Terrible customer service by the same woman in Gracie P's picture. I was missing three drinks from my online order pickup and she gave me a hard time about it. She asked for my receipt back and it was clearly on there, yet she made a big deal and still questioned it as if she couldn't see it on the receipt. I showed her my phone receipt for validation and she wouldn't even look at it. I was also missing chips and she said, "just grab chips then!" In a very disrespectful tone. Never have I ever been to a more horribly mismanaged restaurant! This particular location specifically. I have eaten at many TOGOS locations without issue. But this one is located very near me so for convenience I often eat there. Some days are better than others but over the last several years I have been going to this location they are often out of stock on most things. As if whomever is in charge of the ordering is waiting for supplies to run out rather than reordering when supplies begin to run low specifically to make sure you DONT run out. I have avoided writing such a review before because often its an item or two thats out of a certain bread type, chips etc but never this egregious. Bad management for sure but nothing ultimately earth shattering. But this is still unlike 95% of most businesses fast food or full service! Today was the worst (June 1st 2025) Today they were out of almost all chips options 0 bottles of soda in the cooler save for a couple of waters, they were out of pepper jack cheese and the soda machine was out of everything except orange Fanta. And this is one of the big touch screen soda machines with seemingly 20 different sodas to choose from and almost all options on the touch display were greyed out indicating out of stock. Normally I would give a business the benefit of the doubt maybe its shipment delays or Trumps Tarifs or whatever who the heck knows but this has been a consistent issue for many years. & now I'm officially done with Togos at 4475 Treat. I had to stop by the local Little Caesars to got a bottle of soda. And that is not the only time I have had to do that. If it were the first time it wouldn't have been a big deal. but I have had to do that at least 3 times over the course of several years. Not sure why all the negative reviews, but this food was the whole truth and nothing but the truth! I haven't been to togos in about 20 years so this wasca much needed visit. I went in on July 5th in the evening and I didn't see too many cars so I had reservations, but still pressed on. Im so glad I did! There was a male and female customer service persons maybe in their 20s and they were so kind towards me! From greeting me kindly to cooking my sandwich with love it was 10 star service:) I ordered the pastrami sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! The meat was fresh, condiments complimented each other perfectly and the bread was so fresh and tasty. They had recommended what would be the best chips to go with the sandwich and were correct as the flavors matched great. Yummm! Togo's To Go Lunch - Pick Up Ordered via the Togo's website for pick up. Online ordering was simple and fast...good! Drove over to Togo's and had one customer ahead of me but that was expected because the covid-19 shelter at home order. My sandwich which was the #9 Hot Pastrami (extra 2.5oz pastrami for $2.50) with only pickles and pepperoncinis wasn't ready for me but again that was fine with me. Got home and gobbled it up. I've been coming here for the last two years. Not sure if they have new ownership or what, but the last couple of months have been going downhill. The bathrooms are now locked and you need a key. The building is very old and the air conditioning never works. Even if it is on, it doesn't make a difference. The inside is usually clean in the guest seating area, but the back kitchen and sandwich making areas are always filthy. I've seen employees drop a sandwich topping and then it just sits there on the floor because they are too busy to clean. They also never give you the end of the bread, so they cut those off and kick them to the floor in a corner. Service is usually very friendly but very hectic. I've even come in when I was only the second person in line and they still only have one sandwich maker and one cashier and it seriously takes 10 minutes per sandwich. They are all very nice, though. One lady, who I think is either the owner or head manager, is usually very enthusiastic but also frazzled when things are busy. I've had a few sandwiches made by her that were subpar. Also, today, I was walking by the store and she drove through the parking lot very dangerously, parked in the store's only handicapped spot (she did have a placard) and then rushed into the store at 11:10 when they opened at 11. At least save the one handicapped spot for the customers. Overall it is a good store in need of upgrades (or move to a new location where the landlord actually cares about upkeep). TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE!!! I purchased 5 sandwiches and chips on 9/11/2021 for a total of $54.43. The only person in the store ran my credit card. It showed it went thru on both the card reader and on my app. She couldn't print a receipt so she said it didn't go thru and insisted on running my card again. Guess what - I GOT CHARGED TWICE - $54.43 again. I called to have them correct it. I spoke to the same person and then to a manager named "Vic" or "Dick" on Tuesday 9/14. He said he would correct the double charge at the latest by Thursday 9/16. Nothing. I called on Thursday 9/16 and Friday 9/17 and was told they would get a message to "Vic." It's now Sunday 9/19 and I am on the phone wasting my time disputing this charge with my credit card company. The store manager should have dealt with this as he said he would. Now I have to waste more time addressing their ineptness and poor customer service. Looking at other reviews it appears they have some issues at this store handling Credit Cards. I visited this location and one of the workers handled money for a customer then went to put on gloves to make sandwiches without washing hands. When I told him he should wash his hands, he said he has gloves, it wasn't a problem. He touched the gloves with his dirty hands and thought it was sufficient without washing them. With people getting sick daily while in a pandemic, there needs to be better training for employees on cleanliness. Gross. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic, you would think the employees are up to par on their sanitation and safety protocols. I walk in and an employee who was on his lunch break was --I swear to god licking the damn table. Which that was quite awkward to see that. NOT once did he take the time to wash his hands.
