Loved it! Great spot to hang out!! I loved the outside patio and enjoyed being able to go down to the river. Being a sweater because it does get chilly in the evenings. Highly recommend this spot.the service was great. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We ordered pizza and pull pork nachos 10/10. They also have a wide selection of beer/beverages.

We love coming here for dinner when we are in town. It's casual, cool bar with a huge deck that would be fabulous in the summer. I'm not a drinker but if you are they have a fantastic selection of beers. Service is good! We ordered the kinky rooster, which is a blackened chicken breast with bacon and cheese and a delicious aioli. The lettuce on the sandwich was dressed with a vinaigrette which added a fabulous depth of flavor. This sandwich was so yummy!! The fries were also delicious- thick and crispy. Definitely worth a stop here. Will be back!

Stumptown has won my heart (and stomach). First time around I got the pulled pork it was great. Second time I ordered the burger at a friend's rec, it changed my life. The burger is so juicy and flavorful. The garlic fries are incredible, perfectly cooked and garlicky heaven. The beer is great, the Icelandic mule is delish. The deck & the view of the river are perfect to enjoy your meal and all the staff is lovely. Safe to say I will probably not ever spend a weekend on the Russian River again without going to Stumptown at least once.

Overall had a nice afternoon at this riverside brewery. The best part is the space - they have a very large patio with outdoor seating, and a pleasant view of the river. That made it great for us to bring our large party, including some children. Although we didn't have one, dogs are allowed! The beer was decent. The food was a bit overpriced, but the fries were great! I thought the staff was mostly friendly, though I believe I saw one staff member leaving the bathroom area without washing his hands...

Love this place in every way possible. 1) Great staff 2) Mixed drinks are fire and beers are amazing. I had the Tropical drink and 3 beers. Was stoked on all of them. 3) I got the food here and wow. The Wings were heavenly and LARGE. The brisket meal was also amazing, what ever BBQ sauce they use is heavenly. 10/10 recommend coming if you are in the area. Plus you can grab a beer and sit inside, outside on the deck, or grab a plastic cup and head down to the river.

We kayaked up from Johnson's Beach, and had a wonderful lunch of sandwiches, salads and beer. Life doesn't get much better than that!

Do not come here if you're not a local. The people that work here hate outsiders and will be very rude to you

What are the holiday hours Xmas week?

Our hours are the same over the Christmas week. On Christmas day itself the Bar will be open but the kitchen will be closed. If it's quiet later that night we'll probably close up a little earlier than usual.…

Is there service here in order to get an uber/lyft?

    Service shouldn't be an issue

I never waited in the beverage line for more than a few minutes. Food was ordered at the bar and servers ran it out. Several TVs inside along the wall, a large projector screen on the east wall, and a 65" outside all displayed the game. The sound was good too. I had no difficulty hearing the match over the noise of the crowded venue. Water was supplied next to the bar and was self service. It was constantly kept full. I never saw it empty. When the bar served so much it ran out of glasses they already had plastic cups available. Overall, great spot full of great people. Well done.

My wife and I had just visited Abbey Tavern this past weekend, a premier Scottish pub in the City, and we expected a similar atmosphere. However, the moment we showed up, we were met with great disappointment. The Goose & Fern is honestly a terrible place to watch a sports match: there was only a single TV mounted in the back corner of the restaurant, the TV wasn't particularly large, and the speakers had been turned completely off. What a bust. Although the food was decent, especially the Shepherd's pie -- which came piping hot in a small cast iron skillet, the service was downright dreadful and almost non-existent. We never received waters (or were even asked if we wanted beverages), our table wasn't given enough silverware, we were never checked on during the meal, and we were waiting around for 30 minutes twiddling our thumbs before somebody from our party finally went up to try to pay for the check. In hindsight, a tip was not warranted for the lack of service. Overall, Yelp grossly misled me on The Goose & Fern. This is not a spot I would stop by again to watch a sporting match. If you're in this part of Santa Rosa, do yourself a favor and head over to Dave and Busters down the street where they have a bunch of massive screens, tons of beer options, and service that will far surpass what you're getting here.

I could get half a draft beer, there's a nice outdoor area, a cool bar cat that I became fond of, live music on Friday nights, and the staff is pretty awesome. The last time I went there was 4 weeks ago and unfortunately I will not go there again. My partner went there (he's also been there before) looking to see if I was there because I told him I was going there to retrieve my umbrella I had left there the night before. He was treated quite disrespectfully, even was threatened to have the cops called if he didn't get out of "his " parking lot. Mind you, this was during the day and my partner wasn't causing any trouble, he was just looking for me. This act alone was enough for me to decide that I wouldn't go there again. I understand people have bad days but when they are in service industry, you need to check that shit at the door before you start your shift. After all, the customer is paying their salary. Don't let my rants discourage you from going to Sports Attic 2, it's a cool place. I just can't get over the way my partner was treated.

They have a very good tap selection here. I was happy to have several good options for a cold draft. The place looks and feels like a traditional Irish Pub with lots of local folks who are clearly regulars at this well maintained pub. We got the fried green beans appy. They were good, well breaded, and not greasy at all. I ordered the chinese chicken salad and it was very tasty. Maybe a smidge too much dressing, but it is a light dressing so too much was probably just right with this salad. My friend got the shrimp tacos. They presentment on the tacos was very nice.
