I had to stop by after shopping in this Texas Heat!!! This place is conveniently located in the same parking area as the outlets. So stopping by after shopping...you can't go wrong with that! Parking-you're sharing the lot space of the outlets so parking is no issue. Ambiance-they have a covered out door space with plenty of fans going and a tv for entertainment. Once I walked inside, I was greeted by a host's who were very friendly and jovial!!! I opted to sit at the bar, and the bartender was also friendly and helpful. My favorite dish is the Chicken Taquitos...they are crispy flavorful and have all the toppings that I prefer. I almost ordered as second plate;) I believe they are also available on their Happy Hour menu. We decided to go to Cheesecake Factory for lunch before the movies. I made reservations so I could control the timing of us getting to the movies. Thankfully our table was ready when we arrived. We were seated immediately and ordered appetizers of boneless buffalo strips. They were giant and piping hot. Could have been a meal. Then I ordered the Cajun pasta. So much food and I was able to have lunch and dinner for the next night. My husband ordered fish and chips and son ordered smash burger. My son ordered extra fries and husband ordeeed sweet potato fries. Everyone enjoyed their food. The only negatives: no garlic bread. They have many pasta dishes, would be easy to add. I used the bread on the table to eat with my pasta. A nice French bread would have worked. The parking, not really their fault but lot of people park in their lot to go to the outlet stores. We drove around 10 mins looking for a spot. Will definitely return, lots of things on the menu and their portion sizes are amazing. The new Cheesecake Factory in Cypress is a great addition to the area. This chain always feels elegant and fancy for a mid tier restaurant. I love the seating and interior, but the best thing about The Cheesecake Factory is the variety offered in their extensive menu and the quality of the food. This one fits the bill. It was a shopping day with the wife and daughter with lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. We started off with the Egg Roll Sampler Appetizer and it was a great start. The variety of tastes was the star of the show mixing and matching, trying to find the best sauce ratio. My favorite was the chicken taquito. My wife loved the cheeseburger and I can't fault her for it because they were great. Obviously my wife has great taste. My daughter said the Avocado egg roll was the best. I tried it and hated it, AVOCADOS ARE GROSS! For our entrees my daughter got the Seared Tuna Tataki Salad, my wife ordered the soup (cream of chicken) and salad with Caesar dressing. I decided to try something new and got the Steak Diane (woo hoo retro.) My daughter's Seared Ahi Tuna Salad was fantastic. The tuna was cooked well, though it could've been a bit more fatty. The salad was fresh and crisp and the dressing was bright and tangy with undernotes of sesame oil. My wife's soup and salad was great. The soup was homey and reminiscent of a rich pot pie. The Caesar dressing on the salad was spectacular. It was creamy and tangy just like Caesar should be. Now for my Steak Diane, I'm so glad I decided to try something new. You know, take me back to the fancy restaurants of the mid century because this dish was divine. The steak was in bite sized pieces but cooked perfectly. I loved the richness of the Diane sauce and the crisp mushrooms. For desert we had the Pineapple Upside Down cheese cake. It was delicious, a wonderful sweet desert that was the perfect light and airy end to a heavy lunch. I recommend The Cheesecake Factory in Cypress if you're in the area. Or if you're looking for someplace that feels special and fancy but you want to know it's going to not disappoint. And do yourself a favor and order something new, it's worth it. Almost forgot the drinks- My daughter got a Bloody Mary. I didn't try it because BLOODY MARYs are gross. I got the Spanish Old Fashioned. I think I like this better than a regular Old Fashioned. Came in on a Saturday afternoon expecting a long wait and was shocked to be seated almost immediately. Service was just okay. Not rude, but not exactly warm either. Felt like the staff was bracing for a rush the whole time. Food came out super fast though, which was a win. I got the Renee Special (half almond chicken salad, clam chowder, and a Caesar) and it's honestly a solid deal. The highlight? Being asked by the plate server if I wanted freshly grated pepper. We love coming to Cheesecake Factory, it's a treat and a special occasion deal. Yesterday, after a tough and long day of Dr. appointment and tests we were starving and decided to treat ourselves. We arrived at 4:30, just in time to take advantage of Happy Hour. Our server was a young gentleman with the cutest dark curly hair. Helpful, attentive and friendly. It was my meal that was terribly disappointing. The dish screamed lack of "chef pride" and disrespect for your customer. I ordered the Chicken Piccata-lunch portion. I understand the dish and have cooked it successfully at home. I understand the chicken is sliced thin. My favorite restaurant ever is Cheesecake Factory..because of the chicken Madeira. It's pricey, for chicken but I'm willing to pay this because it's sooo good. Today I went with my husband and we both ordered the usual. Our waiter didn't offer us bread, he poured me room temp water with no ice, and we waited soooooo long for our food! It arrived and I had one and a quarter chicken filet. I wish I'd taken a photo. Usually there are 2!! Same price mind you. It was dry and overcooked. My husbands was too. We love Cheesecake Factory so we were excited that one opened in Cypress. We had a full day of sports tournament and were celebrating a big win as well as a birthday. We did make a reservation so we were seated right away when we arrived. One of my son's favorite thing about Cheesecake Factory is the bread so we were surprised when our waiter came and introduced himsslf and the first thing he said is "We have no bread". Disappointed, we ordered an appetizer-Parmesan Truffle fries and the waiter said "I don't think we have that either". He went to check and came back and said that they did have the fries after all. Then we placed our meal order-my husband ordered the Tuna Poke Bowl. Guess what? They didn't have that either. Ok-Cheesecake Factory has a huge menu-but what are the chances that they didn't have the first 3 things we wanted? In the end-the fries came out and we enjoyed them. Then bread magically appeared so we ate that too. Our meals arrived. I had Skinnylicious steak medallions, which I've had before. Very tasty and doesn't taste like a healthy item. My husband had the Seared Tuna Tataki Salad, which he enjoyed. My son had the Mac and Cheeseburger, also an old favorite, which was great. We shared a piece of cheesecake and a free tiny birthday Sundae. Which we couldn't finish because we had so much food. The Cheesecake Factory delivers exactly what you expect from a well-run national chain--and that's not a knock. Judged against other chains, they do an excellent job. If I were comparing it to privately run upscale, it would land around a 2.5, at best a low 3 but expectations matter, and chains should be evaluated accordingly. There are more than a few one star reviews for this place when it first opened. It has only been open 4 months as of my review and I had no significant issue. My server was outstanding, which made the experience. I ordered the miso salmon: the salmon itself was excellent--about as good as a well-cooked salmon can be. The rice was a bit cold and dry, but not enough to derail the meal. I was at NOBU the other day and had the miso cod ... so having the counter celebrity chef version. I think the original came from Moronoto's in Philadelphia.. Overall, they exceeded expectations, largely due to the service. I'll be back. read more

First time going to this location since it's somewhat (45min drive) close to where we live and it was just a huge mess. I don't understand how they built such a small Cheesecake in such a busy location. The line was a mess everyone was just crowded by the entrance.So you had those waiting to put their name on list and those waiting to get called for a table and you didn't know who as who. Once we sat down it was a waiting game. Once the water and bread finally came out. We decided getting food was not really a good idea. By the time we ate most of the bread the cheesecake finally came out. After that we had a piece or 2 left of bread which we munched on while our drinks came out, which we had ordered as soon as we sat down. So, I decided to come here to have my first dine-out meal at an American restaurant for the new year. We arrived before busy dinnertime at 4 pm. This place was nearly full but there were so many empty standing seats. Several employees conjugated at the front of house. Not sure what we were waiting for. My friend was in a wheelchair. The waitress was really nice. She sat at a convenient corner without getting anyone's way. I ordered Green Chile Chicken Enchilada (18.95) while my friend got Chicken Tenders (19.95) and a Strawberry Infused Margarita. I enjoyed my enchilada because of the crunchy cabbage on top with the green chili sauce and the juicy chicken breast meat in the tortilla wraps. There was no cheese but sour cream on the enchilada. The beans and rice were very delicious. My friend liked his chicken and sides except for the watered down margarita ($14.95). The amount of chicken pieces was overwhelming. He was trying really hard to eat them. But the waiter kept asking him if he wanted them to be boxed. We got a little annoyed. The waiter also tried to take away my plate while I was holding the fork eating my rice. Upon leaving the restaurant, the employees were all standing around again and not a single person cared to hold the door for us. I recently left a positive review for a dine-in experience at this location, which makes this takeout experience especially disappointing. Based on what occurred, I do not recommend ordering takeout from this Cheesecake Factory location. The issue is not the food--it's the execution and customer service. The phone service alone is inefficient. Expect to be placed on hold for 10+ minutes. The first person who answered immediately put me on hold before I could speak. The second struggled to communicate, and the third person who assisted me was the manager. Issue 1: On 1/16, I placed an online order and later discovered the Chicken Madeira entrée was missing. This entrée was ordered specifically for my mom, and she did not have dinner that night. We ended up cooking, which defeated the purpose of ordering takeout after a long workweek. Issue 2: On 1/17 around 1:00 PM, called to resolve the issue and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. The manager offered either a remake with no refund or a refund with no food. Given that the entrée was paid for and never received, a remake AND a refund would have been the reasonable solution. I was told the remake would be ready by 3:00 PM. Issue 3: When I arrived at the takeout window, no one acknowledged me. Staff nearby made eye contact but did not offer assistance. As I stood there, I called the Curbside Number and was placed on hold yet again. Issue 4: When I finally spoke with the manager, I was told the order still wasn't ready. Keep in mind that this was 3 hours after I was told that it would be ready for pickup. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. A complimentary slice of cheesecake was offered, which felt more like a consolation than a resolution. This level of disorganization is unacceptable for a high-volume chain restaurant. I wasn't asking for special treatment--just for a mistake to be handled efficiently and professionally. While I enjoy the food and the rest of our online order was correct, this takeout inconvenience required far too much effort. I love the Cheesecake Factory! However, on this rainy Sunday evening. It was meh. It was more so the atmosphere that was the issue. Overly crowded, and wet floors from all the rain. Made the atmosphere somewhat uncomfortable. I did not get any brown rye bread until it was time to pack up my dinner. I was told that they kept running out. I stayed persistent and eventually received it packed with butter. I will return to this restaurant, as I believe it was just a bad day for them. I would definitely like to give an updated review. Our server did the best she could to keep up with demand. So, I made it a point to tip her well. Yay! Cypress finally has a Cheesecake Factory, and from the packed house during our visit, it seems like the community is excited. While I'd describe the experiences as mildly "chaotic" considering we visited during their opening week, it was still a win overall. If you know anything about me, you know I have STRONG sweet tooth. Unfortunately my health is not as strong, so I save comfort meals like these for date nights and cheat meals. This date night cheat meal built the anticipation with a 30 minute wait, and kept the surprises coming with the seating order. However, once seated our waiter Jerri was perfection. As usual the brown bread is a star, and the portions are plentiful. With the sauce the Cajun salmon was exactly a described, an indulgent comfort food dish packed with flavor (and butter...lots of butter). The sauce makes the dish. For dessert we did the unthinkable, we ordered a dessert that was not cheesecake. Instead, we tried the brownie sundae. Fair warning, this one is for the fudge lovers. I wouldn't call these brownies, I'd call them fudge, fudge topped with hot fudge, sandwiched in between two luscious scoops of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream surrounded by a generous sprinkling of almond slivers. This dessert could easily serve 3-4 adults. You may be pleased to know that I grabbed a slice of cheesecake for the road. It served as a very sweet treat the next day. My advice: If you like the Cheesecake Factory, give this one a try. If you like the Cheesecake Factory and hate crowds, noise and awkward clustering, give this location a few months to settle in, then give them a try. Either way, happy dining! read more

My family and I are so loyal to this Cheesecake Factory and 2 of my sisters have even traveled in town for our moms 56th birthday and we waited to be seated in Jerry's section and wow he NEVER disappoints! His customer service is beyond explainable, the attentiveness, kindness, swift service, amazing food suggestions, his one of a kind communication skills where he makes you feel so important, seen, and special! We wish we can bottle him up and take him to EVERY restaurant we eat at and just have him as a server! Both are two of my favorites, so I had to come check out the new The Cheesecake Factory location while I'm in town. The restaurant is exactly what you'd expect from TCF--huge menu, busy atmosphere, and already giving "this place will be packed on weekends," which lines up with what you'd expect from something new over here. I don't know why more restaurants don't post up shop over here considering all the money we are dying to throw at them for good food. TCF is a solid addition to the area. Service was good, no issues there. I ordered the Cajun salmon, which was cooked well and hit the spot. Nothing fancy, just dependable and satisfying. And of course, dessert happened. I had the Oreo Dream Extreme, because if you go to Cheesecake Factory and skip cheesecake, that's a personal choice I can't relate to. It was exactly what it's supposed to be. Overall, it's Cheesecake Factory doing what it does best: decent food and a menu way too damn big so it's always something for everyone. So excited to be near a cheesecake factory ! I've been eating at various locations since I was a child since my family enjoys it as well. The ambiance is dim at night but always very loud which is nice when you don't want everyone around you to be able to listen to your every word. Always happy to get fresh bread and butter to start. Their drinks are delicous, as well as their strawberry lemonade. I haven't had an entree that I don't like. Their weekend brunch is delicious. I just ordered a specialty coffee for the first time here and it was delicious. Of course the cheesecake is delicious, but their chocolate cake, carrot cake, and coconut pie all are equally delicious as well. You can't go wrong eating here. read more

How crazy is this!?! Just getting to the review because we've all been sick, 2 nights ago, I came in for take out to get 3 pieces of cheesecake. Went home, had a small get together, had coffee and cheesecake with friends. All 3 of us got sick. Let's not get too far into details but it was bad for all 3 of us. Espresso does not cause you to get sick like that so the only other thing we had was the cheesecake. I'm positive it was the Adam's peanut butter cheese cake that ruined us. Our waiter 'Franklin' did well memorizing our orders without writing them down, but had a strange Aggressive energy. The buss boys wipe the crumbs from the table onto the seats-leaving you with a dirty chair/both. Also tons of food under booth and table- it takes less than two minutes to spot sweep between parties. We were going here, but the teeny tiny outdoor area was very crowded and tables were tiny and pushed as close together as could be imagined!! We wanted to go there and we all love the CF at the Galleria in Houston! Always fabulous! In every way. This CF looked fine, just that we wanted to dine outside!! We looked at how close the tables were to each other and decided to leave and go to Tommy Bahama nearby at Market Street for large tables in a big patio overlooking the park. You can find regular Tommy Bahama reviews, but with the advent of their "seasonal" menus, we struggle to find what we loved one time, brought our friends to try it and then it disappears from the menu! Examples are best grilled artichokes in town- sorry ! They were on seasonal ! Or the most fabulous banana waffles with fresh strawberry Glaze- several groups came for breakfast to get it- but - sorry - "it was on seasonal menu" Then I ordered the heavenly "hash " breakfast skillet, but when we went with others to get it- you can guess- This rating is so unfair, since we never ate anything here and we know it is good. How good is unknown because we could not get in the overcrowded outdoor area we wanted. We will return at other times to report if there is a tone when few people are sitting outside- Meanwhile, find a more relaxing restaurant with plenty of large tables and comfortable big chairs!! Really enjoyed my visit to TCF this past Sunday. I was going to run home and check on my Mom before traveling for TDay, but she offered to meet me half way and take me out to lunch. I actually had chosen a different restaurant before finding this newly opened Cheesecake Factory. After looking at the initial place's reviews, I stumbled upon Yelper reviesles for this place. Although Im not a fan of going to newly opened restaurants, they had the online reservation option, so I pivoted and changed. Unfortunately, I left home quore later than expected and would have been 30 minutes late for the table. My mom hadnt contacted me per her usual to let me know she was on the road, so I called to change to a later time since online it only showed late afternoon ans evenings times. I was told that was not possible but there was no wait for 2 people at the moment. I figured this would change closer to noon and held my breath but it turned out okay. Mom had a little trouble finding the place meshed between stores within the Premium Outlet Mall. Parking was crazy swamped. I had a handicap decal and found a space to hold until Mom came, but she decidee ro walk and get some exercise. When I say the parking situation is crazy, there was someone trying to park their full size truck within the no parking spaces with diagonal lines. The space was not wide enough for the truck at all. I was so scared this driver was going to hit my car on the ones nearby. I almost left the space but why? That driver would be clearly in the wrong and would be 100% liable for damages, so I stayed put. Luckily. a space opened up that was an actual space for that driver to park. Wheew! Crisis cancelled. When Mom finally confirmed she was parking, I went inside to get on the waiting list because I saw other people hanging around. I just knew they must be one. Nope! As the person on the phone had shared, there was no wait for 2 people. Soon as my Mom stepped in, we were whisked to a table. Small. a little cramped but we could still hesr each other in a packed and busy restaurant. If you know TCF, you know they're menu is a book...or maybe a novel lol The portions are still huge but even the lunch portion satisfies. We did order the spinach artichoke dip appetizer as we put in our drink orders. It wasnt the best Ive had. Reminded me of creamed spinach- missing the chessiesnest of the dip, but the entrees- 10 out to 10! The Lunch porrion Cajun Salmon was delicious! I've only had one salmon entree taste better than this one and it was one of my friend's who cooked it. The seasoning, the sear, chef's kiss. The loaded mashed potatoes complentrd well with the salmon. Although I needed a knife to cut the brocollli, the color and crispness was just right for me. Mushy brocolli is my least favorite. My Mom opted for the orange chicken which featured a King size bed of rice. She poked around and found snow peas under the dish but they were a little sparse. She didn't complain or want to get a side of veggies. She enjoyed her orange chicken and even asked for extra sauce which our waitress grabbed without delay. We of course, had to order cheesecake, even if it was to go. I was indecisive and asked our server for suggestions. I didnt take it ans eventually defaulted to my tried and true fav- red velvet. Cake was moist and cheesecakw was smooth and creamy. This was a great choice to diner at despite them being open less than a week when I came. Our server apologized for the wait, which I dismissed because there was no wait from my perspective. They did eveeything to not only accomodate us but gave us the atmosphere to catch up and get full off a delicious meal at the same time. Great job TCF. The waiter and server were all curteous and friendly. Top notch service! We ordered Korean Fried Cauliflower, Bacon bacon burger, Fetucini carbonara, Lemon-Garlic Shrimp pasta, Italian sausage rigatonni with ricotta cheese. We arrived at the restaurant at one of the most busiest time, the day after Christmas. Surprisingly, we were seated within few minutes. We had Nakoah as our waiter and he provided exceptional service. The restaurant was lively and the food was delicious. We've visited about 100 Cheesecake Factory restaurants across 45 states of the USA. Since this one is closest to our home, we were delighted to try it out. We were not disappointed. Service was good. Waiter was attentive and atmosphere was nice. The food was just ok. Seems expensive for what we got. Miso salmon with snow peas and rice... decent size salmon huge amount of rice and 5. Yes 5 snow peas for 29.95. Farfalle with chicken roasted garlic cream sauce. This dish had tiny pieces of chicken and very little taste. Had to keep adding salt just to get some flavor 24.95 Too expensive for what we got. Probably won't go back anytime soon read more

Tried the ribeye steak and breaded zucchini. Both are a no. Don't bother to order the steak. It was a 5/10. The zucchini was very, very greasy and the zucchini was sliced extremely thin. Wouldn't recommend at all. I did love the pina colada. Oh, I forgot the fried chicken sandwich is just aversion. It's nothing special. Reservations is at 7. And guess what? It's over an hour and still didnt get to sit down. They walked people around and around to find them a table? What in the world? read more

We had reservations at 7:30, arrived at 7:15 and we're not seated until 7:50. They gave our table go someone else! The order took 45 min to come out so we didn't have time to order cheesecake. After 2 hours, I got my Shellie's Salad leftovers to go (no dressing by my request) and when I got home I had salad wilted and soggy from so much unwanted dressing on my salad!! I could not even eat it. Our waitress was very polite but the wait was horrible with only an explanation that they were very busy! I will never go there again. read more

Waited to be seated for 20 minutes. Then I waited for my order for 1 hour, only to realize that they lost my order. It ruined my birthday. I walked out, but the waitress had the audacity to ask us to pay for the drinks we ordered. I talked to the manager, but he only apologized. What else can they do? I guess nothing, right? read more
