Update 5/9/26: I went in for my 6 month cleaning. No cavities! The staff let me know I had a balance from last November that my insurance didn't pay, so we settled up before I went back, and they gave me a receipt. First was the X-ray room, where you bite a piece of plastic hooked to a machine that circles you while you try not to breathe. Next up was X-rays in the chair. It happens with every office. They put what looks like a car part in your mouth, and it never fits because it also looks like a binder clip in a strange way. Every angle is pointy. You really have to wonder why and how this sharp thing was made to go in your mouth. Some techs put it in so wrong you'd think it was piercing your skull. Luckily today was not that day. This office is good about taking their time and making sure patients are comfortable. Then Dr. Nguyen entered. Open wide! Sunglasses on and paper napkin around my neck, I sat there agape. He quickly made his way around my teeth with his sharp little dental tool and his supersonic water blaster made to knock off any buildup. The tech stayed and did suction detail. When done, Dr. moved over to the next room and the tech polished my teeth. The whole process from arrival to setting my next cleaning was about 20 minutes. See you in November, Dr. Nguyen! read more

Dr. Nguyen did a really bad root canal on my 18 year old granddaughter in February 2026 she continues to have severe pain every visit was Let me adjust the crown and still in pain actually worse all he did was prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen 800 mg we called the office he answered the phone and told him that the pain was worse than before he said I can recommend a specialist and I'll call in another prescription. This is unacceptable now from taking so many pain pills has made her sick internally. Please think before you schedule an appointment. I will also be making a formal complaint with the Dental Board of Nevada read more

I needed a second opinion for an issue and found this place on Groupon. It promotes emergency dental exams however my regular place I can always go the next day no matter what, with this place I did have to wait 4 days but that was ok. Just letting you know it might not always be available as urgent as it seems to offer it. The place got a large plaza parking lot. East accessible. The place seems fairly new and was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. And I was helped before my appointment time as I came early. There was absolutely no wait. I weirdly enough got diagnosed for another tooth than the other location so I'm very glad I came here for a second opinion! I really need to start leaving reviews that are five star. It's hard for me to understand why this place has 4.5 stars because I didn't have that experience sadly. I booked an appointment through an online service and went based on the reviews. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I had filled out all of my information online so it was much easier process. I've been here before years ago, but it was under a different doctor and that's why I came back. I was brought to the back by a young male assistant, and he had a lot of jewelry on and layered gold chains, dangly earring, bracelets and I wouldn't say I'm that old fashion, but it's a medical facility and it just was offputting and not necessary to be wearing that at work. The stereotype was fitting because this person didn't do a very good job with conversation or approach. He was a nice guy, but there was a lack of personality and information. He took me to the bathroom and told me to swish with Listerine and I don't use that product in my mouth and I only use organic products. I also brush my teeth and floss before going into a dentist and my breath was fresh and fine and didn't need That toxic substance, but I did it anyway against my own good judgment and burned my gums. He took my x-rays and that went fine. The doctor came in and started checking my teeth and I know that I have cavities that are slowly forming. The doctor literally was so clumsy with his drill device and it was so uncomfortable and painful. I have been to so many dentists in my life, and never experienced this type of care before. Since my visit the areas where he was clumsy and pushing too aggressively now have sensitivity and my teeth still ache from this visit. I have a sharp shooting pain once in a while that happens and dull pain that seems to be constant from day to day. If I eat anything that has a grit type of surface or crunch (crackers/chips) it really aggravates the areas he drilled on. He splashed water that went all over my face and I'm not sure he noticed. I feel bad for the doctor because he looks overworked and really tired and I think he was just rushing through the process because of maybe a busy day or trying to get to a lunch break. He definitely needs a vacation. After this experience, that assistant came back to polish and clean my teeth, and you could tell that he didn't have a lot of practice, and he was newer to this profession, because it wasn't smooth or gentle, there was water flying over my face. The polish was flying everywhere, all over my face, chin and shirt. Droplets of water flew into my eye, and I literally wanted to get out of there so fast. I had to use the restroom to rinse out my mouth to get the rest of the gritty polish out that he didn't wash off my teeth, guns or tongue. It was just a rough experience and I'm sure maybe I went on a off day based on the reviews. Definitely will not be going back here read more

They are upfront about the cost so you have no surprise bills with add on's They are great about reminding you of your upcoming appointment and even send out an additional reminder on the day of your appointment.
