I cannot recommend this amazing place enough. We got married this august and I couldn't imagine our day without inspire bridal. From start to finish the experience is everything with inspire. I had visited other bridal "shops" before my first appointment and felt rushed along and Covid only made this worse. We were not expecting much when we arrived at inspire and from the moment we walked in everything was magical. You're not overwhelmed and you're important to them. The dress options and price point options are not like any other place I have found. Annie and her team make sure every detail is perfect. From photographing every moment to dance classes to final fitting and pick up, this place is unbelievable. I will be sending anyone and everyone I know who gets engaged to inspire bridal. Every bride should get the option to feel like a princess when trying on wedding gowns and this is exactly the experience with inspire bridal. read more

My future DIL made appointment at Studio Inspire. I was very surprised to learn that they charged $60 for the appointment and an extra charge for the cotton Candy champagne. She very much enjoyed her appointment but was disappointed when she was unable to take a picture of her favorite dress. Some people need to process their choice, and now she can't remember exactly how she looked in the dress. They will not let you take pictures, they offer a professional photographer, but will not send you the pictures unless you buy a dress. Sorry to say, my FDIL won't be buying her dress there. I guess that's the French way of doing things, or so they say. read more

I so wanted to love this place. The showroom was beautiful and breath taking. It definitely made me Feel like a special bride to be... but that all changed with the owner. She was very condescending and passive aggressive. I was 8-10 min late and because of that I didn't get to pick any of the dresses I tried on. I wasn't even ALLOWED to shop the dresses! She just told me no because she was running out of time. I paid $50 expecting to get to try on as many as dresses as I could. Additional glasses of champagne was overpriced. All in all the owner killed my experience. She talk to my bride tribe like children and was not positive at all. Eye rolls from her left and right and to be honest it all came down to not even letting me look at dresses. That was sad for me. My advice go to other bridal shops who's owner isn't rude. Marchele's bridal let me go 20-30 min over my appointment time and didn't complain once. Annie (the owner) takes the best care of you, from champagne to yummy treats. She has created the most beautiful studio, and has an amazing selection of beautiful dresses. My daughter found her perfect dress, which gives us all even more reason to be excited for the wedding day. On top of the wonderful dresses and great customer service, we really like to support small independently owned businesses. It was not a good experience. First getting ahold of the shop is very difficult as they do not answer the phone, email or text. The owner who helped me select dresses was very passive aggressive and condescending. I felt very pressured to buy and felt like she was trying to use manipulation tactics. When I expressed that I couldn't afford a higher priced dress, she said that it sounds like I have low self respect. Soo many comments that were absolutely ridiculous and degrading. The showroom was decorated very nicely and you can tell they try to provide a nice experience but I did not appreciate the owners harsh sales tactics and attitude. Don't go here if you are overweight and older! They will lie to you and tell you how the dress will fit perfect even though your "body type" is not made for the dress. Empty promises is what I got. Dusting off the old yelp account for this one! The space is fantastic, the dresses are affordable, there is a great selection. I'm not a monster, those things can't be denied. However, to say Studio Inspire Bridal was disappointing, is an understatement. This was supposed to be a fun day trying on dresses with my closest friends and family and what we got was an uncomfortable reprimanding salesperson reminiscent of Professor Umbridge. Honestly, I would rather have a pap smear than go back to this place. The "experience" started the night before the fitting where I was asked to pay a $50 appointment fee, for a second time, because their system didn't work the first time I paid. Let me be clear that in booking this appointment I didn't see a length of time I was able to try on dresses or what the $50 covered. I will say that it seemed the $50 would cover treats and champagne for my guests. Turns out, each guest had to pay $15 for their half glass of champagne or non-alcoholic beverage. When my mom asked the owner, Annie, about this she was told, "Oh no, the $50 was just for the BRIDES drink" and then rather condescending, "could you IMAGINE if I could give you ALL champagne for $50!?" Quite frankly, yes Annie, I do think my nine guests could have split a bottle of Cooks for my $50 fee. I was also told, the night before my fitting, that I should go check out David's Bridal to get a "better idea" of the dress I wanted so that I could speed along my appointment and that "75% of the fun that my guests would be experiencing would be AFTER I said yes to a dress." The first 25 minutes of my hour appointment was spent with Annie telling us how amazing her space was and letting us know exactly how we should feel and act about the experience. This was right down to telling my trusted friends and family to not help me look for dresses so that I could pick them myself. And fine, I had a dress style in mind, but I brought my ladies along FOR their oppoinion. THEN, Annie picked dresses for me that I wasn't looking at. So it was ok for her to do it just not ok for my ladies to do it. The cherry on top of this was that Annie ended our appointment after my hour. I hadn't even tried on all of the 8 dresses I picked, but rather spent the time trying on dresses she recommended, and listening to her rules and regulations that came with the $15 champagne charge. I could honestly go on and on about the offensive comments she made about my personality, "door-mat" and "church mouse" coming to mind. Or the "rules'' she gave my guests, right down to not getting out of their chairs while I was trying on dresses. I will wrap it up to say the real kicker is I found a dress that I really loved and with the right salesperson I probably would have left there with it. The reality is I will now never buy a gown from Studio Inspire Bridal. Did I mention she doesn't allow your friends and family to take photos in the studio but rather offers professional photos? Turned out the professional photos were taken by her and her assistant. I'm not sure where those photos are but I bet they come with a price tag! I was also told she will book another appointment for me to try on the dress I liked for a second time and "email" me the designer's name. I left there not knowing the designer of the dress I loved OR any photos of what I liked. It's like it never happened minus the customer service whiplash my crew and I are recovering from. Where do I even start? It's been over a week and I am still squealing about how much FUN I had! I am not a super girly-girl and was honestly dreading wedding dress shopping, but I had SO MUCH FUN HERE! (I had been to 3 other shops, and didn't have fun at any of them... trust me Studio Inspire Bridal is just THAT good!) I also found THEE dress and I have ZERO doubts about it! A more detailed review below: The staff: Annie and Kennedy are absolute angels!! From the VERY second I walked in I felt like I was among friends! You may be thinking "well it's their job to make all their brides feel special" and that is true, but they went way above and beyond! I NEVER felt rushed, judged, or awkward, in fact, I felt beautiful the whole time because they made sure of it! We laughed (a lot), we cried, they swooned over my engagement video with me... They're just lovely and I cannot say enough good things about them!! I was most impressed with Kennedy remembering details from what we talked about over the phone a MONTH previous, like the fact that I ride horses, or live in Texas... idk it made me feel like a person and not just a customer. The space: STUNNING! Like, jaw dropping, stunning right down to the smallest detail. They tell you it is a working art space, and that is 10000% true. When you walk into the show room it feels like a sparkly museum! Can I just have my wedding there?! (; Even the little buffet area with treats for the bride and guests is displayed beautifully! My favorite feature was being able to get dressed in an ACTUAL room- no gaping curtains or passing dresses through a small crack and just hoping the showroom doesn't see your boobies lol! Kennedy helped me get in and out of all of my dresses and there was plenty of room in the bridal suite for both of us! They also have the showroom set up as a "mock" aisle so after leaving the bridal suite you "walk down the aisle" to the big mirror and pedestal so each dress gets a special reveal for your guests! The experience: I had ZERO clue what I wanted but Annie and Kennedy walked me through everything! Every dress I tried on I picked out details for what I liked about it/what I didn't and they listened to every little thing, to come up with suggestions from my feedback! Each dress was better than the last! They KNOW THEIR DRESSES! We started off the shopping with a tour and a glass of champagne topped with pink cotton candy (so cute)! Cookies and snacks were also available! After the tour I browsed all the dresses, which were VERY organized and made me feel a lot less overwhelmed looking through all the choices! I picked out five to start and then we began trying on, Annie and Kennedy picked the other dresses based on my feedback. After I found THEE dress even the "yes to the dress" was fun! There was confetti, a slow motion video, and pictures with each one of my guests both individually and as a group! They also took pictures during the entirety of the appointment candids, every dress...all of it saved forever! I cannot wait to get the photos! Now I'm looking forward to the special dress reveal night after my gown comes in and the free dance lesson with my fiancé! Annie made me feel beautiful, and made the appointment an event. When I couldn't have anybody with me she video called my best friend in New Orleans to make it feel like she was there. She has created a true experience in her creative space, and she knows how to make you feel and look amazing. She found me not 1 but 6 dresses I felt confident in ( I would not have thought that was possible) the hard part was choosing just one. She was there for every step of the process. Visiting Studio Inspire Bridal was such a dream for my first (and only!) wedding dress shopping experience. The girls there made it such an intimate and fun experience for myself, my mom, and one of my bridesmaids! I booked an appointment online, and from the minute we got there to when we left, it was such a positive experience and they made me feel so comfortable. The ballroom itself is BEAUTIFUL - it's hard to explain with words, you just have to see it yourself! I also found the most AMAZING wedding dress for my big day, and although it was different from what I expected, it's drop dead gorgeous and I couldn't have done it without Studio Inspire Bridal! Oh my God... for the best bridal experience, go to Studio Inspire. there is no pressure to up-sell, but even if you have a specific style in mind, they are likely to pull out a dress that you would have never considered and it will be THE dress. The selections are amazing. you get photos and a great "I said yes to the dress" video as a keepsake, they offer a free dance class (and you can book private classes with the Instructor, Julia, who is amazing". She even came to our wedding venue to have us dance there so she could rechoreograph our dance to fit the site. Alterations - good Lord, what can I say about the amazing and dedicated seamstress, Annie. She altered my dress to whittle my waist, added pockets, a peek a boo leg slit (under a couple of layers of tulle) and made certain the length was perfect. She even hooked me up with an amazing florist. She felt like a forever friend from the git-go. I wish I could hire her for all my alterations but Annie is dedicated to brides. Go to Studio Inspire for your dress, or just for the experience. It is the most lovely showroom in Northern Nevada and the prices are far less than every other bridal salon I visited. The entire experience was terrible. From the attitude of the owner to the cheap decor and pushy energy towards the bride, everything about the guest experience was less than ideal. Not only was this an unpleasant place, the owner was rude and offensive. They overcharged for cheap champagne and took the fun out of everything. The owner was pushy and forced the bride to try on dresses she didn't want to instead of the ones she did. They wanted to charge for the "professional" photos they took of the dresses and refused to tell the bride the brands of the dresses she liked. I would NEVER recommend this place. read more

We thought we were going to have to find a dress and then order it, but Annie had a dress that fit like it was made for our friend. What a wonderful experience. What a fantastic groups of ladies that work here! Our daughter must have looked at 50+ dresses with no luck. After a friend's recommendation, she made an appointment at Studio Inspire. The shop, the ladies, the knowledge and excitement are truly amazing! They really listened to what our daughter was asking for. After a few dresses.. they unpacked a new arrival right out of the box..and that was it! It fit her like a glove. We could not be more excited for our girl! Measurements were taken, order placed, and it arrived! Pick-up and try-on were just as much fun as our first visit! Now..on to alterations.. our daughter and future son-in-law just received word they will be moving to Washington in the next 30 days, (yikes) so alterations here are going to be tricky, BUT no worries.. the ladies reached out to their connections and found our daughter a tailor in Washington! I am not one to leave reviews. I never have before but I feel this one is extremely necessary. I had the absolute most horrific experience at this store. My closest family, friends, and myself left here uncomfortable, upset, and mortified at how disgustingly rude this place was. My friend paid $75 for me to come here because she heard it was a "magical" experience and I only tried on 8 dresses in an hour and a half and got treated like crap. The facility is nice don't get me wrong but it is not at all worth it. They advertise that they take pictures of you in every dress but you are not able to keep those photos unless you buy a dress which if you think about is stupid because if I just purchased a dress why would I want pictures of all the other dresses I tried on? Also no one else is allowed to take pictures whatsoever so if you come here you better be ready to buy because there's no looking back for reference if you're just starting to look around. Every single dress you tried on you had to give a speech about what you liked and disliked about the dress in front of everyone and if it wasn't a good enough answer the owner interrogated you until your answer was to her standards before you were allowed to move on to the next dress. I understand picking apart a dress to find your style but she did it in a way that was extremely degrading and rude by using terms or designer names no one knew and refused to clarify what she meant. There were dresses I tried on that I immediately disliked the moment I put them on. When I stated I didn't like this dress on me at all and asked if I could try the next one I selected instead, she told me no and I was still forced to walk in front of everyone and clarify why exactly I didn't like the dress thus eating more of my apt time. While trying on dresses, the owner was also offensive and talked rudely about me, the bride, to friends and family stating the "grass isn't always greener on the other side" if we didn't purchase there and "wow if she really can't tell me exactly what she likes or dislikes in these dresses she will never find one." My future mother in law also had a hard time seeing me when I would stand in front of the mirror and would try to crawl over to see but careful to also not get in the way of the photos they were taking. Instead of offering or trying to find her a better seat to see they took one of their "professional photos" of her on the ground to laugh at. We couldn't have gotten out of there faster and you could not pay me to ever step foot in there again. Save yourself the time, money, and energy and go elsewhere because it is not worth even a second of their "beautiful" showroom that no one but the bride even gets to look around anyways. read more

This was last week and today I went in to drop off my dress. I arrived early and Anicia was totally accommodating and saw me early. She is super friendly and professional and the studio is GORGEOUS! Less than 6 months later my dress sold for the price we agreed upon and I have my check. The whole process was simple. My experience was positive. I was so excited for dress shopping here but left feeling totally disappointed and offended. Let me start off by saying that Kennedy, my stylist for the day, was fantastic! She listened to me and it felt like she was really trying to find what I liked. However, the owner kept coming in and giving her two cents and putting me in dresses I hated. The owner suggested a dress that was over my budget, I said I'd try it just to see how it looked on. I did NOT like it, but she kept telling me how good it looked on me, she clearly only cares about money. She was rude to my guests and treated them like children while I was in the dressing room. The dress selection is terrible, it's basically all the same dress over and over again. They cut my appointment short and I felt like I was being kicked out because I didn't like their selection. They charged $50 for the appointment and make it sound like that's for champagne and snacks for the whole group, but that's only for the bride. They change $15 for each additional guest to have champagne as well! As we were checking out the owner started name dropping the designer Justin Alexander and telling me that his dresses sound like my style. I told her that he was one of the designers I had been looking at, she patronizing my said oh you Justin Alexander. One of the reasons I came to this store was to try on some of his dresses, they don't even have any! I was hesitant to book an appointment at another bridal place the same day as this appointment, I was sure I would find my dress here, based off of the image they project online, but I dId and boy was I glad I did!! This was the best experience I could of asked for when finding a wedding dress. Annie was so helpful and listened to all of my concerns and ideas. The boutique is SO CUTE! I loved taking pictures and twirling around to show my entourage my dresses. I found my dream dress and got to walk out the SAME day with it! It fits perfect and I don't even need alterations. I accompanied my friend (the bride) to her dress shopping appointments last week. This appointment just went from bad to worse to awful. We arrived 15 minutes early, as most other shops usually recommend. We parked and saw a woman unlock the door, and when we tried to come in, she said she needed to set up and we would be welcomed back inside at the appointment time. It was approaching 100 degrees outside, and I couldn't believe we couldn't at least sit in the lobby instead of leaving our car on for A/C. When we finally came inside, the owner spent 15-20 minutes with her spiel that honestly felt like a sales pitch. She bragged about her "144 five star reviews" (not sure where those are) and honestly wasted so much of the appointment time. The bride received champagne but she told us if the guests wanted to drink as well, it would be an extra $15. I have NEVER not received at least a small glass of complimentary champagne at a wedding dress shop except for this one! Once the bride started browsing dresses, I wanted to catch a cute candid picture when the bride reacted to the showroom. The owner bit my head off and told me no photography was allowed until she had dresses on. I told her I'd like to take these candid photos for her to remember a fun day of shopping. She treated me like a child that needed scolding for breaking her rules. Once the bride started trying on dresses, they closed a curtain that cut off the showroom. When the bride's mother in law went through the curtain to go retrieve her purse that she left on a chair, the owner snapped at her AGAIN that she wasn't allowed back there while the bride was trying on dresses. Again, another weird rule that we were scolded for breaking. I could not believe how horribly we were treated during this experience. You could just tell everyone was uncomfortable, even the bride. The bride ran out of time and they wouldn't let her try on her top pick again, and they told her there was an opening later that evening. The bride wanted to try on that dress one more time to see if it was the one, so she booked that second appointment. I couldn't believe they charged her ANOTHER $50! Overall, she did try on some really nice dresses, but thankfully, we had a MUCH better experience at a different shop and she bought her dress there. When we tried to cancel the second appointment, no one answered her calls or texts. I doubt she'll get her money back. If you don't want to be treated like a child, go elsewhere for your wedding dress shopping. read more

This place has such potential to be an amazing establishment. Unfortunately it does not. Our experience should have been memorable for good reasons but we left with a deflated feeling. When you walk in you are in awe but quickly are treated like you are in a museum. You are immediately given a list of rules. Then you are treated like you are in reform school. We were constantly treated like children even our grandmother was scolded. The dresses area is like a museum and not allowed to touch or god forbid get near anything. We were first told we need to keep her (owner) anxiety down (sorry but that's not our job or problem), constantly corrected with how we were sitting (face forward, turn around!) when watching our bride model her dresses, shushed every time we got excited (don't know why we were the only ones in there), corrected and told how to rephrase our sentences on how we were giving opinions or compliments, treated like we were stupid when suggesting anything, not allowed to stand up or god forbid walk near the bride (don't even attempt to hug her or touch her in her gown). A VERY COLD AND MISERABLE experience. I could keep going with the horrible experience but I think you get the idea. Lots of pressure to order and buy. Treated not like customers should be treated . I gave two stars bc the selections were nice and prices were decent. And inside is very glamorous but it quickly changes into a bridal nightmare. You should know about After purchase experience, horrible- still being lectured and treated like we are stupid. No assistance, explanations and bad communication. If you value your bride and want the dream experience and want to have AVOID this place!!! My friend (the bride)made her appointment for 6:00pm. We arrived a tad late due to our Uber and you would think we were 30 mins late. The owner then asked if we tried on other dresses and if she could see pictures of them. My friend was adamant about wanting to just use their experience and have them fit her in the perfect dress based on her Pinterest pictures. When we wouldn't show her the pictures of the dresses she already tried on it was like instantly her face and attitude changed. Then the whole time she was talking to us like she didn't care if she got a sale. The whole time she was telling us they didn't have time because other brides were coming and because we were 10 mins late that threw everything off. I doubt that. It's a very lovely place but you have to follow with great customer service. When a bride is ready to spend thousands of dollars the attitude should never happen. My friend even wanted to see all the dresses just lined up at the end and that wasn't even allowed. The other place Marchele's let her even try on her first dress again 30 mins after they closed with no complaints. No was said a lot in this appointment. I got a very Pretty Women vibe that she was better than us, and did it with a smile. Just like you see in the movie. They provide the bride a glass of champagne with snacks for $50 any other guest pays $15 so another $64 we left there spending over $100 to get treated like that? She talked to us like children and said once we start eating snacks you can't touch dresses again. How about you leave the snacks out. All in all we felt rushed,treated rude and they were not the vibe the whole place gives off. I have been shopping in this town for wedding dresses with other friends and this would be the last on the list anyone should go to. read more

This is an adorable warehouse/boutique/art studio!!! I knew almost the second I walked in that the vibe was just right. They have an amazing selection of unique dresses for any style and budget. Anicia was so helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to make my appointment a wonderful experience by providing insights and ideas when I needed them and stepping back and giving me space to really picture everything together. I love this place. The space is beautiful, with high ceilings, great lighting, and decor. The moment we stepped in Elizabeth greeted us warmly and took the time to listen to what my sister was looking for in a wedding dress before we even saw the selection. This is so helpful, as shopping for a dress can be overwhelming. We found several options and Elizabeth took us into different areas of the studio to see what the dresses looked like in certain lighting and to take pictures in the beautifully designed studio. We had such an amazing afternoon finding my friend's bridal gown! We had the whole place to ourselves, we got to explore all the dresses and picked out about 10 in her size. Elizabeth was super helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. We found the perfect dress and for half what we would have paid at a traditional shop and our bride felt like a bride for the first time! Deja Vu offers such a fun and unique experience for trying on dresses! The selection offers beautiful, one of a kind, discounted wedding dresses. After trying many other locations around town, my sister found THE dress for a fraction of the price. One of the things that is unique about deja vu is that Anicia is a fantastic photographer and my sister was able to take some photos of her dress in her beautiful studio during her fitting. There are also many accessories to try on with the dresses that really add to the experience. Anicia is super helpful and makes your experience so personal. She is such a sweetheart and we all appreciated her enthusiasm at my sister's fitting! read more

Beware that ALL SALES are final I did not realize this until now because I inquired about return policy unfortunately after purchasing two used dresses. One for 1200 and a second cocktail type dress for $300 which is quite dirty on the bottom. Sales lady is very friendly and said the cleaning is very inexpensive and the dress would be fine . However I'm now wondering if I wasted over $300 on a dress that might not be wearable if the dry cleaners can't get the dirt out. So just be cautious do not buy anything that is dirty stained or worn. Take your time making a decision and don't feel pressured because being disappointed in your wedding day dresses is extremely stressful. New dresses can be purchased for the same price and don't do like me and buy something without inquiring ahead on the return policy. read more
