This is a very touristy spot on the main road. The menu is bar food and a variety of entrees that are higher quality. They're known for the painkillers where you pick how much pain you are in to determine the amount of alcohol. The calamari was average but the fried jalapeños were good. The coconut shrimp were very good and I picked the vegetables and rice as my side. Overall, it was a pretty good dish and a large portion. The staff is friendly and the food arrived in a timely matter. They also have a large gift shop in the back. FYI: the address isn't right on Yelp for this. It's right across from the ferry port.

After spending the rest of our trip trying other restaurants, though, there are SO many better places to eat. We ordered the Monster Meat pizza, which was $47, and honestly it tasted like a frozen pizza. For that price, we were expecting something significantly better. Nothing about the food really stood out or made us want to come back. The history behind Pusser's is interesting, and it's cool to stop in and try the famous rum or have a drink just to experience the place. But for an actual meal, I'd skip it. This place is the hub for anything fun you plan to do in Maho bay: ample rentals to kayak, paddle board, snorkel, chair rentals for the beach front.
