Took over a week to respond, and even then, I reached back out to see if I can schedule something within the next month or two and all the response I got via text was that they were booked and only provided services in Chula Vista and Bonita areas. Finding someone you trust, works hard and understands your situation and needs is not always easy. I feel so blessed to have found Strictly Maids. I don't live in the area so when it first became evident that my Dad needed help at home I began my search. Teresa, the manager, listened to my story and explained how they could help my Dad and I. We requested a "deep clean" for the initial cleaning. Initially, Teresa, different from the Manager, came to the house to discuss the situation, inspect, make recommendations and reassure us that all would be well. On the first visit Teresa and Berenice came and dove right in! They were here for several hours and worked diligently. They were thorough and recognized needs without me having to point them out. Most importantly, Dad was comfortable with the ladies and extremely pleased with their work. Our second appointment was a regular cleaning and just as fabulous as the first. His kitchen floor sparkled! This time it was Teresa and Sonia who visited. As important as the cleaning is it is also important to me that my Dad feels comfortable and confident with the people joining him in his home. I have a four bedroom four bath and I am in the process of a Marie Kondo overhaul. I recently got rid of a lot of my furniture and I mainly just needed the walls clean for this time. We have vaulted ceiling's and three levels so I knew it would be a big job so I told them only to do the first 4 feet high for the walls.We have four kids and the walls get messy especially since they are little and they hold on to the stairs climbing up. When I got back home were still many spots on the wall throughout the house that were dirty. I paid for two hours(with 2 workers) plus a $35 tip. I did however see that on my cameras they were walking around my house and looking through the rooms, and our belongings( expected with any service I guess), but those same walls in the rooms were not cleaned. We ended up being canceled from the service because a worker was injured and they no longer had anyone available. However, I had found a service for half the price that does a better job so I'm OK with that. read more

I asked my fiancee to get a cleaning company to come by and do a deep cleaning. It was supposed to be one lady doing the cleaning but then they said they needed 2. They sucked at cleaning. They didn't do a deep cleaning. What a waste of money. I would not recommend this company to anybody. read more

Teresa gave me a reasonable quote for a move out deep clean - the house is quite large and had some tough spots under where the washer and dryer were, and inside the oven and dish washer. It was also a 1600 square foot house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Teresa and her team were on time and got the job done. I needed both a move-in and a move-out to happen within a few days of each other. Teresa met me to give an estimate for both homes. I felt the price was high but I hadn't used a service before so I didn't have much to base this on. After asking a few friends, I was told that the quote was very good for the two large houses I needed cleaned (2800 and 3300 sq feet). The same group of four ladies did both jobs. I was very happy with how both houses turned out. The ladies were friendly and seemed to work very well together. Both homes took about 5 hours each to complete. The home we moved out from was quite dirty but they made it look sparkling. Strictly Maids made our move less stressful and it was so nice moving into a clean home on day one! read more

We were looking for a reliable and affordable person to clean our house. I did the yelp request and asked for quotes from a number of places. I got back some ridiculous quotes for basic cleaning, I mean my house isn't even that big! Strictly Maids were upfront from the beginning and had a great rate. The owner came out and gave an estimate and was back 2 days later with another worker and they cleaned our house top to bottom, spotless, and even cleaned extra areas (ceiling fans). No hidden fees, as Teresa suggested that we meet first at the house so she can give me a clear estimate as to how much cleaning would cost for in the condition that it was in. I really appreciated this as I've heard many stories of people getting quotes then ending up having to pay double at then end because the cleaner didn't know what to expect. Strictly Maids is very reasonably priced. Teresa was also able to accommodate my last minute booking request for service the next day. Her and her team were able to take the stubborn stains off of the blinds and shutters and remove mildew in the showers. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the home.
