I really enjoyed the actual pedicure part. The lady gave an excellent leg massage too. They don't have any Essie nail polish so I probably won't go back. OPI, in my opinion, has either degraded over the years or Essie is just better and I realized that once I started using Essie several years ago. They don't have any nail drying spray and no light that you sit under to help harden nails. Well I waited 4 hours then I went to dinner and barely graces the leg chair next to me and my toe got messed up. I am almost 100 percent sure that would have been avoided if there was some kind of nail spray. If they were to get Essie products and nail spray and/or lights I would definitely go back. Nancy was the best so far.. I've been to 9 different salons since I've been in Austin looking for a nail technician... hands down she has been the best so far. I officially found a place to make an appointment. I usually leave and start (Yelp'in) for another nail salon because the ones before have not even been worth of my review for 1 star. I feel bad about writing a negative review because there were some nice things about this salon, but as one of the reviewers pointed out the skills of the nail techs are questionable. I went in with a friend on Sunday a couple hours before closing. We didn't have appointments and they were very accommodating to us walking in. A few things stood out to me - multiple (more than 2) thick layers of polish were applied to my toes. From my own experience in painting my nails, applying 3-4 coats of a thick OPI polish takes a while to completely dry and most of the time it ends up smudged and sloppy-looking. Secondly, I noticed multiple times she had to clean up the edges of my nail/skin with a brush dipped in nail polish remover. No biggie as long as the end result looks great and the color lasts. Well, it didn't. The next day the polish on both big toes was ruined. Also noticed that the second coat of polish applied to my fingernails doesn't even cover my entire nail so you can clearly see a the demarcation between coats on all my fingernails. I should mention that I had 2 separate nail techs and was 0 for 2 that day. I've honestly never had such a shoddy mani/pedi before. For me this was a case of trying out a new nail place and getting burned. hopefully those that read this and decide to gamble luck out better than me. read more

Came here for the first time on my break because it's close to my office. Nhu gave the best massage, and my pedicure looks great! Amy did my SNS set and it looks amazing! I've been going to this place for a few years, but I stopped going when the pandemic hit and have only been back a few times post-vax. The quality of work and service has really gone down hill. The owners are nice but neither had a mask on when I walked in the door. I know that there are no longer masking requirements, but I think it is unprofessional to not mask around your clients who may be unvaccinated. To top it off, I just had to worst pedicure I've ever had in my entire life. It took the staff member over 30 minutes just to do the four coats of gel, and she ruined one foot with the LED lamp and had to start over. After an hour and half for just a basic pedicure, she didn't even remove my calluses. I won't be coming back. read more

Fantastic place for a manicure + pedicure! Prices are great, $30 for a pedicure and $15 for a manicure! The ladies that did my nails were so sweet and friendly. They offered me a beverage too! The salon was very clean and organized. Highly recommend coming here if you are looking to get your nails done! read more

I went in on a Saturday afternoon with my mom and daughter. They welcomed us and took us right in. Score! The place is beautiful. Very clean and the people were friendly. I forgot to ask their names, rookie mistake, but we ended up having most of them since there were 3 of us. :) They were all fabulous! Talented and hard-working. They deserve recognition for sure. My mom and I got the deluxe pedicures, sooo worth it. I think they massaged my legs four different times and my feet were super smooth. This was my 7 yo daughter's first time and the lady was so sweet and funny. She made it special for my little girl. Halfway through my daughter turns to me and said "This was a good idea, mom." My mom was really impressed with the service as well. Great all around. ' I got an SNS dip acrylic manicure and I will never go back to regular gel polish! The girl was very quick and nice as well. Came here based on Yelp pics and stars. No wait,which was nice however we both selected the SN9 pedicure package. It's the highest priced and is allowed for 1 hour 10 mins. We we're done in 45. I felt my tech was rushing through the motions and the tech on my bf started on someone else while his feet were in the collagen sock. No big deal, but I noticed that other client sat in the chair same time as us. So she waited 45 mins with her feet in a chair? I'd rather go somewhere or come back. All in all, typical salon. Nothing extraordinary, my bf was asked if he wanted a drink and not I, he didn't get his drink. He selected eucalyptus and I wanted Jasmine and they assumed he ordered for both us? I had a stressful week so I got a dip powder manicure and pedicure. The guy doing my pedicure was distracted because he was talking To the woman doing my nails. He lightly rubbed my LEGS for 10 minutes and not once touched my feet and called it a massage. I came in specifically for a foot massage, so of course I wanted what I paid for. When I let him know he got an attitude and jerked my foot. After he was done with my pedi, he got up and started helping the next customer and didnt come back to put my shoes on or cash me out. Another woman had to come and help. We've got to stop giving our money to people who treat us like this. This the last time I'll ever go here. read more

I went here on Sunday. I made a reservation online. When I arrived they did not ask my name or check who I had requested my appointment with. I had chosen my tech based off other people's reviews so I was kind of disappointed. The salon was clean and had a lot of polish color options. I got a basic manicure and over half my nails had chipped by Monday morning so I was very disappointed. My tech was nice but the service was inconsistent, some people were offered water or other drinks and some were not. read more

They really take their time with my nails and listen to how I want my nails shaped and what not. Every time my nail chips or breaks they are always willing and ready to fix it free of charge! There isn't a specific person I would recommend because they are all equally great! I also got my eyebrows done here too, they look fierce and clean! What a great experience for my first mani/pedi in Austin! I will be back and others should go here as well. I had a gel mani and the basic spa pedi. They both were very relaxing. Nancy did my nails and she was so attentive and kind. Next time I want to try the Royal Pedicure! If my pedicure was awesome then the royal pedi will be even more awesome! My tech and my daughters tech and all that I looked around and watched gave quality pedicures. They did not rush at all. They were all so thorough and they were very friendly as well! I was on my way home and actually stopped at No. 9 because of the great reviews on Yelp. Lovely, clean atmosphere, and staff are willing to help with any questions or concerns. The lady that did my pedicure did a good job, but the gentleman who did my nails seemed to struggle a bit. When my shellac manicure was done, the lady that did my pedi had to come and refile my nails because they were not straight. He filed them in a slant.. I give them a 4 out of 5 stars because although he struggled, my manicure worked out in the end, and everyone there is pleasant and want you to have a wonderful experience. I intend to get my nails done here the next time I need a mani/pedi. read more

I love this nail salon! My shellac stayed on (and looked great) for 3 weeks - which NEVER happens! The nail technicians take their time and aren't rushing through your manicure to try and take the next client. The salon itself is upscale, clean, and relaxing. The owner is incredibly sweet and even remembered that I was a returning customer after only my second visit. They offer you drinks and snacks (fresh fruit) and are genuinely accommodating.
