    Beet Salad

Perfect location to end a fantastic day in the upper northwest Michigan. What is better than eating and drinking well followed by a sunset by the lighthouse and the lake. Food- the beet salad is an absolute must. I would order this everyday if I could. The Stormavore pizza was a good bar pie and the raclette with Leelanau cheese did not disappoint. I can't wait to go back!

Stormachos or something like that. No matter. It's tasty nachos.

Nice outing with fam. Had five different pizzas and two salads. Everything was devoured. Friendly service, good microbrewery vibe. This place has come a long way since we first visited about 10 years ago. Now it's probably the place to for casual eats. We had to wait 30 mins to sit but no problem as we just walked down to the beach waiting for our text.

Brewery #267 Stormcloud is pretty much a perfect brewery for my tastes. I like good bar food, great beer and a cool place to enjoy them. Stormcloud does that in spades. The food menu is full of things like pizzas (that looked good), sandwiches, salads and apps. I got a chicken salad with apples, dried cherries, dried cranberries, red onions and a lemon vinaigrette. It was delicious and refreshing. Pops got the Fowl Weather which was a grilled chicken sandwich with avocado, bacon, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese on Naan bread. He said it was delicious. They even make cook to order flavored popcorn if you just want a tasty snack. As far as the beer, I got my standard flight which consisted of 3 IPA's and a Belgian Tripel. All of them were great but the Cool Cat Kitty Face (hazy IPA) and 228 Tripel (Belgian) were my favorites. The atmosphere is cool too. They have the standard inside area with a bar and tables, an outdoor patio is you want to eat Al Fresco, and a beer garden that doesn't have food service but a relaxing spot if you just want to drink a cold one. Stormcloud was so nice that we went back the next day just to get a few pints and enjoy the beer garden.

Love this brewery. Good food & good times. They're open pretty much year round, which means they embrace their outside area in the summer AND the winter. Love their chicken salad & friend green beans. They also offer popcorn + flavors which are a hit.

We were passing by Frankfort and wanted to try a local brewery...we're really glad we found Stormcloud Brewing! Here's what we liked: - Their beers are based on Belgium style ales, so I decided to get a flight. The flight had four generous pours and was very reasonable. There was a very wide range of different beers so we were able to try several styles...all were really great! - We decided to get some snacks to go with the beers and ordered the Truffle and Fresh Parmesan popcorn...wow, it was so good and a huge portion! I only wished I could have gotten an assortment of the four different flavors offered. The Brat Bites were another great snack...especially the Chips! - It was a rainy day and the inside of the bar was super comfy vibe. Bottom line: We loved this brewery and would welcome the chance to visit again!

Riders on the Storm pizza with carmelized onions, sausage, pear--yum!

Had a fun family outing to Stormcloud. Each young adult plus me picked a different beer to try. We ordered several pizzas and 2 types of salad and had a lovely evening--everything was delicious, helpful service, nice vibe.

Stormcloud Brewing is one of those places that will always have a line no matter the time you arrive. My husband and I arrived at Stormcloud Brewing prior to it opening and there was already a long line of at least 20 people. Luckily Stormcloud Brewing is very large and can accommodate a variety of party sizes. During my visit there were many large parties that arrived and they were able to be seated rather quickly. Just a note, this was during the earlier part of the day so it does get harder to be seated quickly as the day goes on. The wait staff at Stormcloud Brewing were very nice. Even with them dealing with a lot of customers on a daily basis they didn't seem phased by the large amount of tables they had to manage. I ordered the sangria during my visit. It wasn't the best sangria that I've ever had, wasn't blended well, but it was strong. So after a few sips of the drink it was tolerable. I think all of the bartenders in the area had the same training which was have a heavy pour so be prepared! My table ordered the mac daddy and the stormavore pizza. The mac daddy was delicious, a nice amount of cheese and the BBQ pulled pork was a great edition. They tanginess of the BBQ sauce added a little flavor to the dish. The stormavore pizza was okay. Compared to the other food I experienced in the area this was one of the better options in the area. I was able to make another meal from the leftovers so that was great.

Great place. Great food. Just don't trust their tip calculations.

Food was great! Service was awesome. Tip calculating is sketchy. Do your own calculations.

When we ordered, the bartender didn't drink which made it hard to know what certain beers taste like, but honestly, no judgement because he did the right thing and offered tastes of beer which was awesome and helpful! So service wise I would say great! The beer tasted really good as well and was decently priced. They had a bourbon barrel stout which was pretty good and newly released. The biggest issue we had was with the food. I ordered the spam sandwich with chips and my wife ordered the chicken quesadilla. While the food was cheap, the quality of the food also seems that way too based off what we ordered. The spam sandwich was supposed to be teriyaki flavored, and didn't get any of that. There wasn't a lot of thousand island dressing on it too, which made the sandwich dry. The chips that were served were clearly out of a bag as they were cold, which made it seem like I could have just gotten a bag myself. I would have paid a few dollars extra to get something fresh like fries. While spam comes from a can and I know this, my wife's chicken quesadilla had chicken that was clearly from a can - it was sopping wet, and the meat was very chunky, and very salty. This made us worry the rest of the food may not be very fresh. While we did have that experience, I will say the pretzel bites were really good and did seem fresh, and they were sourdough! So that was nice. I think this place has very good beer, and a really cool bar setup with a nice stage, arcade machines, and much more. However, I wouldn't come back here for lunch. Instead, I would make food at home. I would highly recommend more fresher options, and I would pay a little more for better quality food.

Nice sized bar area and huge outdoor patio where you are welcome to wait. Bartender made us feel welcome even though we didn't need drinks while waiting. Excellent views on the beautiful patio! Live music. Excellent server! NA options...4 beers plus mocktails. Huge variety on the menu and well priced. All of that said...the food is what you come to a restaurant for, right?? 3 stars for food... We ordered cheese curds and asked if regular or spicy were better. Were told we could do half and half. Great to have that option. The regular ones were excellent. Spicy were terrible. Gyro was a small serving size and flavorless. Nice amount of feta and other toppings, very little lamb meat. Tuna was good, not great. Prob 3.5 stars All in all, food doesn't have to be perfect to be good and you can truly enjoy going out if the food is "just" good. Will definitely go back and try other menu options. Since there's a great variety we'd likely find something excellent.

We ordered the potstickers and cheese curds as appetizers. Both were served hot and fresh. Very tasty! It took awhile after apps were out for our entrees to arrive. I ordered the Reuben with sweet potato fries. Reuben was very good but sweet and potato fries left a lot to be desired. For my second beer, I ordered the West Coast IPA. It was a mosaic ipa and a bit hoppy! Very cool, solid restaurant. Super cool area & would definitely revisit for the beer!
