Went here a couple years ago and got a phillycheesetak but the sub lacked meat so I never went back in two years. Today I figured maybe they have gotten better Ordered the sun runner super chicken cheese sub and lemme tel you it is not good. The meat is flavorless and lacks salt... I asked for miracle whip mayo on bread and I ended up using three extra packs of mayo cause they give you hardly any. I asked for extra meat which was a upcharge and the sub still had very little meat and also could not tell that there was cheese in the sub..had to hold with both hands to avoid sub from falling all apart...will not ever go back read more

This establishment really needs to get over its self, it's not a dine in location and not only will they put you on hold for long periods of time sometimes hanging up in your ear but the delivery time is averaging an hr to an hr and a half and the foods not even hot when it gets to you and to be honest over the years the subs have actually falling off. I ordered a delivery order tonight it took longer which is ok because it is Monday and they can be busy but my problem is I ordered a 1/2 turkey and cheese sub with lettuce tomatoes raw onions pepper and oregano and pickles cut value size and my receipt was correct but the sandwich I received was completely wrong not one thing did I ordered to be my topping. The only thing right was the cut of the bread!!! they said they would replaced it and send me a new one I wonder if I'm gonna have to wait another hour for my food??? Dude... the subs are smol. I got a cheese fish and it was one thin piece of fish on both parts of the the sub and the bread was super slim. It didn't taste bad, but you just don't get your moneys worth. If you order from here you HAVE to get double meat or you'll have a bread sandwich. read more

I ordered a cheesesteak. It was good, it was, but it was so small (picture for reference). I had a 7", assuming a 15" would be way too much but I didn't read the reviews bc we were starving. Not to mention, it wasn't that cheap, this little thing was like $7! Also had the hot wings, they were OK. Delivery guy was nice but it was over an hour way (they told us that on the phone. I don't think that I can give a complete accurate review because I only ever get the triple cheesesteak sub and the crinkle cut fries. I think that both are delicious! I do know that the rolls used for the subs are fresh made daily. This place unfortunately attracts a seedy crowd at certain times during the day due to the bus stop behind the building. What is wrong with people thinking hanging their nose out is okay? It IS not girl there doing my sub had her nose out and EVEN touched her nose. Told her boss wanted money back because of her and he refused so I took the sub opened it and said loudly hey super spreader you eat this and dumped it on the floor and walked out. We ordered two pizzas and had them delivered. The time they told us was accurate and the prices were fair. On both pizzas the dough was chewy and our one pizza had almost no sauce, while I felt like I was drowning in it on our second pizza. Probably wouldn't order from here again. read more

Establishment advertised hours closing at midnight. However, upon arrival at the location at 11:43, the doors were locked. HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER Order from them frequently and I'm really not sure why because something is always wrong but today was the LAST straw. Examples from the past have been forgetting fries which they promised to make a note to send on the next delivery that never happened of course. Charged for soda which I never received. Or once in the restaurant sold me flat soda which they didn't want to refund. Today however I ordered a cheese pizza and cheesesteak. They told me 45 mins to an hour. I waited 1.5 hours to get a phone call from Hannah the delivery driver saying she can't find it so I get dressed to go down 3 flights of stairs the whole way to the parking lot where she was literally sitting in her car. THEN for her to only hand me a cold cheesesteak I asked where the pizza was while pointing it out in the receipt and she said she didn't know that's what they sent. Food was delivered. It was ok. I don't know about the award winning cheese steaks. As noted above they were skinny subs and were a typical steak sub. We order wings with ranch and no ranch. I ordered cheese steaks and fries for pickup online. Get home 20 minutes away and a order of fries is missing. I call to let them know and the supposedly Manager gets on the line and tell me "well we are busy" like that's an excuse. These are by far the skinniest subs in America; but they are so good. I used to come here when I lived on the shore...especially during my college days. Even thought the subs are VERY skinny they are the perfect size....I know it doesn't sound like it but they are. I took my hubby here for the first time and now every time we visit my parents, he wants to pay them a visit. It was funny because when he got it he looked at it like it had a disease because it was so skinny...I purposely didn't tell him they were skinny because he wouldn't have wanted to try it. I told him to not judge a book by its cover...plus he was hungry. Nevertheless he enjoyed it. Although they are skinny subs the large is really long. I can't speak on the pizza or anything else because as long as I can remember this is my cheesesteak spot. They always get my order right, I've never had a problem with the food, and they're delivery is always quick. Good pizza, wings, and subs.

I can't really review the food, as I can't get service. Called to place a lunch order for delivery, was immediately put on hold for a couple minutes, then disconnected. Called back, immediately placed on hold. Would hear the hold recording for a minute or two, then the line would ring again, then someone would pick up and immediately put me on hold again. Occasionally he'd say "please hold," but often nothing, just back to the recording. I was stuck in this hold purgatory for 12 minutes before I gave up. And this was just after 11 am, so doubt there was a lunch crush to deal with. Maybe their food is awesome, but if the food is prepared with the same care as the customer service is, I wouldn't hold out hope. read more
