It's a pretty decent pizza. The crust is thin and has a good chew. It's a very simple pizza done right. The sauce and toppings are good and the only setback is that I think it could've used some more sauce.

Oki this review is not going to be pretty…read more. I had high hopes for this Star Alliance at Tom Bradley International. Well, it was a lounge meant for Star Alliance First, Business and Gold members. So it should be at least presentable and premium, right? Negative. So let's dive into the food selection.. FOOD 2/5 Like I mentioned in one of my other reviews, one should not pig out in an airport lounge. Still a respectable lounge should offer a decent selection of food. The Noodle Bar offered in this lounge was a joke. Members are to make their own soup noodles with the ingredients and condiments laid on the counter. It was messy to say the least. I was not sure what to do since the ANA lounge at Narita and Haneda have Noodle Bar, the difference is a staff at each of the lounge would make the soup noodle. One would place an order and receive a buzzer, collect the noodle order when it is ready. I had the impression the Star Alliance lounge should be better. Not at all. So members made a mess at the counter and when I was there, I was wondering where was the protein, vegetables, etc? Only noodles, different broth and condiments were available. So I waited next to a fellow member, clearly she knew what she was doing. We were just standing around, when a staff was tidying the area meant for the meat and veggies. Another member came, the staff told him there would be a wait for another 10 mins for the items to be ready. I was like seriously? Why did she not tell us when we girls were standing around and waiting for a while? In the end, I walked to another section, dropped a few pieces of western chicken dish into the bowl of asian broth. It sounded gross, I know. There was also a lack of pastries. We don't need fancy pastries, just a few small pieces of cakes. Nope, not here. I do like the selection of tea here tho. Hence, I gave 2 points here. AMBIANCE 2/5 It was hard to work in this lounge. Some members clearly did not know how to behave, talked and laughed loudly. Granted, this is no fault of the lounge. SERVICE 4/5 Staff at the entrance was very welcoming, polite and generally wonderful. Service staff kept coming to my seat and wanting to clear my tea, to the point it was disrupting to whatever I was doing. Not sure if it was a good thing when service staff was too enthusiastic in clearly everything. Note: the lounge was located on the 6th floor. One needs to take the elevator (between two escalators) up to the lounge. To the Star Alliance Lounge LAX, do take a page from how ANA (a member of Star Alliance) operates their Noodle Bar. Silver Kris by Singapore Airlines (also a member of Star Alliance) at Incheon is a lot smaller but the selection of the food is way better there. Just to state 2 examples.

This Admirals Club in Tom Bradley feels like a little side pocket, and I mean that in a good way…read more It is not as big as the clubs in Terminal 4 or Terminal 5 or some of the large clubs in other cities, but it is very nice. If you are flying internationally or, like me, you are on a domestic flight that happens to arrive or depart from this terminal, it is a great option. The food was good. In fact, they had the same kind of offerings I see in Dallas, so it felt familiar in a good way. When I visited, they were apologizing because they did not yet have restrooms inside the club, but honestly, the experience was still very good. The staff were kind, the space was comfortable, and the food was solid. For what it is, this little side pocket Admirals Club gets a full 5 stars from me.

This experience was in the smaller less comprehensive lounge. This was my fourth visit to this lounge over the past year, and it's usually pretty good. The check in staff member was friendly, professional, and provided a walking time estimate to my gate. The lounge was clean, organized, and the furniture remains in good condition. The bathrooms are also in good condition. As indicated above, this lounge has less food options but does have some categories of alcohol included. Regarding the food today, they had sausage and egg omelets. Both dishes were room temperature at best. The yogurt and bread selection was good, as were the coffee options. Overall, it was a good experience, but the food would have been better if it was at least warm.

It's a smaller lounge and heavily used so it was quite filled on both of our stops. Views of the tarmac were good. Food was underwhelming, the beverage selections were good. Amenities included a quiet area, TV room and spacious bar. Attendant service was constant as dirty dishes were cleared often, but this one female worker was seemed indolent as she expected dishes to be handed to her rather than her picking them up herself. OVERALL: I've said it before and I'll say it again: It's better than sitting with the masses in the terminal!

Many many years ago this used to be the Flagship Lounge and the current FSL was the Admirals Club but they switched it as more flights offer Flagship and they needed the space. It was a bit crowded today but I managed to find a seat. Had some yogurt (limited gluten free options) and then headed to the Centurion Lounge because my flight was leaving out of Tom Bradley. There are showers in the back. Just have to ask an AAngel and give them your boarding pass. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did t take any of photos.
