The district manager is unresponsive to all request for communication and they both have been unable to resolve any issues. Please consider a different storage facility for your storage needs. Issues with payment, management unable to explain certain charges, homeless people living on the property and currently have a storage unit on the property. Some storage units have no barrier to ceiling and are unsecure. Forced to move all contents from storage unit to another unit on the property with no compensation for time or labor and then given three days to vacate after moving.

To our knowledge we had never received any email saying we needed to sign a new contract. After my wife contacted Morningstar regarding this email we were emailed a contract dated 2017. After telling them that we'd be happy to sign a contract dated 2024 we were told that if we didn't sign the contract by Monday the 30th they would lock up our belongings. Let me just affirm that we were paid in full and have diligently paid our bill for the entire time we have used their facilities. Further, we are both self employed and both lost a day of income because we will not do business with anyone so disrespectful and we moved out today. Further yet, when I looked the Morningstar website today I found that they are advertising storage lockers the same size as ours for 50 dollars less a month than we were paying them. In overview, I suspect that there is some other issue in management there. Why else would they present us with a contract backdated to 2017. Obviously, I cannot recommend this facility

The prices were good, the delivery and pick-up was easily scheduled and was on time. Watching the storage unit being delivered and then picked up was fascinating. It was all handled by one driver! If you need blankets or a lock for the unit, they have the best prices -- I know because I shopped around. While the unit was in my driveway, we had some serious rainy weather, but there were no leaks and all my "stuff" was safe from the elements. It was a stressful time for me (trying to coordinate the workers, etc., since I did not have a contractor/middleman, finding another place to live for the duration, etc.), but Brian and his crew made the storage of my furniture very easy and stress free. His ability to work with strenuous moving situations, and just totally being just a downright cool guy makes Mi-Box the only place to get moving containers for your stressful move. Now, here's the thing, he is not a high pressure sales dude which is way cool. He will get you what you ask for no questions asked!! But from my experience, I have one word of advice, ***GET A BIGGER BOX THAN YOU NEED!!*** They had to deliver a small box so we could get our two loveseats, bed and a dog crate with some water bottles. If I would have been smart, I would have fit it all in the big box. With my mistake, he worked in a small box in his already busy schedule and we got to give our landlord the middle finger and move into our condo.
