They were not honest and misrepresented the granite that I chose, then denied it and was told that once I select the slab, the slab is mine. They failed to tell me that I was given a "second". It was not a "premium " granite. They also told me that the slab of absolute back that I chose has veining. After I had chosen the slab and told a friend about the veining she said "I do not think absolute black granite has veining. I called about 8 granite companies and they each verified that absolute black granite DOES NOT have veining. I was so upset with the quality and for being taken advantage of, so I called the company and spoke to the owners son and another employee. They kept repeating themselves and saying, once you choose the granite, it is yours. I am not in the granite business and would think you could rely on the granite company to be honest, but they were not. GK is not a reputable company. Do not let them take advantage of you!! DO NOT USE THEM!!
