It arrived 2 minutes later with nice hot fries. After a bite, I realized the bacon was refrigerator cold Bacon is a protein that needs to be served hot or warm at best. If it cools, the fat hardens and it leaves a nasty mouth feel. I brought it to the counter and was told that's how they make the sandwich and the bacon is cooked in the AM and never heated afterwards. They kindly remade my sandwich and were nice about it but cold bacon- very strange. Anyway, the new sandwich was still mostly cold.
