When asking how much longer for our drinks, we were told by our waiter 'I put the order in. It should probably be ready now.' He was not friendly and was not what I expected at all of a Pebble Beach restaurant. We come somewhat often as we only live 30 minutes down the road so this visit definitely fell short. With our tip already being included in the final price, I feel as though the effort from our waiter was as if his service to our table didn't really matter as he was getting his tip either way. The restaurant was not very busy either so it just seemed like a lack of effort. I would like to recognize the busboy as he was extremely attentive and always made sure to clear our table timely. I feel as though he would make a better waiter than the individual we had. The food was subpar for a restaurant of this caliber. My bento box with butterfish came out cold. My mom & sister-in-law ordered the bento box with salmon and both mentioned how there was a lack of flavor.
