I brought in my mother's 1940 very worn, brown, alligator pumps and a matching purse with a ripped…read morestrap, and they went to work. They secured an alligator hide to remake the leather purse strap. They relined the bag and the shoes. When finished (which took about 4 weeks, due to waiting for the alligator hide) this pair of shoes with the matching bag looked like new. I've also had Occhicone re-dye a Coach bag, repair a briefcase, fix many pairs of shoes for me. I have a special pair of Ferragamos that fit me like a glove, and I bring them in every year for rehab. After 15 years, they look new. I give Occhicone 5 stars! PS, they could do much better answering their voice messages. I sent them a post card asking them to call me.
