OMG!!! Jack and George (and their guys) are the best! THE BEST!! My car looks like new - seriously! I cannot say enough - except that if you need body work on your car, they will give you the best price, deal squarely with you, and do a fantastic job!! I scraped the entire driver's side down a barrier, which I won't go into, but it was tip to tail. I went to 2 places for quotes, but they both felt 'off', and made me uncomfortable. As a result, I let some con man convince me he could fix the damage, which only made it all 10 times worse. When I realised I'd been stupidly gullible, I was so upset that I literally spent half a day in bed. I was feeling seriously vulnerable, but had to sort it out, and this place had great reviews, so I put on my brave face and went to meet Jack and George. They saved me! Jack and George are real characters - but in a really fun way. I liked them and trust them. They helped with the insurance company, and in the end, they even fixed a big scratch that had nothing to do with my mishap. They fixed every inch of the body work, and the paint work is impeccable. Now my only problem is that they did such a good job, that I'm going to have to put up with the pain of the first scratch again - my car is so beautiful! I've worked with Jack twice now, once for an out of pocket repair and once for a repair through my insurance company. He's been great both times. The work looks good, it's excellent quality, they're quick, they're honest, they're fair, and they are affordable. I came the first time for the out of pocket repair because they had the lowest price, and I was very happy with the work done. So when I had an insurance repair and my choice of shop I was more than happy to bring them back the business. I highly recommend Studio City Auto Collision as I took to them an Audi A6 that had bumper damage and a broken rear lens last August and they did truly excellent work. George was so incredibly helpful and friendly. They were up front about the costs which were competitive and actually cost a little less than other shops. But even more important was that they are trust-worthy and do the work they say for a price that is realistic. It doesn't get much better than this. Great work, great service and even greater prices. I had a small fender bender - an old red car bumped into the back of my black Porsche. Very small damage, but damage nevertheless. They didn't want to go through insurance...so I got quotes from top name places of around $800 and knew the person who hit me wouldn't pay that. Scouted places on YELP and found this. The reviews were great and their estimate was half of what I was quoted. So I used them and everything was fantastic. I've gotten 3 of my BMW's fixed here within the past 10 years and they always use BMW original parts! 2 cars they fixed scratches and dents before I turned my lease in to BMW. My current car, I was in a bad car accident and they did an AMAZING job! A lot of companies use the cheap materials on your car to put money in their pocket, but not these guys! They are supper fast and efficient and they never try to take advantage of me because I'm a woman! They kept me posted on the progression of my car. I am totally compelled to add to my review! After getting my car back in great condition from Jack I was out of town loves the summer and didn't get to drive the car very much. Then one day a friend of my was sitting in the back seat and notice to rattle that wasn't there before Not only did Jack take the time to take my call he took the time to ride around with me to try to figure out what was going on. We both agreed it was probably something simple and he assured me that it wasn't gonna be a big problem, that we could mutually arrange a time when he could take the car again and look at it. George helped me with my wife's Lexus after she got into a small fender bender. I went online to find a good body shop and ended up picking Studio city. First off they had a rental car ready for me within 10 minutes of dropping the car off. We have partial rental on the insurance policy so I thought oh boy. Jack and his crew here do fantastic work. My car was hit while parked and I saw they were right down the street. They immediately took care of the tow and had me sign the paperwork which in all took about 15 minutes. Insurance paid for it all and they took it over the holiday and kept me in the loop on what the estimate was and when they would have it ready. Got the car back in exactly 8 days and it looked brand new. They even told me about little indicators that they noticed were damaged and fixed those. I took my vehicle here after a rear side collision. Spoke to Jack who gave me the lowest quote I had received after speaking to four different shops. The rate and time he quoted WERE ACCURATE, unlike any shop I have ever used in the past. The work was excellent and Jack even fixed a front bumper situation common to Civics in which an outer panel comes loose. The shop is also in close walking distance to both an Enterprise, Avis and an independent rental shop so the whole process is convenient. I met Jack and George for the first time when I brought my Range Rover Sport in because I pulled a bone headed move and smashed the right rear door. Jack explained he could not fix the door because it was aluminum and had to be replaced. He was completely open as to what a new door would cost, even inviting me to sit in on the purchase of a new one from the dealer. He finished the job in 4 working days and the results are spectacular. He even wen so far as to repair a minor scratch and repaint the area at no additional cost. I've been to many body shops over the years, but these guys are the best, and fun to be around as well.
