I went through group on and found Stop N Go Auto advertising with great deals. I took my car in for maintenance on my transmission. After a full inspection and item came up saying urgent. My CV Axle was cracked and was not safe to commute with. I did notice my front end was lagging and was rough especially on turns and driving the highway to work. They were very serious and honest when I ask was it safe to drive. If the axle would of broke it would of been major damage and lose control. I ok for the job to be done and it was repaired in an hour. My car drives so smooth and feels safe. Thank you to Stop N Go and the whole office and mechanic that save my life and my car. Thank you Reuben. Had some issues with the ac blowing hot air, went to a few places and called up a few others who would not work on my car because I had used one of those ac pro refrigerants. The places I went to and called said that stuff will damage your vehicle and they didn't want to touch my car and ruin their equipment in the process. I don't blame them and I would caution people to be careful with that stuff. One place was taking about $3,000 dollars to replace my whole system. But when I took it to stop and go Reuben took care of it and now it's blowing cold air. Thanks man. my 2016 Genesis was blowing very hot air and I tried adding refrigerant but couldn't get it to work so I took it to stop and go. They hooked it up to their machine and told me it wouldn't take refrigerant because it was way too low and needed to evacuated and then refilled. We determined there were likely no other problems so we made a deal to do that and it was less than one hour. After several days, my AC is still blowing very cold and I have no complaints. The manager was friendly and had no problems communicating what was being done. this was my first visit there and I'm happy with the results. read more

Had some minor damage on my wife's vehicle that caused the light blinker to not work. Came in to see how much it would cost to replace the light bulb, and they offered to do it for free. They were pleasantly nice, so I asked how much to repair the minor damage and was offered a good price. I'm still trying to convince my wife to fix the damage, but since it is an older car, and still runs great, she feels it's not worth to fix it. Hopefully I can convince her to fix the vehicle and post another review if we get it fixed. An overall great friendly experience! read more

Amazing customer service from the front desk and the mechanic himself! The shop actually works with you and actually cares about the customer and the car. The mechanic himself takes you to the back and shows you what's going on and explains to you EXACTLY what's going on! They are not trying to scam you out of any money or even add on unnecessary expenses. They tell you exactly what's going on with the car. I have never heard of them until I downloaded Groupon and called the shop itself. I'm never going back to Pep-boys or Big O tires again! read more

The crew, especially their lead mechanic Ruben is awesome. He's knowledgeable and honest in his evaluations. About 3 weeks ago we took my friends car who's transmission fluid was leaking. This could have been really bad. Ruben took a look at it and found out that one of the transmission hoses had a hole. They replaced it and that was it. Any other shop could have hosed us a told us it was something else and we would have known the difference. Thank you Ruben for doing a great and honest job.
