I rented a unit for 151.00 in august. Insurance included. At the time their were cheaper…read morealternatives but further away. My mom rents at a different location under the same company and has been there for years. The only reason I didn't store at that location is because it was further. I was even told by a representative at that location that the first month should be free here and apparently it wasn't. In November I received a notice that the unit will be increasing this month. My December payment was 220.00. It's absolutely ridiculous and utterly annoying. It' hasn't even been 5 months. It honestly feels like a bait and switch. Who's to say next month or in the next few more months they won't decide to increase it again.
