What a cool vibe! Came here with some friends on a Saturday night and it was great. Very large place with lots of seating and outdoor seating for the summer, I will have to be back! I got the lemonade sour and loved it! I heard they do fun events like bingo and karaoke too. So much fun and the staff was super nice! Cool place!! Oh and there's a food truck outside!

This brewery has some decent IPAs and a good award winning red ale. The place has a good mixture of indoor and outdoor space..the outdoor space is very big and also has an upstairs to it too. The staff is very nice and chill. They sometimes have food trucks available outside that you can order and bring in or bring your own food.

I'm gonna be honest here. I can't remember the last time I visited a brewery with such a wide range of beers that were ALL so good. Next, some trivia: 1. True or False- Fisher Brewing was originally started in the 1800s? 2. T or F - Fisher Brewing has been open and operating since the 1800s without any closings. My first visit was at the recommendation of a local and it was a brilliant suggestion. I was impressed with every brew I had. Fast forward two years and I was the one making the recommendation and it was again, so good, my friend said we should get a second round to try and different beer. Excellent spaces and multiple bars from which to order. Cool merch. Clean bathrooms. Friendly and fast service. Delicious schedule of food trucks available on their website.

Met up with the wedding party here the day after for some hair of the dog! Plenty of street parking available outside of this spot! The interior isn't flashy or decorated, but somehow, it works perfectly for creating a casual and laid-back atmosphere to hang out with friends and catch up! There was also a patio and upstairs seating area that we didn't explore! Plenty of different sized tables to accommodate your group, grab a pint or can, and enjoy! The beertenders were incredibly friendly and quick to refill an empty glass when asked! The beers themselves were also quite delicious and refreshing! I had the Slacklager and the Rig to Flip, which were both great! Don't forget to check out the rotating selection of food trucks for a bite...my street tacos from Common Ground Eatery were delectable! A perfect, no frills brewery that's perfect for a casual afternoon meet up with friends!

Cool little brewery. Friendly service, nice place to relax and have some beers. Parking seems to be a little limited and I do not think they offered any food. There was an Italian food truck that pulled up out front and people were bringing the food inside and eating it. Not sure if it's the same truck all of the time or if they rotate different ones.

Last post. Great spot in Salt Lake! You'll get carded no matter your age (that's everywhere here), but the space makes up for it--cozy inside, outdoor patio, and a lovely upstairs balcony. Solid beer list with a few good hazy IPAs. Drafts are all under 5%, so grab cans if you want something stronger. Rotating food truck outside, clean spacious bathrooms, and super helpful staff who know their beers. Parking is limited, but they've got plenty of fun swag.

Fisher brewing is a MUST. The best beers, vibes, merch, and food trucks in town. They've expanded their spaces, which is fantastic. Their rooftop patio has incredible views & is the perfect spot to post up on the weekend. This place is truly so good that we named our dog after it.

Great view and hangout on the rooftop. The beers are delicious.

Great beer choices, huge building with so many areas to enjoy your drink. We headed up to the rooftop patio. They have lots of branded gear to buy too; hats, shirts, etc.

We came in while visiting SLC after deciding to just pick one brewery to go out and try. We were really glad to have landed on Fisher Brewing because of the laid back and open atmosphere, the tasty cold beers, and the cool and shaded patio outside. Walking in we were served right away at the bar. I noticed, when visiting SLC, almost every bar would immediately card us when we walked in to ensure we were of age. I am okay with this but just be ready to show your ID before being sat or ordering. As Texans we are not used to the really nice and cool weather so we opted to have our beers outside under the sun. I liked the patio as there were several open and large picnic tables to choose from. I can see hanging out here with a large group of friends. I even grabbed some free literature of Utah music and arts culture and reads to keep me occupied as we sipped on our beers. Upon reading I noticed we were at the oldest brewery in Utah that has some rich history. I was amazed we happened to land on this spot for our day drinking. Besides having to park on the street a little further down that I had wanted (we were about a block away from the entrance) this spot was easy to find and get to. While we were here we noticed there was a crew working on the patio rooftop which I am sure is beautiful to see the mountains and spend a nice sunny day on drinking some local beers.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Service was quick, and everyone made us feel right at home after a morning of traveling. One of the best surprises was the $4 Bloody Marys such a great deal, and they were delicious. I also tried the Amber beer, which was smooth, flavorful, and paired perfectly with lunch. The food was excellent all around. The fish and chips were crispy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The wedge curly fries were a huge hit at our table and are a must-order. The kids' mac and cheese came in a very generous portion and easily could have been shared. The standout for me was the Great American Bison Burger. It was cooked perfectly, packed with flavor, and one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Between the friendly staff, great food, reasonable prices, and relaxed atmosphere, Squatters was a fantastic start to our Park City trip. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a casual meal and great local beer.

The host was great, very friendly very personable. We original wanted to sit outside because it was a nice day but they didn't have any shade. So we sat inside. Our waitress was intentive at first. I don't like that they won't bring cold ice water. I have to go get my own water that's lukewarm. It Was very warm in there probably 80° or hotter. They had no air flow in there no air conditioning. The door to the outside seating was wide open. We were sweating and very uncomfortable. Our waitress took our drink order then came back and we told her what appetizer we wanted to start with, before we could tell her what entree we wanted she took off. We just thought okay I guess she's in a hurry so we'll just tell her our order when she comes back with the appetizer. 5 minutes later she shows up with the appetizer but then doesn't take our food order and just leaves. Then she never came back. I thought she'd at least come back to check on our drinks or see how our appetizer was tasting but no. 30 minutes later after we finished our appetizer and definitely needed another drink by then. We decided to just leave. We wanted to try a couple of different beers and get 1 Pizza each. Not a very good waitress. Plus I was already sweating to death so I couldn't wait to get out of there. Who doesn't turn on their air conditioning when it's over 80° outside?

At Whiskey Street, I had two issues: I ordered a salad and it never arrived. My wagyu steak came out and I was irritated that the salad hadn't come first. But then the salad didn't come at all. Bummer. And the steak was questions all around. First they didn't know what cut of steak it was. "It's Wagyu" they said, as if all that mattered was where it came from. And just to make sure I wasn't an idiot, I looked up to make sure that Wagyu, like other beef, had various cuts. And the meal was rather salty. And the steak was far closer to rare than medium. And it was served au poivre style, which I would have like to have known. Service was excellent. The Scottish Old-Fashioned excellent. The libation selection is unparalleled. The bar seats have a weird spring to backing so it's more like sitting on a stool with a slight back brace.

My first thought in walking in was yay! It has such great personality, even a bartender with a handle mustache! Quite on a mid Saturday afternoon. We started brunch with drinks - Irish coffee for my friend which was enjoyable and a hot toddy for me which was quite citrusy. Next came our Benedicts. No betrayal here (sorry I know, cheesy!). What makes a good Benedict is the sauce and this one didn't disappoint. Usually I ask that the sauce be on the side but this time I forgot and trust me, that was ok. One of the best I've had that even made a great compliment to the very tasty potatoes. Don't worry, the potatoes were great on their own! Nice touch of flavor, soft inside and crisp outside. Ordering was kind of confusing because you had to wait in line instead of just walking up to the bar. One of the bartenders quickly explained it to us so we got in line. The line moved very quickly. Once we ordered our first beers, we sat at the bar and our bartender then took the rest of our orders while seated there. It seemed like once you ordered and established your seats, you could get waited on at your table but you had to order through the line first. There were 3 or 4 bartenders covering the bar and all the various seating areas. Our bartender was very attentive and we never had empty glasses before she was asking if we wanted another round. There was one time where she got side tracked and there was a very slight delay in bringing the next round for my wife and she profusely apologized and comped that round, but we didn't even notice the delay, to be honest. All the beers were great and the handmade pretzel from a place down the street was delicious. The tasting notes on their menu were spot on for the 5 or 6 beers we tried. They have a lot of seating in the main area and large patio in the back that were both pretty crowded, which is why we sat at the bar. We later found out about their "barrel room" that is in the back behind all the brewing equipment. One of the bar backs said it was a more laidback and quiet area. We peaked back there before we left and had we known about it, we would have sat back there because it's exactly like how it was described. The german beers here are one of the best and phenomenal. I can't get enough. The IPA is here are solid as well. Great vibes has TV with sports and a lot of seating and outdoors as well. The only issue I have unfortunately at this visit was I was trying to grab a glass to take home with me. However, there was a huge line for people to get carded so the front desk guy wanted to card them in first. That was understandable as that created a huge line and backed up the front door. However, someone came behind me with cans so he let them pay first and by the time they finish paying, more people were coming in to get carded. He decided to card them instead of letting me purchase a glass . So at that time I had just left instead of waiting for the continuous cycle of getting carded I'm having to further wait. Hopefully when things are busy, they will have someone to help out carting people in. Otherwise fantastic brewery.
