Not too long ago I needed to replace my work truck. We always have rental properties that I…read moremaintain and had used a Ford Explorer for the last 10 years. It served me well, but the mileage was getting high and I wanted something a little bigger so I watched Craigslist for an Expedition. I have driven Ford trucks for many years and they have never let me down. Jamie Powe had this one listed on Craig's. I wanted one with 4 wheel drive and the heavy duty trailer towing package. The trailer towing package was important to me and when contacting people everyone was telling me their Expeditions had the HD package. Well, honestly very few trucks have it, but as all Expeditions have have a class 3 hitch all the sellers think it is the heavy duty package. To not waste my time I ask for the trucks VIN # and some sellers freaked out. Some though I was trying to run some kind of scam I guess. But, with the VIN # I can see how the truck was equipped when built by Ford. Jamie didn't hesitate to give me the # and as she had told me it did have the HD package. When she gave me the address on Fulton I assumed it was a used car lot even though the ad was listed as a private seller. Normally I am not in to going to used car lots, but I had wasted a bunch of time with private sellers that didn't know what they had to sell. I knew this truck had the features I wanted so I went to see it. I was correct as it was a dealer and the truck was just what i was looking for except it was sitting on stupid 20" rims. I knew I could find stock Expedition rims on Craigslist so I didn't let that stop me from buying the truck. When I dove it it turned over slow and I told her the battery was weak. She said no it had just been sitting on the lot and not driven and would be OK. Nope. I knew better and just added a new big battery in my mind to the price. It still was under my budget so I took it home. In a few days I found the stock rims on Craig's for $100 and then sold the ghetto 20" rims for $500. The extra $400 went towards a set of new Goodyear tires. I'm holding back a star because of the battery BS and that it was listed as a private seller, but it has worked out to be the perfect work truck and the price was right. I would buy from her again, OK? I will gladly give Jamie 5 stars for boobage though :-)

Who would honestly want to buy anything from these "business owners" who are bashing a past…read morecustomer for not purchasing a car from them? They are disgusting, lying, and sketchy people and I will continue to update and leave every single 1 star rating for you on every website that associated with your shop. I hope this place goes out of business. If this even helps one person turn away from this place and goes somewhere else instead then I'm glad. Everyone: please, read past reviews from this shop, there are multiple websites and comments from real customers, also read the owners replies and notice how rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional they are. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself and spend your money elsewhere. I have first had absolute terrible experience here and will never recommend anyone to this dump.

I bought this car, being told that it had no issues and it was well maintained, while this is true, as I drove it off the lot, it handled poorly, and had some issues. I checked the tires and the tread was warn on the inside of one side LITERALLY down to the wire! And it was leaking oil. I called and they told me many thing about me being wrong. I brought it to them, KNOWING there was a head gasket leak, and they took it for a couple of days, and put new tires on it (Ling Longs) and then also gave me a oil change "promising me" it was just a leak from the oil filter. Well anyone that knows ANYTHING about cars, especially Subarus should know, you DONT change just the front tires and leave the back different, it will DESTROY the transmission, and differentials! Well I had to fight some more and ended up having to pay for tires I the back, which 4 months later are worn to the ground..... As of still I need a head gasket replacement, because of the incompetency of the individuals working there, unknowing of the fact that a head gasket leak means it's coming from the head gaskets and not the oil filter. I will never buy from this place again and I STRONGLY recommend against buying a car here.
