The concept and place is great for entertainment. However, the food and bar service is slower than Christmas. I've sat at the bar for 30 plus minutes with barely an acknowledgment and still no service. I can count a total of 12 people at the bar, many with drinks already in hand whilst I'm still waiting to get SODA for my kids. Worst customer service ever. read more

Went on a Monday afternoon. The place was empty (which was good for us wanting to play games) went to the bar and asked what the happy hour specials were. The bartender looked shocked and told me they don't do any happy hour specials ever. Now I know why it was empty on a Monday afternoon. Also the veggie wrap was not good. I will be honest in saying I usually try to be fair. Our first two experiences here were OK. The food was not outstanding but what we've come to expect for entertainment places. in the last three days I've been trying to schedule a child's birthday party, the first day I called twice and left a voicemail each time with no return call and no one ever answering the phone. Day 2 I called twice with no one ever answering the birthday line and trying to keep patience for a return call. Day three I decided to call the front desk and explain to them what has been going on to which they tried to transfer me to a manager, which no one picked up and then eventually transferred over to the same birthday scheduling line with voicemail! I attempted to call the front desk back to see if I could get the existing manager on duty on the phone the first time I was hung up on and the next 3 times the phone rang with no answer. I realize this organization is relatively new however when your new the expectation would be that response times are heightened to gain business. The last time I called back to speak to a manager and transferred myself to the general manager's line to which I was given... Wait for it... A voicemail. The only thing this place has going for it right now is a wonderful staff in the bowling service area. Completely dumfounded and will take my big bday party somewhere else if you don't want the business. read more

If you love the smell of weed, you will love this place. Can not believe this is a "family place". Great theater and mediocre service. 1 bartender for the entire facility. FYI... as far as I know they don't sell weed but obviously don't care if you smoke in there! Have fun. read more

This is definitely our go to place for movies, won't go anywhere else. It's clean, comfortable and the food is good. Weekends get pretty busy so it's nice to be able to order tickets and pick your seat online. I had to go to Studio Movie Grill in Plano a couple of months ago and it was disgusting, dirty and smelly. I want to like this place because it's near where I live but the last 2 experiences have been terrible. If you expect your food order or even your drinks before the movie is more than half over then this isn't the theater for you. Came here for New Year's Eve. We tried to rent a lane but we're unable to because they wanted to charge over $100. We only wanted 1 hour for 3 people. They said they could not accommodate. Their "package" was for 1.5 hours and 6 pair of shoes. Lol alright, no flexibility. We bowled elsewhere but did come up to see a movie. Only spot showing the new Ghostbusters movie in the evening. We played some game's beforehand and that was fun. For the movie, seating is great. Reclining seats and seat warmers are awesome. Food service was good. However, the food.....overpriced for what you get. Chicken tenders ranged in size and the pitiful amount of fries I received was just sad. We might be back, we might not. read more

Do NOT reserve a lane online! The price for 2 lanes online in VIP is $50 hour. I booked 2 for 1 1/2 hours. That adds to $150 right. Then 6 adults for shoes at $4.50 each that's $27. Then $10 processing fee and tax. My bill is $290. I emailed manager and talked to front desk. This makes NO sense other than manager states that is extra fees (where are they-hidden fees) I was expecting shoes for everyone maybe drinks and a few pizzas for this price. Very disappointed so don't book online even if staff tells you to. Go early and go up there to get on schedule.. read more

If I could read this place is zero I would, when we first got to our area it was completely disgusting it was ridiculous we asked for someone to come and clean it, it took them 24 minutes to get here and clean. I asked if I can order with this person they said no I had to wait for a server that I had to request a server on the screen so I did our whole hour here we never received service I wave people down and they just looked down and walked away 3 servers came in and just stood at the counter and we're talking I wave them down and they looked at each other and then they looked at me and then I looked at each other and walked out the VIP Area. The whole time here we receive NO SERVICE at all I asked to speak to a manager and they said he/she was in a meeting and was unable to talk to me. You're not enforcing the law. Strike Reel is not a club or bar. It's laser tag and bowling dude. The fact that security asked for my ID (I'm very clearly not 17), and did not let me in is an embarrassment. Again they are not enforcing the a law. This is laser tag and bowling. Make a common sense decision and say "Hey this guy clearly looks over 17 and is obviously not some kid coming her to cause a scene". Again you are still ID if you want a drink inside, why are you ID'ing 28 year olds on the way into strike reel (lasertag, arcade, bowling)? This place is prejudice to those who are winning at the arcade. I have spent well over $500 at this arcade in the last year alone and I have not been treated well here by certain employees. Tonight I visited and went straight for one of their claw machines like I have been doing for the last 2 weeks. They have stocked a certain series of plush in a claw machine which I am really interested in. We noticed the manager, Khattab, swapping out the plush a few machines down to cycle the prizes while we were playing our machine. We played a little and then proceeded to win a plush and then walked away to wander the arcade and reload our card. The moment we walked away, Khattab and his 2 employees proceeded to huddle around the machine we were playing. They did the typical inventory management with their clipboard to see how many prizes were given out that day. However on top of that, they continually messed with the the strength factor on the machine because I guess it maybe gave away too many prizes. We tried asking to play with it again before they were altering it, but the employees and Khattab just gave us the excuse that the "machine is broken" and they are "'making it easier for us to play with". However we can clearly see them adjust the strength and try to play after each adjustment just to the point where the machine would no longer win at a regular basis. I personally own a full size Elaut claw machine (the same company that makes their Eclaw machines) in my house and it was very clear what they were doing. After 15mins of tinkering, they had set it to now so it only wins on very specific conditions. After they finished, they phrased it as if they had made it easy for us to win; however it was now clearly very hard to win now as opposed to how it was before. We had added $50 in credit onto our card today with the main purpose to play this machine and it was really frustrating that they changed it right after we reloaded our card. Being really annoyed by this; we moved on to the coin pushers. This place has a unique issue where their coin pusher card redeemer machine only loads at most 5,000 tix each time. However they have a spongebob coin pusher set which is impossible to redeem without issue because their full set gives you at least 5,450 tix (5,000 tix for a full set + 50 tix for each of the 9 cards to form a full set). Having encountered this issue twice in previous visits, we alerted the manager, Khattab, before we used the machine because they always have to manually add our remaining tickets anyways, but he was really condescending to us. He stated that it was not an issue and just to work around it. However it was not possible and again the issue happened. We tried to redeem the minimum possible with a full set and surprise, surprise, we went over the 5,000 tix limit and the machine shorted us 450. Then Khattab frustratedly loaded the missing amount on our card. He just protrudes this attitude that he knows all and is unwillingly to hear anybody out. He would not show us how to redeem it without issue, but he would just say we were doing it wrong. And he purposely ruined our gameplay tonight with the claw machine by altering it in the midst of our trip after we were winning. read more

This place has gone downhill since our last visit early 2021. Bartender was great, food was good, servers were nice, the restrooms however were a disaster. Trash was overloaded, no TP, no soap, AND they look like they haven't been cleaned since early last week. We watched the conjuring III and there were some rowdy teens with what looked like a 5 year old in the theatre with us. My husband had a fuzzy shoe thrown at him from the row above us. Disgusting. You can tell Noone really wants to work there. Service is pretty bad. The worst though is the security people. They are extremely rude and bullies. At first I appreciated the extra security until they did not like an answer my husband gave and then they became extremely rude and physical. The guy security grabbed my husband and threw him out of the building. I was very polite to the lady security even after they threw my husband out and she was extremely rude and had an attitude with me. The managers don't really seem to care about their customers either. When my husband asked to speak with them all they would say is... we are going to go along with whatever security says. What a sham of a place. Never book a judge by its cover - the outside of this place looks great, but once you get inside you'll quickly discover the bowling alley, games and food are not up to par. Bowling - the bowling lanes are fairly cramped. There's not much room to move around. Several of our bowling balls as well as those belonging to the party sharing the lane with us (i say sharing because the next lane is only 6 feet away from where you sit) were stuck on multiple occasions and it would take quite a long time to get someone to come service the lanes. Speaking of, the bowling area is severely understaffed. Several times i saw 4/5 people needing help and only one person available. For the ridiculous price of reserving a lane, the bowling experience is an absolute joke. I'll stick to the old school style places where everything just works and you don't get bombarded with a music and light show. Games - complete rip-off for what you're getting. Main Event really offers a much better arcade experience than here. You usually get little value to money ratio at carnivals, but this place is actually worse. Food - just plain bland. The service staff was awesome. Very friendly and attentive but the stuff getting churned out of that kitchen was worse than a cafeteria style place. read more

Saw a movie with my daughter. The food came out cold and incorrect and the server didn't come back. I left the theater to find him and asked a manger to send the server in. All told, the server came back over an hour after the food was dropped. Couldn't order refills. Was never given silverware, so my daughter couldn't eat her food. Will never come back. read more

We kept pushing the service button , finally someone came we asked what was taking long on our food. To our surprise he brought our food up right away! & it was COLD. I went down with the food to let them know of the situation and they said they were going to bring us a new order , which they never did! First of all, let me say that I want this place to be awesome, I really do. Our neighborhood wants a place like this to succeed. But I can honestly say that every time I have been here in the last year the service has been horrendous. Every. Single. Time. It's so bizarre, we can be the only ones eating in the whole place and the service is still horrible. While in the movie theater I've waited 40 minutes for a Diet Coke. It just doesn't make sense. Since opening this establishment has dropped in service and cleanliness every month. Tonight we had to clean my own seats and tables in the movie theater. The amount of trash left behind from the previous show goers was appalling and the service was so slow we had to push the service indicator multiple times just to get our drinks. There seems to be no management of the staff and they have let this once awesome movie going experience facility dwindle to an embarrassingly filthy environment where it seems noone cares. I came here last night with the family and had a great time. It was around 5PM and only had to wait for a bowling lane for 30 minutes. Just like most restaurants at this moment, there was a wait time for dining, but the food was good...especially the cheese fries. The gentlemen at the shoe rental booth were super friendly. My wife and I went to Strike-N-Reel for the movie, "Top Gun." Top Gun 2, is the best movie of the season. The theater is clean and the seats are so nice. There is food and drink served to you in theater. We had a deluxe pizza and it was good. We spoked to the manager, Francis, he is cordial and very likeable. I asked and was told the pizza doe is fresh made and cooked per order, that explains why it is so good. Strike-N-Reel is easy to recommend for movies and dinner. Ray read more

Went to see a movie...good price for a movie. Poor service and bad food. Our food arrived 30 minutes before the movie ended, was cold in certain cases, and the popcorn was very salty. The staff failed to warn us about the potential delay but it was common knowledge once I confronted a couple of them; "there is a 45 minute delay on the food and we're understaffed." If you are going here just for a movie, bring your own snacks or eat before hand. read more

At Strike Reel now seeing a movie 8:30 Pm asked to order chicken wings all flats and they NO longer serve only flats. I have been coming here for the last year and ALways ordered flats.
