Jack, George and their team are amazing. My 2016 Audi was rear ended on the freeway and pushed into another car, leaving damage to front and destroying the trunk. They were recommended to me, and since they had such great Yelp reviews and were right down the street, I brought my car to them. Not only were they so nice when I dropped it off, but they immediately notified me when my insurance tried to switch out the replacement parts, so I could make sure to get my car repaired back to its original state. There was always someone there to answer my calls, and they kept me updated throughout the repair. Just got the car back and it looks like new! I can't say enough good things about working with George. I am, unfortunately, the stereotype. I know nothing about cars and I'm probably an easy mark. But, after reading all the good reviews on here, I decided to take my car in after it had been side-swiped while parked on the street. I needed my two driver side doors replaced, as well as my front bumper and driver side mirror. Whoever hit me (it was a hit and run while the car was parked) totally scraped the entirety of the side of my car. In spite of the fact that the work would only take two days, they agreed to store my car for my whole trip and just let me pick it up when I returned. The car looks like new! I was involved in a car crash and my insurance company recommended the shop across the street. While there, I figured I would get other work done on the car, dents, dings, key marks, etc. They told me it would cost $1800 for one side and not to bother with the other side and back of the car as that would be even more expensive. I went across the street to Jack and George and they quoted me $1100 for all the work. Sign me up! A few days later I got a call from Jack saying they wanted to do some extra paint work and it would cost another $400. I declined but inside I was thinking that this was a typical scam: quote a low number, then add in other work and before I know it I'm paying more than I would be otherwise. A couple of weeks later the car was done and I went to pick it up. Not only did it cost exactly the $1100 I was hoping but the extra work they wanted to do they did anyway, for free! Firestone in Studio City recommended me to this shop and said to talk to George or Jack. They were absolutely the best place I could have gone to. I had damaged my front bumper towards the right side almost a year ago, and I really needed to get it fixed. George was the one who helped me, and he knocked down the price nearly $200 for me (and to get a new piece and get everything painted it literally was only $900). He told me it would be 2 days and that I could bring it in any time. It was two days exactly. I picked it up this morning to find my car literally looking brand new. He also fixed a scratch on my right front light free of charge, completely detailed the inside of the car free of charge, and washed the car free of charge. Every time I spoke with them on the phone or came in, they were so nice, super helpful, and extremely timely. Everything was so fast, but they really care about doing good quality work and making personal connections with their customers, which I really appreciated. I damaged my car's left front bumper. I looked up on the web for auto body repair shops in my area. One that came up was Studio City Auto Collision (SSAC), not far from where I live. Also they had very good Yelp reviews. So I drove there later in the week and met with Jack. Jack was very friendly, very professional, and very helpful. After looking at my car's damage, Jack was clear as to the needed repair, the time it would take, and the cost. I found this all very reasonable. So I said, "Let's do it. When can I schedule?" Jack said if you want come in tomorrow morning at 10 AM and we will take care of this. And that is what I did. I arrived around 9:45 AM, left with Jack my car and car keys and walked a few blocks west to Jinky's Cafe for a very good breakfast. While there and drinking my coffee, Jack called me and said my car was ready for pick up. When I walked back to the SSAC I was very impressed. You would never have known from my car's repair that I had ever damaged it. If, heaven forbid, I ever need an auto car body repair shop, I'm for sure going back to SSAC and if I'm lucky, work with Jack. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. They did a great job at a good price, but they didn't do everything they said they would. When repainting my front bumper they said they would fill in the holes that my license plate left. His exact words were "no problem". He even pointed to the holes for confirmation and said I would have to re-drill the holes if I'm forced to put my front plate back on. But when I picked up my car I noticed they didn't even try to fill in the holes. Both guys said they never said they could fill in the holes. They said it's not even possible because the bondo wouldn't stay. I call BS. They either forgot or just said they can do it get the job. I care way too much about my BMW so this oversight puts a bad taste in my mouth and bugs me. Either way, lesson learned. My word of advise is to get everything in writing... even the small details. read more

George did not charge me for my first visit where they had to pull the front bumper lip off my car. They ordered the part and week later installed it super quick, and only charged me about what it would have cost me to order the part online. They were saying when I got there that people think the shop is only for BMW's or high end cars, but it's not, they do everything. I went to get an estimate from Jack to repaint my front bumper and it was a bit higher than the few other quotes I received. After reading reviews and getting a tour of the shop I decided to go with Studio City Auto Collision for the repair. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!! I dropped my car off on Monday morning and had it back Wednesday before noon! The quality and speed of work performed is exceptional and the color match was perfect- silver metallic paint (they used high quality PPG paint). I also brought in a brand new OEM factory painted front lip on Wednesday morning in order to compare the color (IT WAS AN EXACT COLOR MATCH). They even installed the new front lip free of charge!! After looking at reviews to find the right shop close and frustrated because of the accident I was in, Jack made this process very easy. I'm not too familiar with insurance claims and Jack was all about making sure everything was done right so the insurance company didn't pull a fast one over me. It was great! I loved how he said, "I will make sure they pay for everything that's needed. I'll basically have the ins co do this estimate completely over." Love it!! Very hard to find trustworthy auto body shops as well as guys who have your best interest in mind. OMG!!! Jack and George (and their guys) are the best! THE BEST!! My car looks like new - seriously! I cannot say enough - except that if you need body work on your car, they will give you the best price, deal squarely with you, and do a fantastic job!! I scraped the entire driver's side down a barrier, which I won't go into, but it was tip to tail. I went to 2 places for quotes, but they both felt 'off', and made me uncomfortable. As a result, I let some con man convince me he could fix the damage, which only made it all 10 times worse. When I realised I'd been stupidly gullible, I was so upset that I literally spent half a day in bed. I was feeling seriously vulnerable, but had to sort it out, and this place had great reviews, so I put on my brave face and went to meet Jack and George. They saved me! Jack and George are real characters - but in a really fun way. I liked them and trust them. They helped with the insurance company, and in the end, they even fixed a big scratch that had nothing to do with my mishap. They fixed every inch of the body work, and the paint work is impeccable. Now my only problem is that they did such a good job, that I'm going to have to put up with the pain of the first scratch again - my car is so beautiful!
