We were on a cruise and took a shuttle to Canes Garden Bay Beach…read more It was a warm tropical day and the staffs offered us 2 lounge chairs with umbrella for $25 which we took. After getting in the warm clear somewhat wavy water we got thirsty and decided to try their local beer, Carib lager and the Limi da' coconut cocktail which has a blend of lime juice, coconut rum and a hint of citrus. It was delicious and refreshing. Fyi- they only accept cash unless you buy $15+ worth of f&b. Overall it was a nice day at the beach with refreshing drinks. The local staffs were somewhat friendly and helpful when asked.

Myett's is a long-time tradition; love the wonderful location and view, gift shops, ambiance,…read moregracious long-term server, Ernestine and her husband, bartender, Prince. We came in for dinner and had the whole snapper. It was delicious. It does have a lot of bones to pick out, which our server warned us about, but worth it for me. Next time, though, might try the grouper, which is a fillet without the bones. Sides of Potatoes and veggies were great. We had it with a Caesar salad, which was fresh and delicious. And we brought home a Caesar salad with chicken back for our daughter, who loved it. It was a Thursday night, and Myett's had a really great steel drum band musician who also sang, and had a beautiful voice. kind of modern classic songs. . Very cool. Great location and view. Absolutely recommend.

Stopped in for dinner and some drinks. I first visited 4 years ago and was happy to come back in…read more There is a lot of history at Pussers and it feels like a step back in time. This is a very touristy spot on the main road. The menu is bar food and a variety of entrees that are higher quality. They're known for the painkillers where you pick how much pain you are in to determine the amount of alcohol. The calamari was average but the fried jalapeños were good. The coconut shrimp were very good and I picked the vegetables and rice as my side. Overall, it was a pretty good dish and a large portion. The staff is friendly and the food arrived in a timely matter. They also have a large gift shop in the back. FYI: the address isn't right on Yelp for this. It's right across from the ferry port.

Cool History, But Not Worth It for the Food…read more Pusser's definitely has a cool atmosphere and a lot of history, and the inside is fun to look around. It was the first place we ate after getting to the island, so at the time we didn't have much to compare it to. After spending the rest of our trip trying other restaurants, though, there are SO many better places to eat. We ordered the Monster Meat pizza, which was $47, and honestly it tasted like a frozen pizza. For that price, we were expecting something significantly better. Nothing about the food really stood out or made us want to come back. The history behind Pusser's is interesting, and it's cool to stop in and try the famous rum or have a drink just to experience the place. But for an actual meal, I'd skip it. There are much better food options on the island that are far more worth your time and money.

The drinks are a little pricier, but taking into account you're in the middle of a national park with not much around, the prices make sense. Drinks absolutely delicious - we loved the pina colada! They have plenty of seating, so you can either stay and enjoy or take your drinks back to the beach across the street. I'm not sure if they're related or not, but there is a little food shop little right next to it with the same available seating. As with the drinks, food there is a little pricier but take into account where you are. We ordered the mahi bites. Absolutely delicious. Fish was solid enough to pick up but flaked apart in your mouth. Would totally order again. Great place to stop when you're enjoying the beach at Maho Bay.

Fun tiki bar with ample seating options in pristine Maho Bay…read more We stayed in the bay on a catamaran for approx 5 days and came ashore to the tiki bar daily for cocktails, live music, tshirt shopping. This place is the hub for anything fun you plan to do in Maho bay: ample rentals to kayak, paddle board, snorkel, chair rentals for the beach front. Great strong drinks and a fun chill vibe to chillax, play corn hole, kick back and people watch, or stare at the stunning turquoise wonder that is Maho Bay. Very highly recommended.
