Most recently we said goodbye to cable. It's unbelievably expensive and yet, tough to not have after indulging in it always. The sales manager and the employee my husband received for help acted like they had no desire to work or do anything. They never greeted anyone when you walked in. They took the sim card out of my husband phone and gave him a new one it the box and said NOTHING. This is his first iphone. They didn't set it up for him or give him any instructions. So tempted to go back to Verizon because they have very good customer service as well as knowledgeable and PROFESSIONAL employees. This place was a complete embarrassment.

Now I know i should have been more diligent with looking at my bills, but when I brought it to at&ts attention all they did was stop the service, tell me I'm probably gonna get charged for not returning a piece of equipment that I never had and give me a 30 dollar credit on my account. I asked if they could at least guarantee I won't get charged and they said no, but when it happens I could contact them again and they could investigate the matter further. 0 star customer service.

The equipment was returned on 06/20/25. I received a bill in the amount of $70.10 on 07/15/25. This is the second time I have been lied to and misled by AT&T representatives. What reputable company charges you for service on a closed account?? Do not use AT&T for any of their services.
