First bite..... And woo-hoo ! Explosion of flavor! The masa for the pupusa wasn't dry , the ratio of filling to masa, perfection! Definitely did not disappoint! Jalapeno/cheese and revuelta was what I ordered! Hands down 100/10 Will update with pictures when we go back, cuz we going back!

Why is no one talking about this place?! This place is an absolute hidden gem. The pupusas were…read moreridiculously delicious -- perfectly thick, STUFFED with melty cheese, and packed with flavor. The crispy cheese on the edges alone deserved its own round of applause. The curtido and salsa were fresh and balanced, not overpowering, just the perfect complement. And let's talk about the fried plantains with beans and sour cream... WOW. The plantains were caramelized and sweet, the beans were rich and savory, and that cool sour cream on top tied everything together beautifully. Don't let the fact that it's inside a gas station deter you! It's a definite must try! Super reasonable prices, and food that clearly tastes homemade. The owners are so kind and service on point! Call ahead if you're on a time crunch because they are made fresh otherwise be patient, it's worth it! I'll definitely be back -- this spot is too good not to share (but also tempting to gatekeep).

10/10 must sit on the patio during sunset!…read more It was absolutely beautiful and an irreplaceable once in a lifetime experience. There's a nice outdoor bar area where you can get drinks and appetizers while waiting for your seat. Slow cooked pork belly : 20/10 must try! The crispy outside texture was perfect and the charcoal taste complemented the pork belly fat really well. Szechuan pork ribs: 7/10 Not bad, but the Szechuan flavor lacked and it tasted more like Sriracha. Half butterfish and half ahi tuna dish: 8/10 the sauces were PHENOMENAL!! I'm going to need to get their recipe for their fragrant herbaceous green sauce and the coconutty umami white sauce. The butterfish had a bit of lingering fishiness but the texture was nice with a carmelized crust and soft insides. The ahi tuna was to be expected. Watch out for the spicy wasabi brown sauce! Dark chocolate raspberry molten lava cake: 8/10 I love lava cakes and they gave us an extra cup of dark chocolate to pour on top. I wish the raspberry flavor tasted more natural though. Service: 100/10 everyone was fantastic and our server was incredibly hospitable and nice.

My family and I visited Roy's on the Friday before Father's Day for a party of 10. One of our dad's…read morefavorite restaurants is Roy's so we wanted to go here to celebrate Father's Day with him. However, our visit fell short due to the service (or lack thereof) by our waiter. On multiple occasions, we had to ask the busboy to send our waiter over because we were either out of soda, to take our appetizer order, or to find out where our drinks were at once we placed the order. When asking how much longer for our drinks, we were told by our waiter 'I put the order in. It should probably be ready now.' He was not friendly and was not what I expected at all of a Pebble Beach restaurant. We come somewhat often as we only live 30 minutes down the road so this visit definitely fell short. With our tip already being included in the final price, I feel as though the effort from our waiter was as if his service to our table didn't really matter as he was getting his tip either way. The restaurant was not very busy either so it just seemed like a lack of effort. I would like to recognize the busboy as he was extremely attentive and always made sure to clear our table timely. I feel as though he would make a better waiter than the individual we had. The food was subpar for a restaurant of this caliber. My bento box with butterfish came out cold. My mom & sister-in-law ordered the bento box with salmon and both mentioned how there was a lack of flavor. Overall, I think I would go to Sticks at Pebble Beach instead as we have always had great service there.

There's plenty of parking in the lot that's a short walking distance away. They offer both indoor and outdoor dining, and the patio is dog friendly. The inside was so intimate, felt like we were dining in someone's home. You get amazing views of the pier from the outside. We decided to sit inside since it was dark out and getting a lil chilly. Now onto the food (the best part!). The wines we ordered paired so well with all the dishes we had, I got a white and the hubby got a red. For our appetizers we ordered the calamari and steamed clams (must order!) Some of the biggest and freshest clams I've ever tasted. For our entrees we ordered their signature seafood pasta and salmon with linguine. All the seafood was so delicious and the pasta was perfectly al dente. All the seafood here is fresh and comes straight from local fisherman. To wash down all the food, we shared an affogato for dessert. The espresso was so rich and creamy, and the perfect shareable treat since we were pretty full already. Compliments to the chef, way better than any of the italian cuisine we've had here in vegas. you can tell that they are very passionate about their craft. Service was amazing and we even got to meet the owner Paul who told us it's a family business and the restaurant is named after him and his brother Luca, hence Paluca! We always try to support local when we can and you can bet we'll tell our friends and family about this place and come dine here every time we visit.
