It was one of my favorite sandwich. Slices of rib eye sautéed with pepper and onion. We opt for no cheese cause of allergies, but the sandwich was very juicy. No need any condiments. They have two locations. This one is farther north about 15 mins away from Binghamton University but closer to Suny Broome. Though there is a closer location to Binghamton. I heard that the rib eye sandwich is only available in the other location. Def worth the drive up. We also ordered the onion rings and chicken nuggets. But the star was the rib eye sandwich. Will beback very soon.

I didn't remember to add mayo and lettuce to our original, so it was a little dry. I did ask for mayo and lettuce and added it. The macaroni salad was really good! Today (7/25) we stopped in to have lunch with family who are local on our way back to NC. The spiedes were really sloppy and so saturated the bread was mushy. The 12 inch original my husband and I were sharing was super saturated. Unfortunately one of the chunks of chicken was served raw in the middle and I ate a bite out of it before I noticed the raw inside. I took the piece to the employee working the to go counter and she offered to remake our order and refunded by husband's card. I appreciate the business making it right. Hopefully our next trip will be a more positive experience. However overall the two stops were not bad, even with undercooked chicken.

McDonalds has a business plan that is virtually flawless. Besides the fact that I love all their food, I love that it's prepared quickly and efficiently. The staff I have always encountered has been nothing less than courteous, friendly and attentive-helpful. This location was nothing different. Centrally located off the freeway, it made it an easy stop. This location was a little smaller than I'm used to on Long Island bit that certainly did not slow down the flow of cars through the drive through. Burger and fries were fresh and hot. The location, while small is all windows and very bright. The restaurant was very clean. The person behind the counter greeted me with a big hello and was very pleasant and courteous. These reviews don't change much from location to location and I would not expect it to. Everyone does their job and follows the procedures... This always makes for a pleasurable experience. KUDOs to the team here at McDonalds.

Both of the fish filets were dry, to the point of cardboard ...very little fish flavor with meager tartar sauce on both sandwiches. The buns tasted fresh. However, for $11.43 FOR 2 small fish sandwiches that had either been under the heat lamps too long, or microwaved to death, the meal wasn't worth the money. I doubt I will be back, even though I live in the area. Too expensive for such a mediocre meal!

I stopped at this location a couple days ago because well we were headed to the grocery store and you don't want to go to a Wegmans if you're hungry. You'll spend a whole lot more money. So because we were already nearby anyways we stopped in. Wasn't really sure what to get so went with just the basic cheeseburger and a normal size french fry. I had read reviews before about five guys and I forgotten until was there but when you order a normal size french fry or any size french fry for that matter, they place the container of fries into your bag very very carefully as not to spill any, and then they take a big ol' scoop of french fries in addition to that and dump them into the bag on top of everything. So you get plenty of fries. The burgers were incredible, very juicy, had some decent flavor, and we ordered them "all the way" which comes with lettuce pickle tomato onion etc.. The fries were tasty enough that we didn't add any ketchup or mayonnaise or anything. The staff behind the counter were super friendly, and they actually seemed happy to have jobs at a burger place. I say it like that because we've all been to a McDonald's for example and seen just the grumpy people that work there walking around like they could give a crap about anything. The crew at this five guys seemed like they were having a good time even though they were working. The place was also pretty clean, lots of tables to choose from. If I need to go to another Five Guys, I'll choose this location every time

We came towards the end of the lunch rush (1-2PM?) and were seated immediately. The ambiance is hip and buzzy, with lots of colorful decor. The menu had some very tempting options, even for vegetarians. We started with the buffalo brussel sprouts, a stroke of genius. I'd never thought about dousing this tasty veggie in hot sauce and blue cheese, but it makes sense. This was a very tasty app, and the sprouts were roasted perfectly with crispy outer skins which provided the crunch needed for a good buffalo dish. The special that day was some kind of french dip sandwich which one of my dining companions got. Another one got a cajun catfish sandwich and graciously offered me a bite. It was flavorful. For my main, I got the spring roll bowl and decided to add tofu. It had noodles, peanuts, a sweet thai chili sauce, and lots of veggies. It was MASSIVE. Prices are a little high but the portions definitely made it worth it. I could have taken half home as leftovers if I'd wanted. The restaurant also has a coffee bar which we decided last minute to partake in instead of venturing out into the rain to find a different cafe. This was such a convenient option because we didn't have to fight to find parking or brave the weather to go to a second location. I did a pistachio latte. Someone else at my table got a Mexican hot chocolate. I treated myself to the homemade whipped cream. The coffee hit the spot. Throughout the whole experience the staff was wonderful. Our food came out quickly, and the servers were very friendly and joking with us. I'd come back if I was in the area.

At no time within that hour did anyone come over and acknowledge the fact that it was taking over an hour to get our food. When I finally asked to see a manager, the host responded with "well. the manager is really busy, but I'll see if she has time to talk to you." When the manager did come over, I was the one who had to suggest that maybe she do something for our table. She ultimately comped our drinks. Really not worth the hype. I don't understand why everyone says this place is so great.
