite take on it, but the vibe and service made up for it. Staff were super friendly and attentive, which really added to the experience. The food? Tough decision between the avocado toast breakfast and the breakfast pizza--but the pizza won. Solid choice! I got mine with sausage (you can also choose bacon or veggies). Extra veggies are $1.75 each, and I added mushrooms and spinach. Worth it. Oh, and they've got a brick pizza oven, which is always a bonus. Fun detail: their pizza/calzone topping menu has a cheeky note that says "No pineapple--don't ask!" with emojis. Gotta love a place with a sense of humor. Highly recommend checking this place out.
