My first visit was not a good experience. When I arrived the gentleman whined the counter proceeded to finish putting cookie dough on trays then into the oven before waiting on me. I almost walked out. I believe it's horrible customer service to not stop what you are doing and pay attention to your customer. Seriously I waited at least 7 minutes. I was running in between work locations so I really didn't have the time to stop in the first place. Thankfully the bacon, egg, and cheese on flat bread was great (when I finally got it). My second visit was much better. The woman behind the counter was very nice, professional and took care of me immediately. Now that's customer service. At Subway the food is always the same so never disappointed. What sets apart one Subway from another is the stores cleanliness and their customer service. It will make or break them. Enjoy!

If there's ever a long line I never worry because they make the line move fast so you're in and out in 10 mins max on a busy day.

Lush sharp modern elegant and homey it is a must visit but beautifully casual environment! The staff are all super friendly and dedicated. The desserts are elegant and gorgeous! Sadly I didn't have one but they look lovely. I did have the Calle 8 which is a take on a Cuban sandwich. My coworker had the Chicharron it looked tantalizing! The sandwiches are on a crispy flattop fried thin bread it's like nothing you've ever had before. My Calle 8 sandwich was such a game changer and it came with a delicious relish, adding that was like firing the flavor afterburners. Yelpers, this place is a unique one off destination place. I want to go back as many times as I can!

The meat was tender, well cooked, and flavorful. The bread was nice and toasted but not too hard or dry. I got a chicha morada because you have to try it every-time you go to a Peruvian place but it was ok. The purple fries were fun but a tad dry. I liked the sweetness to them but didn't love the texture. My wife thought they were ok and liked the texture but didn't love the taste. lol It is a super busy place so we sat by the bar ans as you can see from the picture it was blowing the food lol but it was overall a good experience. However I would try a different sandwich next time. Sandwich was a 6.5-7/10 but good and would come back again. The place was fun, with a fun vibe, and service was quick!

Around 9:20 PM, I received a call from Olivia, the shift lead. She was incredibly calm, professional, and kind while explaining that she wasn't at the store and the employees working that night were fairly new and that they usually appreciate a little advance notice for catering orders. She asked whether I still wanted to move forward with the order. I told her I completely understood the situation and wouldn't be upset if they needed to cancel since it was so late and inconvenient. A little while later, Olivia called me back to let me know the catering had turned out great and that they could still deliver it if I wanted. When the order arrived, I was so impressed! Both catering boxes looked fantastic, and everything was prepared beautifully. I truly appreciate the employees who stayed late and put such care into making our order, and I especially want to thank Olivia for her outstanding customer service. Her kindness, communication, and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond!

It's right on the way to my yoga studio, so it's perfect for a quick in-and-out lunch, but honestly, it's also the kind of place where you end up lingering longer than planned. My usual order is the ABLT on rye with Boar's Head applewood smoked bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Simple, fresh, and consistently delicious every single time. I almost always pair it with the Spinach Bacon salad loaded with spinach, cranberries, goat cheese, tomatoes, toasted pecans, and brown sugar peppered bacon. The portions are huge and definitely shareable. What makes Rhino special is that it's more than just a deli. It's part neighborhood market, part coffee shop, part beer and wine stop, and part community hangout. They've got local products, grab-and-go snacks, fresh sandwiches, beer on tap, wine, outdoor patio seating, and sometimes even live music. It reminds me of the small independent spots I used to love in the Bay Area around Burlingame, San Mateo, and Palo Alto. Relaxed, local, welcoming, and full of personality. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere feels genuinely Charlotte. Not overly polished. Not trying too hard. Just good food, good people, and a place that locals clearly love. And if you are visiting North Carolina, you absolutely have to try Cheerwine at least once. It's basically a Carolina rite of passage. Cherry soda lovers will probably be obsessed. Me personally? Not exactly my flavor profile, but people here drink it like water, so clearly they are onto something. Rhino Market is one of those places that makes a city feel like home. Life is too short to not eat well, Charlotte. Get out there.

You order at one window, grab an extra items, pay, then they'll call your name/number. Super easy. I ordered the Rhino Club described on the menu as: Boar's Head Branded Deluxe Ham, Lower Sodium Turkey, Applewood Smoked Bacon, provolone, bibb lettuce, tomato, dijon vin on choice of bread. The ordering and payment process was easy. I was solo so I took a seat at the bar area to eat. Sandwich looked good when I unwrapped it, large slices of toasted bread with fresh lettuce and tomato. The strangest thing was, on the left side of the sandwich were several slices of deli turkey rolled up. On the right side of the sandwich were several slices of deli ham rolled up. I hadn't seen a sandwich made like that before. It felt like half of a turkey sandwich and half of a ham sandwich as opposed to a ham and turkey sandwich. Was it bad? Definitely not. I waffled between a 3 and a 4 star for this one but felt generous because, overall, I liked the vibe of the place.
