They have a very little number of games, and the 20 dollars unlimited access won't give you credits on your card. Also the food took forever even though the place wasn't crowded at all. SS has some of the friendliest and helpful staff I've been around in a very long time. For dealing with a staff shortage (like so many businesses right now), they seem to be handing it well. Our server was so friendly and working so hard. The place is kept very clean, especially for an arcade/bowling alley. The food selection is pretty standard pub/grille type food and was great quality and reasonably priced. The blue cheese burger was delicious and not over cooked. They have a good selection of cocktails and beer with many 1623 selections. We look forward to our next visit! read more

Look at the "not recommended reviews", no wonder this place only has 6 reviews... they all get reported or removed if not 5 stars. Finding the place was quite easy but I will say that it's hidden in a back road, but it's super inviting once you see it. The food is decently priced, tasted decent but limited. The place over all is cool, definitely an adult more aimed entertainment, the games area is pretty small but do have options. I booked a birthday party for my son through their website, paid the 25% deposit. Told my son to send his texted invitations. 45 minutes later, the manager calls saying the pricing was incorrect and it was caused by their booking site. Wanted me to pay and additional $150 for the party. I asked them to stand by their pricing that was on my emailed confirmation, which showed the deposit payment, what was still owed and the price I agreed to from their site. She would not honor the price, instead said she would just refund me. When money exchanges hands, that is a binding contract. She disagreed with that so I decided to take my money elsewhere. OMG! We had a great time! It was our daughter's 14th birthday and we got the private room and we were able to setup the room and all the kids got game cards and our teens smiled the whole time. They looked up from their phones. Teens, and they were not on their phones the whole time. They loved the VR movie and our younger kids loved the arcade. This place is great for kids and adults which is a rare find. So we had adult time while the kids played. Our service was impeccable our party coordinator was like family, Liz was the best. I love great customer service and everyone at this place was sweet helpful and engaging with both the adults and kids. Will definitely reccomend to others and we'll be back. The BEST Blue Cheese dressing I've had in my 52 years! Ended up asking them to pack some up and put a price on it for me, which they did. Pure decadence! I've known the management for years-- great people who know how to treat their team and provide excellent customer satisfaction. I had not gone in since Stratosphere Social had begun with all of the updates, since covid, but went in recently in early afternoon. Had the BBQ Flatbread...AMAZING, and my friend had the baked wings, which is where I tasted the blue cheese and it's wonderful deliciousness. Fun atmosphere, plenty of fun to spread out, LOTS to do, excellent staff, and delicious food/beverages. I will definitely be back. Can't wait to take the husband. Dueling pianos sounds FUN! I can see this is a local family/couples/teens/young adult hangout. Something for everyone!! read more

The food left a lot to be desired. Maybe it was an off day, or we didnt order well so it is possible we will try again. $2 for about 2 tablespoons of queso for the already $10 pretzel was a little extreme. The veggie burger was more like breakfast sausage and we were charged a $1 for 1/2 a slice of cheese on it. The chicken sliders were cold in the middle. Overall for the prices the food needs a lot of work. The games, bathroom and everywhere was super clean and the staff was vey nice. read more

I really want to like this place so it troubles me to write this, but I can't ignore just how bad our experience was. First, for a Friday evening, it was not very busy, so the fact that it took 10-15 minutes to get a drink was concerning. We started off with the Buffalo chicken Dip.... YIKES! Had huge chunks of dark meat in it and a really foul taste. We told the waitress it wasn't very good, she clearly had no idea what to do with that information. Next we had the black n blue burger, all American burger Cuban panini and kids pizza. My son couldn't eat the pizza because the sauce was outrageously spicy- I tried it, I agree. The burgers were flat out disgusting. I was concerned when we weren't asked how we'd like them prepared, and once we received them, I understand why....pure rubber! I don't know for sure, but I think they were pre cooked! My wife had the Cuban panini, and I will say, it was excellent! Why not have more food like that on the menu!! Overall, we spent 80 dollars on food that was terrible, 40 got our kids to have fun in the arcade and another 10 at the bar because the service to our table was so slow! We went there as a group (couple families with kids). The kids jumped, played arcade games and bowled. The parents chilled, ate and drank at the tables. As one would expect. That being said. The young adults at the front were fabulous. They took time to answer our questions, were knowledgeable and friendly. They were very helpful. They alone would get 5 stars. However, the table service was horrible. Took over 40 minutes to get a glass of wine. Our waitress would disappear for chunks of time, not checking up on us. We were not given plates, utensils or napkins (had to ask twice). She even told us when we asked about the wine was "I don't know. The bar is a mess." and walked away. I even went up to ask a question at the front desk and randomly got who I assume was the manager. She was very unfriendly, impatient and looked like she didn't want to be there. I am giving this place three stars out of five because of the younger kids at the front. They saved the review. Otherwise they would have gotten one star. You need to cater more to the adults. Expensive as crap! We paid for an hour of "jump" for 4 kids. It came out to 76 dollars with their socks of course. Little did we know they're not allowed to jump anymore. I would not return to this establishment. the food was pretty over priced for what it was. we added our name in for bowling and it was a 1.5hr wait. which was ok since we we're going to grab food and some drinks. the service took so long to bring out our food and drinks. one of our drinks was just left sitting on the bar so we had to eventually just go grab it and bring back to table ourself. we were stuck at the table waiting for the checks and then get our cards back while they texted us saying the lane was ready. well we must have missed about 15 minutes of our bowling lane time just trying to get our cards back from waitress. we didn't even get to finish our game because the time was running out by round 7. to make it more irritating the balls ended up getting stuck and we had a missing pin the half of a game so no strikes were even possible at this point. then we decided to play a few arcade games and what do you know- that didn't work either. the basketball game took our credits and never even worked for us to play. we had asked for a manager twice which she never cared to speak with us or solve anything. they eventually fixed the bowling lane and said we can play but at this point it was 11:30 and our game was cut off the screen. luckily a nice worker did reload our card for the arcade mishap but pretty disssplinted the manager didn't care to help at all or even offer any small amount of refund for our messed up bowling game. very overpriced and too much going on for anything to run smoothly it seems. we are not ones to ever complain but this sucked for our families outing. read more

This place treats their employees like they are nothing. The managers and owners never help out when employees are obviously overwhelmed- instead they will go and sit down and eat and drink sometimes even with customers. During covid they would allow parties with over 10 guests (ive seen them have at least 30 people in a very small space for a party). The amount of employees that have quit due to poor management is more than you would think. The managers get on their employees for no reason and work them overtime. My husband and I visited here for the second time today, the first time being just over a week ago. We had a similarly great experience on both visits, and will definitely be back! We did an hour of bowling both times and had a lot of fun, and felt very safe as they seem to take COVID precautions seriously. Last week we saw them with a tape measure out making sure the tables and such were at least 6 feet apart. Our server Hillary was fantastic, friendly, down to earth, and made sure our drinks were never empty. Bonus points since they have craft beer (Snake Dog IPA!) on draft. We suck at bowling but it's still fun to get out of the house and do something at least somewhat active. We walked through the arcade area and it seemed very clean and new, of course I believe they opened right as the pandemic hit so I'm guessing business hasn't been fantastic. I have been to Stratosphere several times since the re-launch with family, friends as well as my staff - so a variety of ages - and without exception, everyone had a great time! The games are fun and there are a variety; bowling is great and caters to every age; the movie theater and virtual reality are both awesome and then there's the really good food (with adult beverages!) and attentive staff...what more could you possibly want?! With 23,000+ SF of space, including probably 25-foot ceilings and good ventilation, it almost feels like you're outdoors....no COVID concerns. So I waited to write this review because I like to give places atleast three chances before i judge a place. Firstly, I went when they first reopened after covid, and the food was TERRIBLE. It tasted like cheap, snackbar food, and WAYYYYY overpriced for how terrible it is. Secondly, my son's friend had a birthday party there and i noticed during my first visit there, a lady was sitting at the end of the bar completely blacked out drunk spilling drinks all over the place.. WELL come to find out it is their party planner. Tough look not only for the business but the party planner as well. Thirdly, after the recent facebook post about the employee having covid, and them not closing down I am beyond disappointed. They claimed to have done a "deep clean" but EVERY time I go in, the place is a disaster. The tables and chairs are filthy and covered with food. There is ALWAYS food on the floors. The bathrooms are disgusting, at least the old place had clean bathrooms. Fourth, they really ALLOW UNDERAGE DRINKING. Being a new business you would think they would be cautious about the something as serious as that. I have been in many times and they do NOT ID people, nor do they monitor the amount of alcohol they're giving out. Parents please make sure your children do not go there and drink and drive. This place had such great potential to do wonderful things, but unfortunately the owner or management or whoever is running things is doing terrible things. Sad and such a shame read more
