They reached out to me four days before my appointment and tell me the stylist is not going to be at the salon on Saturday and they cannot accommodate my appointment. If it was some kind of emergency I would 100% understand but clearly it wasn't because they said the stylist was opening her Thursday schedule and they could move me to Thursday instead.
