Overall, service is okay, but some of the clientele are simply disgusting. A 450lbs man who calls…read morehimself Jordie but his wife refers to as "Richard" is always there when I come in for my lunch break. He pulls up in a V4 mustang with busted suspension on the drivers side and always orders a minimum 10 cups of wendy's chili. One time last week he was discussing with an employee about how he was "Quitting the internet" because of something to do with "Muh trolls" or whatever. The employee suggested instead of quitting the internet, he could try appearing offline. This sent him into a fit of rage, screaming "APPEARING OFFLINE DOES NOT FING STOP IT!!". He grabs his chili and attempts to run behind the counter to grab the doordash order being prepared there. He shoved his wife through a table and dashed towards the bags of doordash, guzzling their contents in, I kid you not, ten seconds flat. He then started muttering about how "this is why I quit the internet, these people keep putting muh life in danger" and made for the door, grabbing all the chili off of everyones plates as he went. As he did this, his wife was still on the ground, calling for someone named "Ken" and insisting that she "Tripped". One child with his family pleaded "Please don't take my chili, I haven't eaten all day". The man proceeded to threaten to pistol whip the small child, who couldn't have been older than eight. He then made his way towards his salvaged V4 mustang and shoved his wife into the passenger seat, speeding off on the wrong side of the road. All in all a very wild experience.

He looked to be around 450lbs. I watched in horror as his 4 cylinder Mustang (which looked to be salvaged) peeled into the parking lot. The car's chassis was scraping the asphalt, creating sparks as it lurched forward under its considerable cargo. I was alerted to its presence by the awful screeching of scraping metal in addition to blaring music that sounded to be a rendition of Kid Rock's "I got 1 for Ya" somehow performed more poorly than the original. The man now had the whole restaurant's attention, and I could see some of the patrons' facial expressions contorting into looks of horror as the desperately started packing what remained of their meals and rapidly made their way to the exits. While the rude entrance was off-putting, I thought it was a strange reaction. If only I knew what was about to happen.... The man, who I later found out was named Richard, squeezed out of the salvaged mustang as the suspension squeaked a massive sigh of relief. As he slammed the door, I noticed a woman also exiting the vehicle. Richard waddled into the restaurant in an angry but plodding fashion, his considerable bulk shifting from side to side as he moved. The woman moved behind him sheepishly, almost as if she was afraid or in danger. The door nearly hit her as Richard entered the fine establishment. He wasted no time looking at the menu, as he had clearly came here for one thing; their delicious chili. The rotund man barked at the employee, "Look here and listen pimp, I'm here for the good stuff. Give me my usual." The "Usual" was apparently 20 large cups of chili with an extra-large Pepsi. The woman, who I later learned was named Kelly, said she wanted something, but Richard said that their trip out of the house had already cost them over $150 in gas, food, and loss of streaming revenue, so they had to save money somewhere. Kelly started whaling about how Richard didn't love her physically and support her dream of paying to walk marathons. Richard lurched towards her and said that his Chevy Silverado Trail Boss doesn't run on dreams and hugs. As he moved towards her, the woman screamed "Not another table! Not again!" Seeing that she was in danger, I got up and made my way towards the counter to try and intervene. As the employee was pleading with the man to calm down, Richard screamed at the man that she just tripped and that appearing offline wouldn't fix the situation. As I approached, the man wheeled around, surprisingly athletically, towards me and asked me, "Who sent you to 1v1 me?!? Syndicate? Keem? Woody? Kyle? Breaking Banquet? Carlito?" I was so perplexed by these random accusations that I didn't notice the man quickly pull off his ridiculous top had and brandish a heavily-used PS4 controller caked in gunk. Astonishingly, the man threw the controller towards me like a frisbee! Luckily, I was completely unharmed because his aim was incredibly off. He did end up breaking a 4k monitor though. The staff told Richard that he needed to leave immediately and that he would be banned if he continued to do this each day! Richard then told the worker, "Yeah whatever, I hope your family dies in an automobile wreck." He snatched the gallons of chili from the counter and ordered his wife to grab his Pepsi, yelling "Big ups Pimps, I'll see you tomorrow. Until then, I'm Audi 500. Peace!" and left the building. The staff came to check on me and informed me of this legendary land monster and his history. The said that now that he's left the internet he has become especially paranoid, desperate and dangerous. I thanked them for their assistance and left the restaurant shaken by the incident but unharmed. At least physically, as he may have found a way to profoundly change my life with his 62 level IQ. The fries were perfectly cooked and salted, and the chili was robust and flavorful. 10/10 would dine here again.

The man repeats, "you want a double cheeseburger". I said yes. He said "do you want cheese on it?" I said, "yes, that's what a cheeseburger is; otherwise it would be a hamburger." He piped back before I was finished talking saying, "hey man, my job is to verify your order." I said, "yes I understand. But you asked me if I want cheese on a cheeseburger." I thought it was funny and tried to chuckle it off until I noticed he was visibly irritated. He then asked me what I want on the burger and I said, "lettuce tomato and onion". He grabs the mic and says, "Double Cheeseburger, PLAIN!" I said, "SIR, I literally just said lettuce tomato and onion!" He went back and told them. Wouldn't you know it; my burger came out with NO CHEESE! I told him and he then tried to argue that I said I didn't want cheese on my CHEESEBURGER. He takes my order to the back and now the employee at the drive thru is looking at him in the back and laughing and looking at me. I have no idea what happened to my food. I went to my car but didn't trust the burger wasn't tainted. I went back inside to grab ketchup and a couple employees looked at me smirking. I threw the sandwich away. I don't trust this location now. Mind you ALL I ORDERED WAS ONE CHEESEBURGER!

Our waitress was a older lady super nice in the beginning she actually sat beside us and told us what her favorite dishes were and we told her we needed a minute and she left, my daughter-in-law literally came out of the bathroom and she came over the table and said are you ready yet? I said no we still need a minute. She just got out of the bathroom. When we ordered my son and I ordered the same sandwich, my son asked her can we do an up charge and get the disco fries instead of plain fries? She said yes you can do that. I said I'd like to do that too and she said OK. when our food was brought out my son and I had plain fries when she came back a few minutes later we said these were supposed to be disco fries and she said very rudely well you didn't ask for them like that, my son and I said yes we did and she said you asked me? and we said yes and you wrote it down and she walked away a few minutes later, we get two plates of disco fries, which were delicious. she didn't come back to the table to ever check on us after that and to be honest, I was kind of afraid to ask for anything else. I got the chicken Parmesan sandwich and it was a little dry. I would've liked some extra sauce. We didn't get a bill. We used the little table top thing to pay and when the receipt printed I was like oh my gosh I got charged $20 for two orders of french fries. So my husband asked a younger girl what the cost was for an up charge to disco fries and she said we don't do that and he said oh that would've been nice to know. The funny thing is while we were sitting there the Table next to us ordered got their food and they all three said we're supposed to have the disco fries too. How did the waitress mess up on that. I wasn't happy about having to pay $20 for french fries that just had gravy and cheese. I would not have ordered that them and certainly not two orders. She should've said if you wanted it as appetizer I'll get you the appetizer but no, you can't up charge to disco fries and she didn't have to be so rude.

I came here to order some sandwiches for lunch. The sandwiches were really good (I had the Leone…read moresandwich, which I'd recommend). However, service was REALLY slow.. we waited about 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches, and this was after the lunch rush (ordered around 1 pm, left at 1:30-1:40th). I'd go back during off-hours or maybe order online if you can, but there wasn't a strong sense of urgency. I also felt like the folks working at the front counter would were not the friendliest.
