Mike sent out two gentlemen (Aaron & Alberto) to be the "referees." Everything was set up perfectly when we arrived. They also gave us a stereo to play our music. I love how they give you break times in between and allow you to pay the day of (in case you would like to cut the play time shorter). After the event, Mike gave me a follow up call to ask how everything went, which I thought was sweet. FYI: Mike told me 10 minutes in a bubble is equivalent to 1 hour of working out...I thought he was lying, but my oh my... HE WAS NOT LYING LOL. My group and I were sweating in the 64 degree weather after playing for only 5 minutes. BE PREPARED TO BE SORE FOR THE NEXT 2-3 days. We definitely felt more sore than we would at the gym. Since I knew I would be there all weekend, I convinced two of my friends to join me in the go kart shenanigans. Armahni(?) and his girlfriend took us around the lake and alongside the canal for an hour or so ride. The best part was when we had the chance to "put the pedal to the medal" (as my grandmother would say lol) and race each other. We arrived early for Valentine's Day to do something fun with our sons and were second in line. From the start, the process was confusing--waivers and payment were handled separately, and the waiver attendant wasn't able to answer our questions and redirected us to the payment rep, who was moving up and down the line asking about reservations. After watching three rounds of racers go ahead of us, we finally asked what was going on. That's when we learned that people with reservations are allowed to cut the line. Totally understandable--but this was never communicated to us. It would have helped immensely to know upfront that there's a reservation system with priority access, or to have a separate line for reserved guests. We weren't the only ones feeling confused. Once we asked, the rep kindly explained the situation, which we appreciated. However, she couldn't give us a clear estimate--just that it might be another 30 minutes... or more. It would have been very helpful to know all of this off top instead of being passed by multiple times. By that point, we had already been waiting an hour, believing we were second in line. The uncertainty was confusing and disappointing, especially for our kids. Ultimately, we decided to leave after losing over an hour, hoping and wondering what was happening. It was heartbreaking for our boys. I do want to say--the owner's energy was amazing. His excitement and passion are honestly what kept us waiting as long as we did. We love supporting small businesses, and that positive energy really matters. With clearer communication and better organization, this could be such a smoother and more enjoyable experience for everyone. I truly hope that feedback helps, because the concept and vibe have so much potential.

I went to the yoga with headphones event at Pasea in Huntington Beach. It was great! Everyone puts on headphones and the yoga instructor guides you through a practice outside with an ocean view! Plus there is an awesome DJ. At this particular event there were 2 yoga instructors. I liked that they had everyone working together and trying out new yoga moves. It was great for all yoga levels. After the yoga event there was wine, dancing and vendors. The vendor selection was great! There were yoga clothes, clean eating delivery, jewelry, and farm to table delivery services. Overall, I had a great experience and I'm looking forward to trying some of the overnight trips! I was also able to meet Heidi and she is very friendly and open!

I was skeptical about the idea of being full by the end of this tour but boy was I wrong. I was the perfect amount of stuffed. We love this art studio!…read more Tianna, the owner, is so kind and patient and responsive. We first tried one of their Kids Night Out workshops and my daughter had the best time. They hold these once a month and the kids stay for an art class, pizza, and a movie, while parents can go grab a bite/drink. My husband and I ended up going to Knolls right next door and it was so nice to be able to have a drink knowing our daughter was having a blast across the wall. They also lock the door to make sure only the guardians of the child are able to enter to pick them up, and they are mindful of food allergies as well (my daughter is allergic to peanuts). It all felt very safe and gave us peace of mind. It was an awesome experience. My daughter loved it SO much we had her 7th birthday party there this past weekend. The kids made slime, spin art, and painted ceramics. Everyone was raving about the crafting and the space. Tianna was so accommodating and helpful throughout the planning process to make sure our unique party circumstances went off without a hitch. Tianna went above and beyond to make sure the kids were having a wonderful time. Ana and Lilly were also super nice and helpful!
