I think it all comes down to who does your main/pedi at these places. And, unfortunately, who I had did not do a good job. Pros: - walk-ins welcome - great massage chairs - large flatscreen TV - free wifi - only $35.50 for a mani/pedi combo - decent selection of polishes - seems like they have a lot of regulars Cons: - can get quite busy after 5pm (so you are better off making an appt.) - not exactly the nicest looking place - you need to know who to ask for in order to get a job well done - products and tools are of poor quality My particular nail tech did ok on my pedi, but I definitely got less than the others getting a pedi. And there was pretty much no foot and leg massage (and let's face it, that's one of the best parts). Plus, only a couple of days later, and my toenail polish is chipping (highly unusual for me). The mani was the worst - no soak, no massage, etc. And the nail shaping was icky. Plus, to top it all off, the polish job was horrible. Frankly, my 3-yr old niece could have done a better job painting my nails. I wouldn't be opposed to coming here again since others do seem to be quite pleased (and the price is rather awesome). She has been handling both my and my husbands manicure/pedicure and facial waxing needs for three years now. Her attention to detail is meticulous and she works quickly to make sure all her clients are satisfied with any and all services she and her team renders. Ive been here many times. The people here know what they are doing. I come weekly and get my feet done because in my eyes they are simply the best. The shop is clean the restroom is clean. They always have soap and tons of paper towels. Lots of colorful nail polish. And the people who work here are delightful. Ladies beware its tons of males at this location if u come to relax know that some men beg for your number. Honey they in a seat next to you getting they feet done. This has been my nail place since I moved to Vegas. My friend recommended it to me since she has been going there for years. Every time I walk through the door, I am greeted with smiles and cheer. They remember me and recommend new colors for me to try. I have taken my mom and sister there when they have come out to visit. They were impressed with the quality and service. It is a bonus that the owner, Lynn, knows me and hooked us up. I go in every 2 weeks for a pedicure, and I have only not liked it once (that was because of the color). They are gentle and thorough. I've been coming to this place for years and it's really starting to go downhill. I went and had a blah experience, so I decided to give them another shot and see how it went. I walked in and was greeted, I asked for a fill and pedicure. They were all sitting around playing on their phones and watching tv on their ipads. They took me for my pedicure first. I've had this particular person and she's better than some but the polish job was awful, it's uneven and bumpy and some of the nail isn't even covered. Also, there was really no massage at all, even though I paid for the deluxe pedicure. After my pedicure she told me it would be about 40 minutes until the only person that can do fills could do my nails. Apparently the other 3 people couldn't. I told her I couldn't really wait and that if she knew this was the case, the fill should have been first so that way I wouldn't have to wait because he took another walk in as I was getting done. It made no sense. I told her I was actually wanting to remove the acrylic and do a gel manicure. I ended up getting the acrylic soaked off and still having to wait for the same man - apparently he's the only one that does gel too? He was snarky and rude. He burnt my finger with the drill and then drilled my nail so my much it burned my nail bed. He continued to go over it even after I told him it hurt. He then applied the gel and kept shaking his head that the color was too light because my nails were so thin from the acrylic. I told him it didn't bother me that you could see some of the white. He kept shaking his head saying it looked bad. I told him it was fine. He continued to do coat after coat. I told him several times I had to leave and that my nails were fine and that we needed to get to the top coat. He told me I should use another color that is darker and brought it over. I told him I didn't want pink glitter and the color I picked was fine. He said they looked bad (again) and then yelled at me and said - BUT YOU WOULDN'T LISTEN. I asked him again to please get to the top coat because I had to leave. He then wiped the gel off one finger and started over because he said it looked bad. So after a basecoat, 6 coats of pink gel polish and a top coat, the gel manicure took over an hour and a half and I was yelled at. It's safe to say I will not be returning. I don't need to be yelled at when I'm paying someone to do my nails. read more

I had a hard time finding a place where I can go all the time so when I moved out her back in 2006, I would just go to a different place every two weeks. When this place opened up...just down the street from where I live I was ecstatic. I was a little hesitant but tried it any way. The place just opened up about a couple weeks when my friend and I walked in. We were greeted by the owners who are a middle aged couple from Laos. To our surprise there wasn't a lot of the sterotypical nail shop side bar conversations by the workers but instead I noticed that the workers focused on their customers and had conversations with their customers. I've been a loyal customer ever since and it has been about 3 years since they've been opened. I love the work that they do. The price for a regular spa pedi is $20 and they offer a deluxe spa pedi for $30. I don't think it's worth the extra $10 as the only difference is they rub your feet with exfoliating sea salt granules and a mint mask and wrap it in an extremely hot towel for about a minute. The regular pedi is just as satisfying and will leave you with $10 in your wallet for a cocktail :) read more

This is my go-to place for my bi-monthly pedicure. The staff here are friendly and efficient, and do a great job on my feet. I've had horrible pedis in the past, (cut and bleeding cuticles! So painful!) and i've not had any issues here. Due to new laws, they can't use a callus shaver any longer, but they have started using a very good gel remover that (along with a rasp file) does as good of a job. The color selection is pretty good, but I normally bring my own nail polish. Their equipment is kept clean and they always santitize their foot-tubs after every client. This place is unfortunately not as good as it used to be. I had new gels put on 2 weeks ago. They looked nice for the few days they were intact. One week ago, they started peeling, and today I was able to just peel them all off. It usually takes some strong gel removal and/or scrapping to get them off. These peeled off like cheap stickers. Great little shop! They were able to get 3 of us in at one time with little waiting. It was a week day in the afternoon... so that might have helped. Otherwise they were really nice! We had 3 pedicures and they were wonderfully comfortable. They do a small massage on your lower leg, pound the soul of your foot, and clean up your nails nicely! The price is extremely affordable! Pedis were $20 flat! I gave a $5 for tip, even though there was still some paint smudges on my toes, the paint is holding up and looks good. They also offer free wifi, so you can bring your iphone, ipad, or laptop and relax while getting your feet done :) When I visit vegas again I'll be sure to stop by, it's only a hop and skip away from my Dad's house. read more
