    Extroversa

I am so glad there's a true microbrewery in PC now. Nestled in what otherwise looks like an industrial area, I almost missed it while trying to find it in the snow. When we walked in, we were able to find seats (although there aren't many). They have a vast variety of beers on tap and some in cans. I started with the Laser Kiwi (IPA). I liked it, but I also wanted to try the Extroversa (sour). The Extroversa was absolutely delicious. Not too sweet and not too sour, almost the Goldilocks beer of sours. It's actually sippable and wouldn't be too much on a hot summer day. The servers here were great and they are a very dog friendly place. I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Stumbled across this brewery and so glad we did! It's one of the very few breweries in Park City. Ambiance was really nice and the owner has his cute little pup walking around greeting all the guests. One of our highlights indeed! Beer was really unique and we enjoyed all of the beers we ordered!

We split time between Atlanta and Park City and love beer. I have to say Offset is legit. Amazing hazy beers in particular. Dopo, Divi, Nectaron, and Glossy are juicy treats. Very local and don't forget to bring some dog treats for Lucy, the resident welcome dog!

This place does something special with bier. I had an IPA with New Zealand hops. You get the hops but with a smooth finish that I found with many of their other ipas and pale ales. If you are looking for that red wine satin finish come to Offset!

Had a variety of wait staff wait on us so was not sure who our main person was to request anything. Served very warm tepid water in our water glasses and had to ask for ice for the water multiple times before receiving. Room was unseasonably warm, but I know the weather was 10° above normal. Consideration as to opening a window for a cross breeze would've been nice. Cocktails were good and served in a timely manner. Food arrived at our table within five minutes of ordering, which made us feel like they were trying to hurry us through dinner. Food was good, but not great. Nobody came to refill water, check on us to see if we needed anything else and had to walk to the bar to get our check. Again, staff was very courteous, just not present. If I were a report card, I would give this place a "C".

Smooth, perfectly balanced, and not one of those knock-you-over-the-head strong drinks. Dangerous in the best way because you could easily have another... and another. The vibe? Super casual, laid-back, and no pretentious bourbon snobs in sight. Just good drinks and a place you actually want to hang out. And then... the little store inside. Game over. We walked out with a bottle like we had just discovered gold, because apparently, this liquid treasure does NOT exist in our city. 5/5, would absolutely come back and pretend I know way more about bourbon than I actually do.

The outdoor patio was busy so we ended up just getting a table inside. The ambiance is laid back and rustic, cool decorations all over. Our server was nice and made us feel welcome. We got the pretzel to start with - honestly really good. i don't usually write home about a pretzel, but it was so doughy and the sauces were delicious. I got the spicy avocado burger with their homemade chips. All delish. Will definitely be back next time we're in town!

This wasn't a great experience for me…read more The first thing that struck me was the ID check at the door. I pulled up my Colorado digital ID, and the employee seemed completely thrown by it and insisted on seeing my physical license. I understand businesses have policies, but the interaction felt unnecessarily awkward. I'm in my mid-40s, don't even drink alcohol, and still felt like I was being treated as if I were trying to sneak into a bar. It just set an odd tone from the start. I didn't choose the restaurant, but as someone with celiac disease, this was an even bigger issue. I let the staff know up front that I have celiac disease and need to avoid gluten. I ordered a bunless burger and skipped the fries since they don't have a dedicated fryer. I ordered a side salad instead, only to find out almost all of the dressings contained gluten, so I went with the vinaigrette. The burger itself was overcooked and honestly pretty underwhelming. The worst part came at the end of my meal. I took a bite of my salad and felt a crunch. There was a crouton mixed in. I had to spit it into my napkin in front of my coworkers, but by then I'd already chewed it and had crumbs throughout my mouth. For someone with celiac disease, this isn't just an inconvenience. If I'd never mentioned it, that would be one thing. But after telling the staff up front, there should never have been a crouton on that salad. That's beyond normal cross contamination. It was simply careless, and unfortunately it overshadowed the entire experience.

Fine, I'm sure they were maybe short staffed. We were seated and host said our waiter would be right with us. I kid you not, no one came over to us for 15-20 minutes. The employees kept looking at us so they knew we were sitting there. It was as if we were being discriminated for having a toddler. My guess is that no one wanted to deal with a table with a kid. Got to the point where the host had to apologize us for the delay and then saw him go to a server to I assume let him know about our table. However it was someone completely different than the three people my husband saw looking at us for 15-20 minutes so again, clearly they knew we were there and being talked about but yet not a single one came over to even offer us a cup of water. My assumption is the guy was at the end of his shift and didn't want to deal but still, good customer service would have him at least offer us water and Inform us his shift is over but someone new will come. This is why we felt we were being discriminated. Anyway, we finally got someone to our table and took our orders as we already knew what we want 15 minutes ahead of time. All I will say is that the beers are fantastic and the food was decent. My advice is that if you have a toddler, do not come because you will be discriminated by some of the staff members who do not want to cater families with kids. I can still point out to the three who made it blatantly obvious.
