This is definitely a nice place to come if you have kids that enjoy bowling or video games. Came on a holiday while school was out to bring a group of students in a mentoring program. Their average age was 15 to 17 years old. He came out to stratosphere social for the first time. For the first hour we reserved five bowling lanes. We had lunch there then had a hour of arcade time. It was definitely fun. They have a full service bar and a kitchen with assorted other food items. We only had pizza so we could keep it simple and we could not indulge in the bar area since we were chaperoning children. The pizza was so so. That is the only issue that I had. It was rather garlicky sauce and a little bit doughy. It seemed like they rushed to get them out. It was probably because we had a large group and needed eight pizzas brought out quickly. I had some serious food envy when I saw what some of the other people were ordering from the kitchen so I won't hold the food against them. The kids had fun bowling. They have the traditional scoring method and they have other games That you can play. For the arcade portion they gave each of the kids a game card that activated on the first swipe and it was unlimited gaming for one hour. All of the kids enjoyed themselves and had a great time. I am interested in coming back on my personal time since it actually is very close to where I live.

What a fun place , with a good variety of activities for everyone. You can bowl, play arcade games, watch sports, have birthday parties or just hang out with some good drinks. Service was great. The atmosphere is very lively, can get a bit noisy especially when kids party going on. Highly advise the parents keep a close watch on the runners so they don't get hurt. The bar food were surprisingly tasty, especially the chicken wings, the meat falls off the bone and flavor is on point. Since they have a full bar, so any drinks can be customized. Large parking lot out front, so parking is definitely no issue. Definitely recommend for family outings.

Think of Dave and Busters but a bit matured and with less traffic. Stratosphere Social is a cool family fun space in Carroll County. There is plenty of parking in a private lot just be sure to follow your navigation on your first visit because the facility isn't visible from the main thoroughfare. The staff is welcoming and although a bit young seemed knowledgeable and ready to assist with any needs. There are several private event spaces including a "rooftop" for privacy away from the main floor. There's an arcade, bowling alley, axe throwing lanes, corn hole, bar and general table seating. There is also a simulation of some sort that I didn't investigate too thoroughly. Prices seemed to be fair despite the $15 per hour fee for corn hole. Overall it was a fun family experience that I'll be sure to return to again and again.

I had a group of 9 people ..When I say I had the best experience ever thanks to the server Halle she made sure we had everything we needed down to just bringing extra napkins..I will be back just for her ..

So we stumbled across this place, and it was pretty cool. They have bowling, axe throwing, a big game room, and an inside backyard set up that was cool with different board games. Food and drink, the place is kid friendly check the website they have diffrent things for diffrent nights. The servers were good from beginning to end. Stop by for some fun and games. Also, have a batting cage next door.

Waiting two hours for a lane, this is what it looked like most of the time.

It was nice I didn't like the fact that you couldn't share game cards but they did have cheaper game cards for each person to have there own

Do they have duckpin bowling? No one will answer the phone when we call and their website doesn't say!?

Hi Melanie, we do not have duckpin bowling. All of our bowling is ten pin. Please let me know if you have any other questions. We look forward to seeing you!

We did an hour of bowling both times and had a lot of fun, and felt very safe as they seem to take COVID precautions seriously.

They were good as the ones we got fresh in Florida. We wanted takeout this time, and decided on their $16 Cuban pressed sandwich. It's layers of tender thin-sliced slow-roasted pork, ham, and Swiss cheese. The bread is like a french baguette, pressed and crispy-toasted, spread with yellow mustard and tangy dill-pickle chips. It's a rich handful of a sandwich. It came with generous hot soft boardwalk-style fries. Oscar's was quick and friendly. The sandwich was excellent!

July 2026 update: A second visit to Glyndon Grill was again great but also surprising:…read more What was great: the creamy crab soup, the intrinsic value of the restaurant week lunch package and the service. Everything all of us ate exceeded expectations and also represented a fine value, but the creamy crab soup was truly special. What was surprising: That the restaurant was nearly empty on a summer Tuesday. Yes it was hot out and a weekday. Still, based on the cuisine and experience, they deserve to be packed always. We had made a reservation that in hindsight, we did not need. What else was a little surprising: the staff charitably offered to split our check without even being asked. So often such a request is greeted with sighs or worse. Little things mean a lot! ***** A lunch reservation required on a weekday? Really. At Glyndon Grill, unless you are arriving by say 11:45am, the answer seems to be a resounding yes. By the time we left at 12:30pm, not a speare table was seen. And Glyndon Grill deserves its popularity. What makes a lunch spot (they are open for dinner too) so very popular. Adjacency to the always-popular-and-stellar Santoni's Market cannot hurt, not can the upscale neighborhood, but come for the food and service. I was focused on health-conscious fare, the the menu offered a diversity of intriguing choices. My premixed (with dressings on the side) Cobb Salad was wonderful. I could choose just how much of the mouth-watering fried chicken morsels I did and did not ant to eat, calorically. My tablemate, also watching pounds and inches, got the grilled salmon with broccoli. Neither could have been better. Best of all was our waitress Anne. Ask for her by name. Supreme professionalism dripped from her every word and action. Attentiveness and pleasant without being obtrusive at all. Yes she probably wanted to turn the table (but you could not tell unless you intuited that fact), and we accommodated because her happiness made us happy too.

There was a brunch menu, so they didn't serve all dinner items but the menu was very good with a variety of breakfast and lunch selections. Everything was good! This was our first time here, as on prior occasions we found the line too daunting. We were surprised when another 4:15pm patron was led to their reserved table, but we learned that their planning and caution was well-founded. We discovered the popularity of Bolder to be well-deserved. Seeking lite fare for an early dinner, calorie conscious, we both navigated the tempation-filled menu with success. We thoroughly enjoyed the bison burger and turkey club, the latter being sufficiently sample for a split lunch the next day too. Service was rock-solid and very efficient. We definitely hope to be back soon. And we will make a reservation. Dress code is casual.

Despite being seated at a table for 4 at the busy entrance door, it was still nice. The service was great and the food was amazing! We started with a clam appetizer in a garlicky tomato-basil wine sauce served with fresh lemon and flatbread. It was very flavorful. I had the Strawberry Balsamic Salmon with spinach risotto and asparagus. This was the best meal I've had in a long time! The balsamic vinegar complemented the strawberry fresca salsa with red onions and the risotto was luxuriously creamy and mouth-watering. The asparagus complemented it all nicely. It's a good thing the portion was huge as I was able to indulge again for lunch the next day! My husband had the The Talk of the Town - Crabby Fried Green Tomatoes. The portion wasn't as big so he was easily able to finish itl. The fried green tomato slices were breaded and fried to a crisp and topped with pure colossal crab meat that was broiled a bit on top and it was all covered with a tasty red pepper coulis. We now can add Bolder to our list of favorite restaurants!
