We talked everything kitchens. I went to Vicostone and picked the Denali. It is very similar to the color I had in the kitchen but much prettier. It has a richness to it that is unexplainable. I also picked out a beautiful backsplash to go along with it so the fabricator was able to take care of installing everything from counters to sink to backsplash. Luther had all of the right connections in addition to the beautiful stone options they had at Vicostone. It was a great experience. Attention to detail, the care of our home and possessions were taken in to account. Everything was handled and treated with care. They treated our home like they would as if it were their own. The old carpet/flooring was hauled away. Once the installation was completed, everything was put back in place, and the new flooring was properly cleaned. Finally I heard about Iib Stone from one of the wife's friends and we called to verify they were open on Saturdays; and yes they were. We took a little drive up to Suwannee this past Saturday not knowing how much it was going to cost to get the stone cut and were pleasantly surprised when it was only $10 to cut it. Others we had called said it would be between $60 and $100 for the same amount of work. That's 5 stars all the way for me! Not only will Iib cut some stone you have, but they also sale and specially cut granite, marble, etc to fit your needs. If I'm ever building or remodeling I'll call Iib for my stone and stone cutting needs.

Had a flooding issue recently from the water line to my fridge. Plumber said it was an applicance…read moreissue. Called ERI and had someone come out the same day to replace the water line for the fridge. He was professional and knowledgeable. The costs was higher than anticipated but what's new these days. Had to write a check to avoid service fees on debit card. Called back today to say that the repaired water line is leaking, less than 24 hours. He accused me of turning the water back on or plugging the fridge back up. I told him that neither of those things were true. He said it was a plumbing issue. No further assistance offered. Plumber is on his way now. Spent a lot of $$ for zero customer service.

Radi arrived on time and diagnosed the issue (burnt out circulation pump) with our almost 3 year…read moreold Thermador dishwasher. He returned with the part that would fix our dishwasher one week later and installed it. While he was here I asked him to also fix our jiggly handle on the dishwasher. After putting the dishwasher back together the power was not extending to the dishwasher panel, but the power was coming into the dishwasher. He blamed the units control panel being possibly defective and advised us to buy a new dishwasher! He uninstalled the new circulation pump and did not charge us for his time. I noticed that he had thrown some pieces into our kitchen garbage that I retrieved (I wasn't sure if they were important) as I was planning on having a certified Thermador technician out as I did not want to have to purchase a new dishwasher. I had read defective control panels were covered under warranty even though Radi said they were not. A week later the certified Thermador technician came out and I showed him the unit, told him the story and had the pieces out that Radi had thrown away. The Thermador technician said "he cut the wire", I was surprised as Radi never mentioned him cutting a wire. One of the pieces I had retrieved from the garbage was the wire that Radi had cut. I had thought it wasn't working because of a faulty control panel as that is what Radi said. I text Radi asking if he cut the wires and he admitted he did CUT two wires when trying to fix our dishwashers jiggly handle. He did spend sometime trying to remediate it and was unable to...again news to me. The Thermador technician said to REWIRE the whole unit and install a new circulation pump we might as well purchase a new unit. We all make mistakes, what upsets me the most is that he LIED about it and intentionally tried to cover up his mistakes. If he would have told me the truth I wouldn't have had to spend $$ to have the Thermador technician come out and wait another week without a dishwasher. This is why I would NOT recommend ERI Appliance Repair & Service.

They also used paint thinner to remove the glue which dulled the floor. Furthermore they would not take responsibility their actions. I had 4 experts look in person and they said they used way too much glue and you should never use paint thinner to remove the glue. I ended up having to pay someone to re-coat a brand new floor.

They wanted payment, but I refused to pay until the job was complete as stated in their contract. That evening the owner of the company called me with his family in the car actually screaming at me, cussing me out for not paying. I didn't back down, and refused to pay until the job was complete. The next day he sent out someone to finish the stairs, I paid, and swore to never use this company again. I advise you to avoid as well.
