Chris Reynolds, the owner, showed up and did an excellent job. He took the photos of the solar panels and the roof. He also took his time to answer all my questions before he began his work. He educated me about the cleaning process and how the panels and the roof can be damaged by the droppings if they are not cleaned timely and properly. When Chris completed the work in 8 hours, he again took some photos of the gutters and solar panels ensuring that there is no damages caused by him. I was impressed with his professionalism. His work exceeded my expectation by being thorough and attention to details. He made sure that the area around the house is clean upon the completion of the work.
